Irish (Gaelic) rappers Kneecap: 'witch-hunt'

The old Middle Finger Mudra makes a comeback with Gaelic rappers Kneecap (Dazed)
.
Kneecap dares to criticize Israel (IG)
Speaking at a surprise gig in London last night (May 24, 2025), [Irish Gaelic outlaw rappers] Kneecap claimed that the terror[ism] charge against one of their members is part of a “witch-hunt” intended to stop them from playing at Glastonbury.

Yesterday, Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh, 27, who performs under the name Mo Chara, was charged with a terror offence [terrorism offense] after allegedly waving the flag of Hezbollah onstage at a gig last November.

Hezbollah is a proscribed group in the UK, meaning it is illegal to “invite support” for them.

Don't say, "F*CK ISRAEL!"
Whatever you say, don't say "Fuck Israel" -- or you'll get in BIG trouble.
Meet Kneecap (the movie)
In the US, you can cheer for war, fund Israel's genocide, and silence the oppressed in Gaza.
"It is being enabled by the US government who arm and fund Israel despite their war crimes"

Kneecap announces London show (Instagram)
After denying the charge and promising to fight it in court, the band announced a surprise gig at the 100 Club in London, which they said sold out in 90 seconds.

The poster for the gig featured a recent quote from former [punk rock legend] Sex Pistols singer Johnny Rotten, who suggested the band “need a bloody good kneecapping.”

Ó hAnnaidh took the stage with duct tape over his mouth, before saying, “There’s a reason why what’s happened to me, happened before Glastonbury. There’s a reason they’re trying to f*cking stop me speaking at Glastonbury in front of the UK.”

Not in our name! (ifnotnowmovement.org)
His bandmate, Naoise Ó Cairealláin, said, “This is our first gig back after [Coachella]. They want to stop what we’re doing, because they want us to stop protesting. There are 60,000-plus dead in Gaza right now. That’s the real story; it’s not about us.”

Kneecap were first investigated by counter-terrorism police after footage emerged that appeared to show one of the members saying, “The only good Tory [traditionalist conservative] is a dead Tory. Kill your local M.P. [British member of parliament.]” This led to a wave of condemnations... More

German witches celebrate pagan Yule

Can Jewish witches celebrate Israel's genocide for German Yule, or is that weird?

How to celebrate Yule | Rituals and Pagan history of the winter solstice
Seven magical destinations for anybody
fascinated by witches (Lonely Planet)
(The witches' cookery) Dec. 10, 2021: On the night from Dec. 21st to the 22nd, we are celebrating the winter solstice or "Yule," as many witches and pagans call it. Merry Yuletide!

In today's witch vlog, I am taking viewers through my winter solstice celebration to give inspiration on how to celebrate Yule, create some yule-themed kitchen witchery with yummy orange and cardamom cookies, show my simple winter solstice ritual, and conjure up a witchy winter brew in my cauldron.

Saint Lucia of Light, Saint Lucy in Sweden, unlike the nasty German version
Let's go back to pagan times and traditions
Of course, this Yule vlog is peppered with pagan history, green witch lore, and lots of information on Yule and the roots of modern Anglo-Saxon Christmas traditions. Hope everyone enjoys this bit of winter witchcraft!

What do you think of the Bavarian celebration of St. Lucia (Goddess of Light in Sweden, Catholicism, and German witchcraft)? It is a bit grim... xD How are we celebrating Yule?

Burning witches ('wise ones') in Salem

What really happened during the Salem Witch Trials | Brian A. Pavlac

I'm a sexy beer brewing witch
(TED-Ed) Dig into how the infamous Salem Witch Trials began and why they remain a cautionary tale of the dangers of groupthink and scapegoating.

You’ve been accused of a crime you did not commit. It’s impossible to prove your innocence. If you insist that you’re innocent anyway, you’ll likely be found guilty and executed. But if you confess, apologize, and implicate (accuse) others, you’ll be set free and they will be arrested. Hmm, what to do?

This was the choice facing those accused by killer Christians of "witchcraft" in Salem, Massachusetts in the 17th century. How did it happen? Brian A. Pavlac investigates.

The "Craft"?
Wisdom Quarterly COMMENTARY
Why, yes, I can drive stick
Hollywood giveth, and Hollywood taketh away. Movie makers and TV show runners create our image of "witches," warts and all. Thanks, Disney! *Sarcasm* But there's a serious his-story of oppression being promoted behind the scenes. No cat ladies allowed, no herbalists, healers, doulas, or "warlocks."

Fine and proper Christians go on rampages they say are ordered by the genocidal tribal god they worship and praise. Why do the war-god's bidding? It's very sad. Living in Judeo-Christian culture, it's difficult to recover what it meant to be "pagan."

What accoutrements do I need to get started?
Those Old Ways, which served us for many pre-Christian centuries, deserve to be preserved. The Wisdom of the East contributed to that wisdom.

It seems "Christians" (Cretins, Yahoos), imperial Romans promoting Ceasar's Messiah, just could not stand any competition of ideas, even if the main character in their narrative traveled to the mystic East to gain his realization and bring his healing gifts to the surface. All this to ask, sexy sponge cake The Craft, helpful or harmful?

Fountain of youth: Epithalon plus copper

One day, we'll all be the same age: old.
In the ever-evolving landscape of anti-aging research, this breakthrough peptide takes center stage for those intrigued by the promise of longevity and the potential to decelerate the aging process.

Also referred to as Epithalon and Epithalamin, this synthetic peptide has sparked a wave of scientific interest due to its unique properties and the profound implications it holds for health and lifespan extension.

Originating as a synthetic version of Epithalamin, a polypeptide naturally produced in the pineal gland, this peptide has become a focal point in the quest to understand and influence the mechanisms of aging.
The Mechanism Behind Epitalon

Sensitive intuitive clumsy biker Lisa G (KPFK)
The intrigue surrounding this peptide lies in its mechanism of action, particularly its influence on telomerase activity. Telomerase is an enzyme that plays a critical role in maintaining telomere length.

Telomeres, which are protective caps located at the end of chromosomes, gradually shorten with each cell division, a process intrinsically linked to cellular aging.

By stimulating telomerase activity, this peptide, also known as Epithalon, contributes to the preservation of telomere length, thereby offering a potential avenue to slow down the aging process and extend the lifespan of cells. More

ABOUT THE SHOW
Guest Host Lisa Garr (The Aware Show)
Regenerative therapy and peptide consultant Regan Archibald joins Lisa Garr to discuss his unique approach fusing the best of Eastern and Western medicine to create lasting health changes and youthfulness.

Elaborating on the role of peptides (chains of amino acids) in the body, he likened them to "short-term communication proteins" and emphasized their [epigenetic] potential to combat diseases and optimize health.

"We've only scratched the surface," Archibald said, as there are peptides for a variety of applications including endurance, energy, mental clarity, muscle building, and weight loss.

He also notes the importance of understanding how external factors like stress and chemical exposure (to things like Monsanto Corporation's herbicide Roundup, glyphosate, now owned by Big Pharma company Bayer, Inc.) lead to conditions like insulin resistance.

This can contribute to a cycle of cravings and weight gain. He believes that with proper awareness and treatment, such as the use of peptides, society could significantly reduce obesity rates (without Ozempic-style drugs) and improve overall health.

Some peptides can activate genes, and specific ones he advocates for, like thymosin alpha 1, actually enhance the effectiveness of chemotherapy and boost immune response, Archibald suggests.

Some peptides can function as a "fountain of youth," he continues, highlighting their ability to reverse age-related decline.

Peptides simplify communication within cells, ensuring the right genes stay turned on, he remarks, explaining how, as we age, our bodies produce fewer hormones and peptides, leading to cellular dysfunction. He praised Epitalon, a peptide that lengthens telomeres, stating it can increase cellular replication and extend lifespan.

The discussion also touches on the inadequacies of conventional blood tests, which often miss underlying health issues. Archibald points out that doctors typically run 20-24 markers, but we "run labs that are around 104 different markers" to uncover root causes.

Italian herbal witchcraft (folk Catholicism)

Yes, I can drive stick.
Building on the in-depth folk wisdom Lisa Fazio (therootcircle.com) learned from her immigrant grandparents and local healers in Southern Italy, the second-generation Italian American and experienced herbalist shares herbal traditions and witchcraft practices from the Italian diaspora. She details some of the unique aspects of "Italian witchcraft," which she characterized as "folk Catholicism," a blend of ancient practices and Catholic imprints. Speaking of rituals, particularly those for protection, she outlines how apotropaic magic can be used to ward off evil. Fazio introduces the concept of malocchio, or "the evil eye," explaining that gestures such as the sign of the cross or the horn hand symbol [hang ten, devil's horns, heavy metal mudra] can be used to fend off negative energies. "When you do something that is... a prompt to bring you into your center...you become less susceptible to outside influences," she comments.

European makings of The Craft
Fazio mentions a variety of herbal remedies for different health conditions. Mullein tea can be beneficial for respiratory issues prevalent during cold seasons and is especially effective for dry coughs and mucus expulsion, she says, adding that marshmallow root can soothe respiratory infections and inflammation. On the subject of energy clearing, she delves into the concept of fumigazione, or "fumigation," in Italian folk method. She reveals that various herbs, particularly artemisia (wormwood), may be used for this purpose, as well as different types of sage. Plants offer a dual role in clearing both physical and energetic spaces. Further exploring the spiritual aspect of herbalism, she explains how certain flower essences and plants like garlic, yarrow, rue, and rosemary can protect and bless spaces. They may be used in spray form or burned as incense in smudging.

Girl fight: AOC v Greene, Congress catfight

BREAKING NEWS: All hell breaks loose when Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene directly insults Black Jasmine Crockett
(Forbes Breaking News) May 16, 2024: At tonight's House Oversight Committee hearing, [white] Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's (R-GA) insult of [Black] Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) plunged the hearing into chaos, particularly when Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) jumped in and took sides against Greene. Then Crockett got in the best line of the night, openly mocking Greene in the form of a hypothetical question about badly bleached blond hair and a butch body. Ehem, Marjorie? Sadly, the old white men in charge did not understand the question.

MAGA Reps. Gaetz and Boebert get heckled at the Trump circus trial

Girls used to be so classy. Now it's all petty ego.
On Thursday, May 16, 2024, evening, a House Oversight Committee hearing intended to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt quickly devolved into a heated and disorderly exchange between Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Marjorie Taylor Greene.

The session was initially convened to address Garland's refusal to comply with a subpoena for an audio recording of Pres/ Biden's interview with a special counsel. However, tensions flared when Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene made a derogatory comment about Rep. Jasmine Crockett's appearance, prompting an intense response from [AOC] Rep. Ocasio-Cortez [who got all Puerto Rican or Cuban and New Yorker with a kind of, Oh no you diddent, aw hell no you diddent kind of vibe, made worse by the addition of "baby girl."

During the hearing, Greene interrupted Crockett with a personal attack, stating, "I think your fake eyelashes are messing up what you’re reading."

This remark led to audible groans in the chamber and a plea for order from Committee Chairman James Comer.

Ocasio-Cortez immediately called for Greene's words to be "taken down," a procedural move allowing the speaker to withdraw or amend the words if deemed inappropriate.

I'm from New York. I eat Greenes for lunch.
Greene's retort, "Are your feelings hurt?" was met with Ocasio-Cortez's sharp response, "Oh girl, baby girl! Don’t even play!"

Ocasio-Cortez insisted that Greene's comments were unacceptable and demanded a sincere apology to Rep. Crockett, rejecting any insincere or smarmy apologies.

Despite the heated back-and-forth, Greene eventually agreed to strike her words but refused to apologize, further insulting Ocasio-Cortez's intelligence.

You want some, B*tch? - Are you talkin to me?
The situation escalated when Rep. Jamie Raskin asked Greene again if she would apologize, to which she defiantly replied, "You will never get an apology out of me."

The contentious exchange highlighted deep divisions and personal animosities among committee members, drawing significant attention and criticism.

Rep. Crockett later expressed her frustration on social media, emphasizing the inappropriate and chaotic behavior displayed by some members of Congress.

CIA madman Cleve Backster
How did she gain her powers? They were opened or vivified for her by Iboga, a psychoactive root from Gabon, she claims. The plant spirit sensitized her to our innate human gifts to see and sense beyond the ordinary five senses.

Appearing on Coast to Coast on April 2, 2024, she discusses how to access plant spirit healing through meditation with plants as well as the work of CIA mad scientist Cleve Backster, who gets credit for pioneering the measurement of how plants perceive human consciousness.

Such credit in fact belongs to Indian scientist in England
Great scientist Bose on the secret lives of plants

Offering a progressive series of preparatory meditations adapted from shamanic and indigenous wisdom traditions, the author reveals how to lay the foundation for working, communicating, and developing relationships with plant and tree spirits -- for personal development, spiritual connection, and inner peace.

(Podcast: The Future is Beautiful with Amisha Ghadiali) How do we work with plant medicines in a meaningful and respectful way? In this episode, Amisha talks with Shaman Emma Fitchett, a plant spirit healer, teacher, and author initiated into and trained in indigenous healing and magical lineages of the British Isles and the Ecuadorian Amazon, who is also a Yew Mysteries initiate and a holder of the lineage of the White Serpent from Manx and Vanuatu. This conversation illuminates how we can grow our spiritual sovereignty and balance our inner and outer worlds in co-creation with nature’s medicines. It is a gift for all of those who want to explore more in relation to plant medicines, want to know how, and want to explore to reveal the truth of our existence in this living (animistic) world.

She then presents meditation journeys with specific plant spirits, focusing on the frequencies within the plant’s bio-resonance that will assist us.

For example, the meditation with Mugwort works with the plant spirit’s qualities of alignment and self-awareness to assist us with grounding and developing inner vision, while the meditation with Dandelion helps us break old habits by working with the plant’s qualities of release, reconnection, and fearlessness.
