New Art Gallery dedicated to Peace

Missing Peace Art Space is an independent art gallery dedicated to peace. It officially opens in Dayton, Ohio on September 4, 2009, 6:00-10:00 p.m. (during September’s First Friday art event).

The gallery is set to feature international arts and works dedicated to peace. The first artist to be featured is Max Ginsburg, a New York artist from Paris, who focuses on the ironies of human life and injustices. The second will be Arrigo Musti from Italy, who will address world peace.

Gallery owner Gabriela Pickett said in a news release that she believed the gallery’s focus would benefit the region. For us to comprehend what happens around us, we must change the way we see ourselves and the world.”
