Dr. Russell Targ (
ESPresearch.com) is a physicist who spent several decades working in a U.S. government program exploring "remote viewing" -- an anomalous extended characteristic of the mind. Because of convincing experimental evidence that has been replicated, Dr. Targ is convinced psychic effects are real.
This talk was originally slated as part of a TEDx event in Hollywood in 2013, but the organization pulled their support for the event when they learned about the subject matter, which the government and "respectable" academics do not want the public to know about as part of our consensus reality.
We can "believe" it all we want, but we must not be
certain of it. That is what cannot be tolerated by mainstream sources.
