Lost Cat: Cats from space? (Sumerian)

Can a big monkey find li'l kitty for rare hottie?
"How terrible is wisdom when it brings no profit to the wise" is a beautiful saying. A few adjustments made it poetic but ruined its original meaning. What it really means, in plain English, is: "It feels horrible to know something when the person who finds out can't do anything about it."

Pasadena is part of Los Angeles, which is part of a giant mountainous forest called the Angeles National Forest, which is probably why it is full of coyotes (and bears, deer, rams, and man-eating lions). "Them coyot's is some wily varmints," the common wisdom goes around town. They'll pick a cat right off the street or out of a yard. It's like cats-and-dogs outside because, after all, these are felines and canines, wild or feral.

What do cats know about anything anyway?

Skulking loners and organized packs of canines lope around the streets, particularly in the foothills of Altadena and other communities, coming down in search of water, bowls of dogfood in yards, and anything on four legs wandering around at night. Coyotes will grab a human baby as quickly as a dingo would if no one is watching.

Bad Kitties worse than Good Boys?
(Cat Dog Diary) Imagine a freaked-out rescued kitten meets a fluffy puppy

Can you help me find my kitty?
When my beautiful neighbor asked me what I thought happened to her Fitzgerald, I diverted: "It's not important what I think. What's important is how we're going to find him before it's too late."

"So you'll help me search by walking around the block for hours, calling out, 'Here, kitty-kitty"?

"No, I won't do that. It hasn't worked for you, and Fitz loves you. I was thinking we go divine."

"Go 'divine'? Kill ourselves and look for Fitzy in heaven?"

"No, of course not! Cats don't go to heaven. Everyone knows that. That's a place for dogs."

"Where do they go then?"

"Well, that's what I intend to find out through some urban shamanic divination procedures. They'll tell us were to look or reveal the whereabouts of all that remains of frisky Fitzy the coyote's Pemican."

"Coyote chow?"

"Possibly. Do you really want to know?"

"Yes, I must have closure!"

"Well, if that's all you need, Dr. Deborah King told me we can do it ourselves. We can cut the dysfunctional energetic ties that bind and give ourselves relief."

"Just find my cat...or else."

She wasn't having it -- skeptic, doubter, distruster, faithless -- so she pushed me to do the only thing I could, which was to go behind her back to meet with a pet detective, a psychic familiar with these sorts of cases.

I only asked the psychic as a favor. She offered her services, saying she had a knack for dealing with beloved pets. I showed her some photos then we took a walk around the block to see if Fitz would run out of wherever it was hiding and come to the psychic like a magnet. That's what she claimed happened before in the rescue of both a pet cat and a tortoise.

"How does anyone lose a tortoise?"

"It was stuck under the fence, which I moved in my search, and it ran to me," she explained.

Not exactly magic, but I would gladly take it in this case.

Closure came for me quickly, and I wasn't even looking. The psychic said pictures and walking were no longer even necessary. She already had a clear story to tell. Coyotes were not to blame, except to the extent that they may have scared, startled, panicked, chased, terrified, or injured Fitz, but not killed and consumed it. This 9-year-old fur baby was driving her human caretaker to distraction, and she was near insanity. But she wouldn't listen.

It was going to be a tough case because I put limits on the remote viewing protocol and told the psychic to stuff her preconceived telepathy and start answering a series of commonsense questions.

She said, "You're being too rigid."

And I said, "Yes, I am, and I want you to narrow your impressions, visions, and telepathic communications with the cat to just answering what I ask. Force yourself to only reveal a tiny slice of all that you know, none of which is being helpful. If you can find it in yourself to answer, just find it physically without answering or saying anything. Just go straight to it or, better yet, just get the cat to run out and throw itself at you like you claim the tortoise did."

She could not, so we started with a flood of potentially useable intel, which sent us across the boulevard to a cul de sac then a yard then a yard then a shack. Wouldn't you know? We poked around...and she wasn't there. She may have been there before, hiding out under the shed, but we didn't find her or any tangible proof she had been there. Now the messages began to come in more strongly. The psychic was saying the cat was alive.

How'd cat cave-dwelling pets begin?

Maybe magic and devis can locate this cat
Personally, I took it for a goner, a tuft of colorful hair in a lump of coyote scat. But we found no such lump. I had already asked 80 people at a nearby church meeting; not one of them had seen the cat.

But one church woman was sure she could imitate its voice, and this allowed me to ask the cat questions about why it left. It answered, vaguely: "I was being smothered." That made sense, but was it any reason to leave? My neighbor says their love was mutual. Seems the cat didn't think so.

The owner of the shed wasn't home, so we could only look around the yard and come back to go through the shed, empty it, just as soon as we could get permission. I returned alone (because the psychic claimed not to be feeling well) at 10:00 pm. The owner still wasn't home, and his sympathetic neighbor couldn't grant permission for a search of it. I wandered up and down the alley, calling out, "Here kitty-kitty" like a darn fool, ending up doing what I told her was pointless. I tried reasoning with the cat, sending out my own intuitive feelers for the slightest hint.

Everything Everywhere All at Once
Meanwhile, my nagging neighbor was on the phone, who promised a big reward she never really intended to pay out. She was doubting and demanding answers. The psychic started texting, sending new messages, saying the injured, hungry, thirst, confused cat had moved on. Work needed me to drive to the other side of the county for an important assignment. Isn't it just like the universe to all coincide and bombard us with nonsense from all directions (i.e., Everything Everywhere All at Once)?

The three were unrelenting, pulling me in all direction. All I could do was lope and skulk very suspiciously in an alley and around the property for an hour like a cat burglar casing a joint and hoping to catch video of the cat alive to at least have a reason to hope and continue the search. It would have been better to meet with the Council of Coyotes and ask it if any member had made off with a pretty angora calico Afghan tabby furball.

The Buddhist cats of ancient Japan
"How terrible is human attachment, tenacious clinginess, and our utter inability to let go. Such is the plight of humans on this vast plane of existence, the Buddha realized and proclaimed. But how can we let go?

The Buddha answered that. "Cultivate mentally-purifying calm the develop insight. When we see the true nature of things, the heart/mind, seeing the true nature of existence, automatically lets go with no effort on our part to separate. Let me repeat, we do not need to make any extra effort to relinquish. Seeing reality as it is is enough to discard and abandon everything we are consciously and unconsciously clinging to that is bringing about our suffering (dukkha).

E. Hicks
Abraham-Hicks (a council of 12 entities as channeled by Esther Hicks with the help of her very supportive husband Jerry) says that everything we want is downstream. Let go to get it. Stop fighting the way upstream. We are not salmon.

She called and texted me, demanding to know if it was the coyotes who tore and devoured her precious kitty. I didn't have the heart to tell her that the truth was worse than that.

The psychic said the scared cat had been found, wandering and drained, by someone who took it in and loved it better, kept it safer, and gave it so much love that it didn't even want to return "home" now. "Home is where the heart is," everyone knows that. She pushed and pushed me, and all I could say was, "You say you don't want it, this reality we're in [where the cat is dead], but you don't, you don't really mean it. You say you won't stand for it, this circus we're in, but you don't, don't really mean it. What if the truth is worse than that?"

"Coyotes?"

"No, that's what you already think happened. You want 'closure' to accept that. What if it's worse? What if Fitz doesn't want to come back?"

"Impossible! Fitzgerald needs me, can't live without me..."

"Well, I don't know about that. Wouldn't it be worse to find out that Fitz is fine but not coming back, alive and happy but not with you?"

"What the h*ll are you talking about?! I'll break Fitz out! Who has my cat?! Who's keeping him hostage and away from me?!"

"Why are you asking me? You don't believe in cat psychics, remember? Who cares what she said? You ask me for the 'truth,' but you don't, you don't really mean it."

Missing 411: Mt. Shasta disappearances

Researcher and author David Paulides; Eds., Wisdom Quarterly, June 19, 2023

"Ghouls" (yakkhas) aren't real, are they? That's just Buddhist Indian mythology, like Christian "dragons" and Islamic genies (djinn), or Native American ogres. It can't be real...can it? Maybe it's space aliens snatching these missing persons or others from other dimensions traveling through portals and back. Why won't Paulides say what he thinks it is?

No gravity, light speed slow, electric universe

Hecklefish Moriarty, The Why Files, 10/21/23; Eds., Wisdom Quarterly

Gravity is a Lie, Light Speed is Slow, Nothing is Real, and the Universe is Electric
(The Why Files) The Why Files: Operation Podcast. Since grade school, we’ve been taught that gravity is what keeps our feet firmly planted on the ground, but what if that’s all been a lie?

Buddhist wheel
I'm not saying if you jump off a bridge, you fall up instead of down. But what if Newton and Einstein were wrong and what really ties our universe together is not gravity but electricity?

The Electric Universe Theory says that, instead of gravity, the universe's true attractive force comes from invisible electric currents that surround our planet, our solar system, the galaxy, and...everything.

We are all living in one, giant, universe-spanning circuit. Mainstream science ignores this possibility. But ignoring the electric universe blinds us to an unknown risk.

The myths of our ancestors describe cataclysmic, global disasters in the distant past. They knew about the electric universe, too, not from science, but from experience.

And our ancestors have sent us a strange, but dire warning: Beware the shocking fury of planet Saturn.

Reliving Past Lives: scientific evidence

Dr. Wambach; Ananda (Dharma Buddhist Meditation), Dhr. Seven (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

Reliving Past Lives: The Hypnosis Evidence
Reliving Past Lives: Evidence
In Reliving Past Lives, psychologist Dr. Helen Wambach, PhD, shares the fascinating results of her scientific, large-scale past life group hypnotherapy regression (and progression) sessions.

In an effort to rule out false memories, fantasies, and wishful thinking often hurled by critics of past life hypnosis (regression therapy), Dr. Wambach devised a protocol:

She chose time-specific periods from 2000 BCE to the 20th century and asked respondents where they were and what they were doing during that specific period. She did not ask what they were but rather mundane details about their appearance, activities, and so on that could be researched and verified.

Who was Helen Wambach? (Part 1)

(dfirth224) Dr. Wambach (John F. Kennedy University faculty member) was a psychologist who pioneered scientific research on the phenomenon of reincarnation (rebirth) in the 1970s using hypnotic regression. She approached her study as a social science as no one had thought to do before.

COMMENT
@1lyndaenglish1(@1lyndaenglish1) Helen Wambach: "The experience of hearing Seth [channeled by Jane Roberts] teach his ESP class is unforgettable. Fortunately, I have been able to hear almost all of the class sessions on tape, and they have deepened and enriched my life. The class sessions were discontinued in 1975, and the group experience in Elmira [NY] for those of us privileged to observe it has now become a part of the past. It lives on in tape recordings and transcripts."

Shoes, race, social class, occupations, types of money used, means of death, and gender were all explored. Mundane questions that would be nearly impossible for any ordinary person to know were asked such as:
  • “What types of utensils are being used?”
  • “Describe weaving techniques that are being used.”
  • “What foodstuffs are commonly in use during this time?”
  • “What color is the brickwork of the houses?”
Reliving Past Lives (Dr. Helen Wambach, Ph.D.)
As theorized, when taken to a very specific period some respondents reported their experiences, while others reported nothing. If they were "making it up," all would report something. This prompted the question, Did they report nothing because they were between lives?

Dr. Wambach reasoned that if she asked a very large number of subjects questions about a specific time and place and received a sizable percentage of similar answers from those subjects who were not in contact, aware of one another, nor aware of the information they were reporting, that was information that could be objectively (scientifically) validated.

This kind of data is worth investigating further. Together with her book Life Before Life, the data is compelling reading for anyone pondering the objective validity of rebirth/reincarnation and life beyond physical death.
  • Dr. Wambach's goal was not to validate whether one person's experience was real or not. The goal of this largescale research was to scientifically evaluate whether or not large numbers of respondents would get the details correct, thereby validating that this is a real phenomenon.
  • For example, most people think that dying by fire means burning to death. So one may ask a regressed person reliving (remembering) a past life, How did you die? If that person answers, "I died in a fire." Then ask, "What killed you?" Most of us in that circumstance would say the flames. But science shows that most people in fires do not die of the fire but rather the smoke. They die of asphyxiation.
  • These subjects reported, to their surprise, that it was the smoke, which is not something most would know. If they were making it up or confabulating, imagining what it must have been, they would say it was the fire that burned them to death. In another example, if asked, "Look down. What kind of shoes are you wearing?"
  • Almost no one could tell what kind of shoes were common in a given place in a given time period, say in Medieval Europe or Ancient Egypt. But if many respondents give the same answer, this answer can be validated or disproven by referencing modern archeological evidence. Research results are not common knowledge.
  • If respondents were not reliving actual past lives, how could they individually come up with correct answers? Not one or two people, but thousands of subjects formed the data presented in this book over many years, over many trials, covering many past life regressions and future life progressions.

Graham Hancock's "Ancient Apocalypse"

Ancient Apocalypse | official trailer | Netflix
(Netflix) Oct. 19, 2022. What if everything we know about prehistoric humans is wrong? Journalist Graham Hancock visits archeological sites around the world to uncover whether a civilization far more advanced than we ever believed possible existed thousands of years ago. They were far more advanced than we are now, and we have been lied to that we are at the apex of evolution and civilization when we are not.

Expedition Sasquatch 2018 (search for Bigfoot)

Rob (SasquatchAlberta.com) MountainBeastMysteries (youtube.com, Jan. 12, 2018); Seth Auberon, Dhr. Seven, Pat Macpherson, Wisdom Quarterly Wiki edit

Who dares enter these woods that I protect?
This is the feature-length Expedition Sasquatch, a new documentary about searching for Sasquatch. (These beasts are a class of very intelligent, if sometimes cannibalistic, creatures Buddhist cosmology and mythology call rakshasas, yakshis, and Yetis). The search is conducted in Nordegg, Alberta, Canada just above the northern American border. This area has become increasingly popular among researchers and enthusiasts due to the baffling tree structures found here.

The search is on for more definitive evidence like Dr. Melba Ketchum published.

What are these creatures?

We're humanoid ogres is what we are.
Rākṣasas (Sanskrit राक्षस) are a type of being found in Buddhism and Hinduism relegated to mythology (see also Hindu mythology). They are called "maneaters" (nri-chakshas, kravyads).

Ancient Vedic lore influenced many later Indian religions, like Buddhism, which incorporated these and other nonhuman creatures into its view of life on this planet.

Females are known as rakshasis, which in human form are called raksheshas. Like the yakshi (Yeti), they are often said to be fiercer than the males. The terms asura ("Titan") and rakshasa are often used interchangeably. Mara, for example, is called a yakkha ("ogre") or rakshasa, which is explained as a "corrupted asura."

"Bigfoot" in Buddhism
In Buddhism's Alavaka Sutra (Pali canon, SN 10.12) tells the story of the Buddha being harassed by a rakshasa named Alavaka. The creature orders the Buddha to leave this spot then to return, over and over.

When the Buddha finally refuses to leave, the ogre -- which possesses psychic powers, as they often do -- threatens the Buddha telling him he will do unspeakable things to him unless he is able to answer some questions.

The rest of the sutra concerns the dialogue of questions and answers. In the end, the rakshasa is convinced of the Buddha's enlightenment and becomes a follower.

Sri Lankan (Sinhalese) ancestral legends refer to them as Yakshas and the females as Yakshis. In Nepal they are Yetis, "Abominable Snow Creatures."

"Bigfoot"?! That's stupid! Everybody knows he's not real. I don't care what the evidence is!

    Mind Over Matter: Telekinesis (documentary)

Only the Occult (video); Seth Auberon, Pat Macpherson, Ashley Wells, Wisdom Quarterly

(OnlyTheOccult) Mind Over Matter - Telekinesis: 5th Dimension (paranormal documentary)

How does this world really operate?
This documentary tackles the tricky topic of telekinesis, that is, the power of the mind to impact physical matter and the universe beyond the body. Conventional science attempts to explain supernatural and paranormal psychokinesis not realizing that secret scientific research sponsored by the government long ago established the reality of the sixth sense, psi, ESP, and what we regard as "impossible." It is possible, and we all know, only we are not allowed to know it in the establishment-science sense that has us slaving away at debunked Cartesian, Einstonian, and Newtonian world views. Where are the stolen Tesla papers the U.S. government made off with when he passed away?

"Elves, Ghosts, Sea Monsters, and ETs in Iceland -- Investigation into the Invisible World"

Nagas, devas, dragons, and fairies (M9)
"Enquête Sur le Monde Invisible" is a documentary by French director Jean-Michel Roux. In Icelandic towns like Hafnarfjörður and Reykjavik, a large percentage of the population believe in devas (subtle unseen beings), elves, ghosts of the dearly departed, and other paranormal entities. In fact, many claim to have seen and interacted with them. And some even claim to engage in frequent contact with them. This rare documentary is the first outside look at the strange but seemingly common events that take place on this small and remote island country. Note the similarity with mysterious island nation Ireland and its wee people and extraterrestrials. Irish slaves, in fact, were brought to Iceland.

    Our True Ghost Story (video)

Pat Macpherson, Pfc. Sandoval, Seven, Ashley Wells, Wisdom Quarterly HALLOWEEN TEAM

(Dave Symes) Now, kids, obey the nice police. They're only here to protect you from expressing yourselves and saying things you might regret later. This is just like the Battle at Kruger:

(Jason Schlosberg) Now, water buffs, obey the nice lions.
They're only here to eat you alive.

Gary Holt, Tom, Kerry King, Paul (LAW)
One strange (i.e., paranormal) thing did happen at the Slayer concert! It sounds silly to recount it given that one might discuss the societal or interpersonal freak show that most any concert in Hollywood becomes.

Standing, watching the show from the pit -- a sweaty, chaotic mass of humanity pressing in with everyone blocking the view by throwing up "Hang Ten" hand signs -- it was mesmerizing to watch it for a few seconds from the vantage point of a well placed little screen.

The person in front was videotaping through a good quality cellphone with a good size screen. He was holding it up above the fray, so by looking up one had a good vantage point. He was focusing it on Kerry King during a quick guitar solo. We very clearly saw Jeff Hanneman playing guitar with his unmistakeable long blond hair.

Not having previously thought much about who else was now playing guitar on tour with Slayer, we were standing stage right in front of the deafening speakers, 20 feet or so away from the stage where the crush of fans is not all-consuming.

Kerry King (right) and Jeff Hanneman (Jesse Davis biography-tribute video, see below)
Hey, Jeff, I've been waiting. - Just one more solo, Mara! (namedtranslation.co.uk)

Now when the camera came down, we saw Kerry King playing guitar on our right. We rushed forward to figure out who was stage left. Were there five people up there? No. The Hanneman-replacement (Gary Holt) was on his own side of the stage, and he doesn't look anything like Hanneman. We searched and searched the stage from various angles in case someone had fallen back obstructed by the stacks playing rhythm guitar in addition to the duo, who were not interacting but just keeping to their sides.

When the camera and arm came down, it had clearly been pointing at a bald, head-tattooed Kerry King, not a long-haired blond guitarist. They look nothing alike. We assumed that who had been in the frame must have just stepped aside, but no. The sheen of Hanneman's hair magnified and amplified, glowing as luminescent pixels on the screen, left an even greater impression, in jarring contrast to King's baldness.
It is due to karma -- actions willed, carried out, and accumulated -- that one lives.

Flesh eating bacteria destroy a limb (wiki)
Then it dawned on us whose image had been on that camera screen -- that was DEAD Jeff Hanneman! (Hanneman died this year as a result of  liver failure due to years of drug and alcohol abuse and perhaps demons after a mysterious spider bite that led to him contracting a crippling case of necrotizing fasciitis, "flesh-eating disease," which almost led to the amputation of his right arm). His story is told here:

Jeff Hanneman (1964-2013) memorial tribute by Jesse Davis

Did the image appear as a transient interaction between an electronic device and our eyes, the camera capturing and transducing a haint, making visible for a moment what the unaided eye cannot normally see? Or was their a documented intersection of planes: Did Hanneman's image appear on the digital video that person's camera was taking? There was no one on stage who looked anything like Hanneman, certainly no one wielding a guitar. We'll have to go through our messy, poorly lit photos and footage in search of paranormal artifacts.
    Edgar Cayce, Sleeping Prophet
But if the person who was filming finds Hanneman on it, please contact us! (Leave a comment in the Comments section with a way to contact you). Up the street at the Magic Castle, private members conduct a seance trying to contact the Great Houdini. It's been almost a century, and they have not reported any success. Here along Sunset Blvd., where a bicyclist once died right in front of the Palladium just before a Slayer show, having been driving without a helmet and being side swiped by a slow moving semi truck (a head is no match for asphalt), a deceased band member steps in, occupies, possesses his erstwhile friend and musical partner for a moment of Hollywood glory on stage together again.

This really happened, as hokey as it may sound. But "see is believing," and we know what we saw. Without digital evidence there is no sense in others believing. So readers can take comfort in that. Halloween is just a few days away. The Moon is round. And The Veil is thinning in this hemisphere, just as it was a few months ago for Obon in Asia on the other side of the planet. This thinning between the dimensions, the Planes of Existence (as outlined in Buddhist cosmology), allows for the interaction of the worlds here on Earth. We coexist with animals and space-devas ("shining ones") and space-others [asuras, nagas, gandharvas: celestial titans/Annunaki (as explained by Michael "Forbidden Archeologist" Cremo), reptilians/Draconians, and angelic messenger-musicians].
