A young American monk (Bhante Varrapanyo on Discord and YouTube), has returned from Asia.

Regularly scheduled LIVE silent meditation begins at 7:00 pm. Dharma talk begins at 8:00 pm nightly online and live in LA, in the San Gabriel Valley city of Baldwin Park, where the 10 Fwy meets the 605.

I want to have a daily practice after C-19.

FREE, drop-in basis, all levels, for participants who wish to practice sitting and walking meditation or hearing diverse Buddhist teachings (Zen, Theravada, Mahayana, Vajrayana), discussion, and question and answer period.

The monk broadcasts the talks online, but anyone may attend live to interact with him and the community.
