Cutting Through Fear (CD course)

Cutting Through Fear (audio)
Within the ancient teachings of Tibetan Buddhism is a practice called Chod (literally, "to cut") that was developed almost 1,000 years ago by the legendary yogini Machig Lapdron for facing and dissolving our greatest fears and attachments.

This method is still practiced today by all schools of Tibetan Buddhism. In this CD course, Tsultrim Allione, one of contemporary Buddhism's most respected teachers, shares the fascinating history of this practice and interprets it for Western students of meditation.

Drawing from root visualization practices, she shares a four-step process that can help us meet and release fears, obsessions, addictions, anger, and other difficult emotions. (3 CDs, 3 hours)
