Hegseth and Trump declare war: 'FAFO'

'Hitleresque': Retired Major General Hertling links Trump speech to Nazi propaganda
Warlords Trump and Hegseth said all that? Wow
(MSNBC) Sept. 30, 2025: King Pres. Trump spoke today before the nation’s military, touting his decisions to deploy his National Guard to major U.S. cities. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth also delivered a series of strange and embarrassing remarks [such as saying "FAFO," which is a belligerent threat and vulgar acronym that means "F around and find out"], sparking fresh calls for his immediate resignation. Lt. Gen. Mark Hertling (Ret.) and Maj. Gen. William Enyart (Ret.) join The Weeknight to respond. #PeteHegseth #Hitler #Trump #NoMoreKings

Whites of Japan: Ainu, Emishi, Jomon?

Why do the Ainu people seem to have Caucasian features? (vrogue.co)

The fascinatingly mysterious origins of the Ainu
(TREY the Explainer) This is TTE's first video on human diversity and evolution. It discusses ancient and prehistoric human migration and evolution into East Asia, specifically Japan. [Did the AinuEmishi, or Jōmon people come from mating with nearby Russians, Koreans, Tartarians?]
We examine the strange and somewhat mysterious case of the Ainu tribe [with possible origins in Africa as "Black Asians," as happened with many groups like the early blue-eyed Blacks of Ireland and British Isles, or even the Australian aboriginals and ubiquitous Polynesians] and other members of Y-Haplogroup D. In doing so it breaks down what exactly happened in Asia during prehistory.

Mexico's female president-elect to Trump

Dear Madame Presidente, you'll have to excuse our national embarrassment. He was recently shot in the head and has learned nothing from it but continues to be divisive and lie. We wish your administration all the success in the world. And perhaps you can tell Netanyahu to tone down his mass murdering? Thank you. - Mexican Buddhists
.
The proud flag of our neighboring nation
Mexican Jewish President-elect Claudia Sheinbaum rebuked U.S. nominee Donny Johnny Trump after he appeared to mock Marcelo Ebrard, a high-ranking official from the current government who is set to be her economy minister when she takes office this year.
Trump's offensive statements took place on Saturday during a rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan....The statements prompted a response from President-elect Sheinbaum, who took to X (Twitter) to defend Mr. Ebrard, whom she bested in the party's primaries.

He, he has, Como se dice? Marital problems. She hates him but loves money

Gus, can you answer Trump?
"I regret former President Trump's rude language and certainly disagree with his opinion of Marcelo Ebrard. To me, he is one of the best public servants in Mexico, and he will be a great Secretary of Economy of our country, which no one should forget is free and sovereign," she declared.

Ebrard, on his end, thanked Sheinbaum and said he will "defend Mexico's interests with dignity and strength."

The rift follows another episode concerning Trump and the Mexican government, as current Pres. López Obrador had said the day before that he was going to send a letter to his "friend" Trump as a result of his stance on immigration.

I'm better than Hey Zeus, everyone tells me.
"I think he is not being properly informed about the migratory issue and also about the importance of maintaining economic integration among the U.S., Mexico, and Canada," he said.

"When it comes to migration, I will prove to him that migrants are not smuggling drugs into the U.S. That is a vile lie. They go to work honorably. That country was built and became a superpower thanks to migrants around the world."

Fraud: JD Vance isn't a 'hillbilly' (LA Times)

J.D. Vance, Ex-President Trump's new running mate, is a classic example of a convenenciero — someone who goes through life with no principles other than getting ahead and no loyalty to a community other than his own (LM Otero/AP).
Yale lawyer J.D. Vance once had money and poll woes (Darcy Cartoon/cleveland.com)
.
Me and my brown wife Usha are true Americans.
From the moment I learned about hillbillies as a child, I was entranced. Good ol' boys and girls born high up in the mountains?

[The trailer trash of Appalachia?] That’s my parents. People who moved from rural towns to metro areas in search of a better life?

We is downhome folks from them thar hills
Story of both sides of my family. Working class? My upbringing. Lovers of things — food, fashion, music, diction, parties — that polite society ridiculed? Yee-haw! Stubbornly clinging to their ancestral lands and ways? ¡Ajúa!

I learned to love toxic bourbon, bluegrass music, Hee Haw reruns, and Jeff Foxworthy's "You Might Be a Redneck If..." series.

LGBTQ flags in JD's Virginia neighborhood
As an adult, I drove through the small towns of central and eastern Kentucky and Tennessee, feeling at home in areas even my white friends warned wouldn't take kindly to "my type."

I might not have outwardly resembled the 'billies I met — I'm a cholo [Mexican style gang member] nerd, after all — but we got along just fine, because they were my brothers and sisters from another madre.

Ask A Mexican! (Gus Arellano)
That’s why I was intrigued when J.D. Vance’s memoirHillbilly Elegy: A Memoir of a Family and Culture in Crisis, was released in 2016.

From what I heard about it, the familial dysfunction, generational poverty, and inherent fatalism that Vance overcame were similar to the pathologies of my own extended Latino clan.

The up-from-bootstraps message he preached in interviews was what my parents had always preached and what I still subscribe to. Vance's critique of conspicuous consumption among the poor is something everyone should consider.
Tacos USA (Westword)
But the parallels between the clean-cut Vance and me only went so far. He was a Yale graduate and venture capitalist, while I'm a community college kid who chose a dying profession [journalism].

He was far removed from his roots, while I experience mine nearly every other weekend at family parties. More importantly, Vance cast himself as an extraordinary exception to his fellow Appalachians, describing 'billies as encased in a toxic amber that kept them from improving their lot and left them embittered with a country that has moved on without them.

My Mexican hillbilly family never had time to whine and mope. My parents’ generation found blue-collar jobs, bought homes, and are now retired and enjoying the fruits of their blood, sweat, and tears.

It's not "genocide"...when Israel does it

Pfc. Sandoval, Sheldon S., Ashley Wells, Shauna Schwartz (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly; Scott Ritter via Danny Haiphong, 12/20/23; Vivek Ramaswamy via Jimmy Dore (YouTube)

“Israel can defend itself however they want” – right wing Indian Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy
Vote for me! I'm just like my hero Dick Nixon!
(The Jimmy Dore Show) Dec. 20, 2023: Indian wunderkind Vivek "Dick Nixon II" Ramaswamy, the arch nemesis of Indian Nikki Haley, who is also vying for Trump to pick her to run alongside him for VP, is desperate for attention. He needs to appease hardcore, right-wing isolationist MAGA types, Q-Anon supporters, Jan. 6th insurrectionists (who were set up and taken down by the state), conservatives, evangelical Christians, fundamentalists, and Libertarians, and independents.

US Col. Mcgregor: "Israel has lost in every possible way! There is no going back..."
(Inner Vision) Dec. 19, 2023: Colonel Douglas Macgregor delivers a frank analysis, asserting that Israel has suffered defeat on multiple fronts in prosecuting its genocide against Palestine. Israel has suffered a profound negative impact on its military and international reputation, indicating a situation from which recovery seems challenging. Viewers are invited to explore Col. Macgregor's insights into the far-reaching consequences of this purported loss. Thanks to @cyrusjanssen #israel

Regular Republicans do not seem interested enough, so why not drill down to try to mine the extremists? When asked about Israel, its genocide, and US funding for decades of its war crimes, Ramaswamy gives a simplistic answer. He'll just not give them any more money and let them do whatever they want. Ignoring is the best deterrent, apparently. Israeli PM and early Jewish war criminal David Ben-Gurion made no bones about Israel's plans for war crimes and genocide to displace and dispossess the people of Palestine and strip them of their land or lives.

World's quietest room less than zero decibels

Ryan Trahan (YT); BBC Future; Microsoft; Kelly Ani, Pat Macpherson (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

I survived the world's quietest room (-9 decibels)
(Ryan Trahan) 21,843,300 views. Oct. 18, 2021. What is the world's quietest room? It used to be this one, but they recently made a quieter one. It's time to defeat Dr. Phil to get him to adopt me. Lots of crazy things go through a person's head in a peaceful environment.
Inside the quietest place on earth
Richard Gray (BBC Future, May 28, 2017) edited by Wisdom Quarterly

Testing headphones inside the chamber (wiki)
Microsoft has built a chamber so quiet that one can hear the grind of one's own bones – and it’s helping to fine-tune the next-generation of electronic goods.

If LeSalle Munroe stands still for a few moments in his “office,” something unsettling can happen: He can hear the blood rushing around his body and his eyes squelch as they move in his skull.

While many people work in places filled with the tip-tap of keyboards, the hubbub of chatter from colleagues, and a constant hum of computers, Munroe is surrounded by almost total silence.

His office is the quietest place on the planet. [There might be quieter places in the planet, deep in caves and caverns, or those isolation chambers in Altered States.]

Isolation chambers alter states
The specially constructed chamber is hidden in the depths of Building 87 at Microsoft’s headquarters in Redmond, Washington, where the firm’s hardware laboratories are based.

Products like the Surface computers, Xbox, and Hololens have all been developed here. Microsoft’s engineers built the room – known as an anechoic chamber – to help them test new equipment.

That includes sound muffling equipment that in 2015 set the official world record for silence when the background noise level inside was measured at an ear-straining -20.6 decibels. [Google has gotten it even lower. By comparison, a library is about 40 decibels, more than 60 decibels louder.] More

If only they were meditators, they could last longer
Yes, yes, more silence!
Imagine a Zen monk, a forest dwelling Theravada Buddhist wandering ascetic (an original shaman or shramana), lost in his or her object of meditation, fully absorbed (jhana-fied) in the bliss of stillness. With that as one's goal or abode, hours in an anechoic chamber could be bliss. That would be the place to get tested, the way UCLA has MARC or its Mindful Awareness Research Center to test people in Buddhist meditative states.

Second historic solo trek across Antarctica

Associated Press (ap.org, Dec. 27, 2018); Seth Auberon, Pfc. Sandoval, Wisdom Quarterly

A British adventurer was close to becoming the second person to traverse Antarctica completely unassisted just a few days after an American became the first to conquer the feat, which was previously said to be impossible.

Louis Rudd's expedition blog on Thursday showed that the 49-year-old has only has about 50 miles (80 kms) left on the journey across the continent and is expected to finish Saturday. If Rudd — a Hereford, England, resident and captain in the British Army — completes the journey, he'll become the second man to do so after Colin O'Brady of Portland, Oregon, became the first on Wednesday.

Empire Beneath the Ice (Quayle)
The more than 900-mile (1448-km) trek took O'Brady 54 days. O'Brady and Rudd were competing to become the first to travel across Antarctica without getting new supplies or help from the wind. O'Brady won after he covered the last roughly 80 miles (129 kms) in one big, impromptu final push to the finish line that took well over an entire day.

"While the last 32 hours were some of the most challenging hours of my life, they have quite honestly been some of the best moments I have ever experienced," O'Brady posted on Instagram, where he has been documenting the arduous journey.

Rudd congratulated O'Brady on his blog late Wednesday. "I've just heard that the American Colin's finished," he wrote. "Fantastic, well done to him. He'd pushed really hard all the way across and done extremely well, so congratulations to him." Rudd wrote... More

Isolation (What is bordeom?) Mind Field (Ep. 1)

YouTube, a subsidiary of Google Corp., is trying to charge money to watch. But how can it if we're all used to using it for free? It wanted to impose fees but would lose tens of millions of viewers it if did.

Rage Against the Machine...symbolically.
So Google Corp. -- itself a subsidiary of the Alphabet Agencies that give it power, funding, protection, access, and get from it all the help they (CIA, NSA, FBI, NSC, DHS, etc.) want with their domestic and international spying, social control, consent manufacturing, and investigations.

Yes, my pretties.
So the G-men decided to do the more American thing: entice us to want to pay to watch. Introducing "YouTube Red," paid access programming. This is CIA-assisted capitalism, which creates its own funding streams so as not to have to answer to Congress or the government for it secret activities.

FULL MOVIE: The Thinning, featuring Peyton List and Logan Paul, before YouTube starts charging for the privilege. Beware not to get addicted to the service.

The Thinning ft. Peyton List
This kind of capitalism charges us to be spied on and socially controlled. It's no longer enough to carry your iPhone like a "wire" spying on all your friends, relatives, secret meetings (with everyone packing a phone), innermost thoughts, and whereabouts to provide more data points for our own personalized government algorithm, which makes us more predictable and less trouble.

YouTube itself wants to warn us of what's happening, but it can't come right out and say so. So it created this YouTube Red teen thriller, The Thinning (wiki), following the massive success of The Hunger Games featuring Jennifer Lawrence and The Divergent Series featuring Shailene Woodley.

What the war needs now...is a wall (Trump)

Pfc. Sandoval, Pat Mapcherson, Seth Auberon, CC Liu, Wisdom Quarterly; AP; SCPR, PRI
There is already a large, long border partition along parts of southern United States (AP)
SAN DIEGO, California - As Trump announced his plans for a wall on US-Mexico border, Border Patrol agents in California on the lookout for drugs and smugglers drove all-terrain vehicles along a barrier that reaches 18 feet, topped by razor wire and reinforced by cameras and lighting (AP).

I want us to restart our torture, too (AP).
What the world needs now is love, sweet love. It's the only thing that there's just too little of. But what Trump, sweet Trump, wants to dump dump dump along the border is a big f.u. to the US war on its enemies, the world.

Our dummy-in-chief is not the first president to embark on an aggressive buildup on the border. Here's a look at what is already there:

SEMI-FORTIFIED BORDER
Drought ends, but water prices to stay high.
One-third of the U.S.-Mexico border, or 653 miles, is already studded with fence in a potpourri of styles, from menacing barriers to less formidable ones. The Ancient Chinese would be proud.

The barriers arose from pseudo-Pres. George W. Bush's "Secure Fence Act," which was passed quietly in the last year of his administration. You don't need to know what the "Patriot Act" actually says, so what do you need to know the full plan of taking over the U.S. from the inside out?

Let's make war on the world
Kahlo would dislike this war.
Mexicans shopped at an outlet mall that bumps up against the border. And dozens of migrants huddled in tents outside a shelter in Mexico hoping to get into the U.S. To them Trump's executive order Wednesday to build a wall seemed more like a symbolic gesture of a new chapter in U.S-Mexico relations than a real deterrent for people to enter the country without dealing with U.S. bureaucracy. More

A look at border security, fencing as Trump announces wall
HOUSTON, Texas - Trump announced his long-awaited plan today to build a "wall" on the 1,954-mile U.S. border with Mexico, calling for its "immediate construction" to stop illegal immigration, drug and human trafficking, and potential future acts of "terrorism." More

Water protectors weigh whether to fight or give up on Mother Earth

Water protectors stop ETP and police (rt.com)
CANNON BALL, North Dakota - Most of the peaceful demonstrators who gathered on the North Dakota plains to oppose the Dakota Access oil pipeline declared victory and departed their snowy protest camp last month after the Army announced it would halt the project, says the AP. But diehards knowing the corporation, the police, and the government are lying remained behind as "water protectors." Trump recent statements proves they were right to doubt the powers that be would choose the people and the environment over their profits and power grab. More biased reportage from the AP
