To Seek Nirvana

Siddhartha found nirvana one day when he decided not to rise from under the Bodhi tree until he found the answer to the world's suffering. Enlightenment dawned when know-ledge and vision of the Four Noble Truths arose.

Siddhartha became the Buddha, the "Awakened One." He realized that the ultimate Dharma (liberating wisdom) was beyond grasping and aversion, transcended time and space, life and death, and resulted in emancipation from the round of rebirth (samsara).

This is nirvana, the supreme and ultimate reality. The Buddha went on to teach the Noble Eightfold Path to awakening and enlightenment to countless hearers, both devas and humans, on Earth and beyond.
