Math is for girls!

"The h-ll it is!" cries Amber at Wisdom Quarterly. But Danica McKellar (aka Winnie Cooper from "The Wonder Years") insists it's true. Kiss My Math! is the title of her book on the subject. Girly or gory, math is here to stay. Boys in general don't have the aversion girls do, and this leads to consequences for women. Danica should know. She graduated from UCLA as a math major, wrote to popularize it, published research on the subject, had a mathematical theorem named in her honor, and spoke to math majors at their graduation.
