Every Monday and Thursday at 12:30 pm, MARC holds a free, drop-in, 30-minute guided meditation session. Download the UCLA Mindful App then stream* or download these podcasts below.

Each drop-in has a different theme and usually includes introductory comments, guided meditation, silent practice time, and closing comments. Each also offers a new daily life practice for the week.

Sessions are led by Director of Mindfulness Education at MARC Diana Winston and Associate Director at MARC Marvin G. Belzer, and guest leaders. These meditations are held weekly via Zoom video conferencing, in-person at the Hammer Museum, or both!

  • Thursdays: Starting Jan. 12 all are invited to once again enjoy Mindful Awareness Meditation in person in the Billy Wilder Theater.
  • Every session will also be broadcast live on the Hammer's website.
