Upcoming Schedule
Every Monday and Thursday at 12:30pm, MARC holds a free, drop-in, 30-minute guided meditation session. You can download the UCLA Mindful App, stream*, or download these podcasts below.
Each drop-in has a different theme and usually includes introductory comments, guided meditation, silent practice time, and closing comments. Each also offers a new daily life practice for the week.
Sessions are led by Diana Winston, Director of Mindfulness Education at MARC, Marvin G. Belzer Associate Director at MARC, and by guest leaders.
These meditations are held weekly via Zoom video conferencing, in-person at the Hammer Museum, or both! See details for attendance options.
