Jesus finally returns...in the flesh (video)

Eels, "Novocaine for the Soul": "Life is white, and I am black/Jesus and His lawyer are coming back."

What's up? I'm the Supreme Patriarch Ye-Zeus.
Once upon a cross, there was this guy... Meet the man who believes He is actually [the born again] Jesus Christ.

Since the [alleged] crucifixation [a punishment meted out exclusively to political troublemakers under imperial Roman rule] and the end of His earthly ministry [if He ever existed at all as the Nazarene and star of the bestselling book series called, simply, The Book], according to Christian belief, several individuals have claimed to be [the return of] Jesus the Christ ["Annointed One"] in a second Advent [a second come again].

Many of these [Johnny-come-lately] Jesus figures often start a sect, enjoy a large following, and after a while, fizzle away. However, one such individual has been convincing in the past few decades. Could He be that Christ?

2. The Siberian Jesus
Believe in me and all your sins will be forgiven, and you'll do everything I say without question.
.
Hi, I'm Jess and this is Mare, born again
Around 33 BC, history has it that Jesus [Yazoo], a son of one Joseph [Josephus], was born [of Miriam] into the world to a newly wedded couple in Bethlehem.

His birth has been symbolically celebrated, in the past few centuries, as the Christians’ Easter. However, in the cold frontiers of Siberia, a Russian man has successfully convinced His thousands of followers that He is Jesus.

I'm Sami from Siberia, not Inuit from North Pole
[And get this, He's actually white this time, unlike the historical Black North African Jesus.] His influence in that circle is so strong that the entire sect started a commune of their own.
  • I am the Lord your God. Face it.
Who is this New Jesus guy?
Here’s what History All Day learned about the 21st-century Jesus. His given name is Mr. Sergei Anatolyevitch Torop, but his disciples have made a habit of calling him Vissarion. The name “Vissarion," of Greek origin, is common in Russia, meaning “wooded valley.” However, Torop’s official website states that the name Vissarion means “He who gives new life.”
What they teach
The sect’s other name, Community of Unified Faith, hammers at its doctrinal mission. The church was initially conceived as an effort to unify people from different religious backgrounds.

In fact, the teachings of Vassarion borrow from Buddhism, [Eastern] Orthodox Christianity, and a fair share of Stoicism.

(Modern Wisdom) Jordan Peterson gets biblical with atheist Bill Maher.

Ever since Vassarion’s church gained traction, there has been a compilation of His talks and sermons. It has been published in a volume called The Last Testament. More: Meet the man who believes He is actually Jesus Christ (History All Day)

Oops, Jesus in trouble with the cops again
