B-day party, vegan potluck, meditation (7/15)

Cody is a spiritual seeker. He does yoga, Buddhist meditation, sacred Sanskrit chanting, studies secrets, talks UFOs and revelations to grow into the best version of himself.
  • THE STORY OF CODY: Born and raised in Los Angeles, his mom was a hippie and he has a long lost half-sister. She's been found, meeting at the cafe by a set of circumstances that read like a work of fiction. They might have dated but figured out their familial relationship after talking. The Cody joined a "cult," or a commune style property with an all-wise leader who was in charge of a sector of the earth. He passed away, and Cody is editing a book about him. He possesses a remarkable singing voice and got a scholarship to attend Indiana University to become an opera singer but could not buckle down and make the grades to matriculate. He experimented with mind expanding substances and then remembered that the leader told him to study the eight limbs of yoga, not just the poses. That's when he met yoga instructor Stella and they've been inseparable ever since. He's a hippie, musician, creative type, and spiritual seeker. Everyone's invited to a FREE vegan potluck summer party to celebrate and socialize. We'll sing, party, eat, and sit.

Meditation practices stillness and mindfulness to cultivate the mind. Sustained attention purifies and clears awareness for calm, insight, relaxation, and returning to balance.

Bring vegan dish or snacks or drinks to share. Socialize, singalong with Yogini Stella accompanied by harmonium and guitar. Relax. Celebrate the summer.

Vegan means NO animal products of any kind. Bring a potluck item to share -- guacamole, good chips, a dish, store bought or homemade, dessert, ice, drinks, and so on. RSVP FREE:
