Bezalel Yoel Smotrich (Hebrew בְּצַלְאֵל יוֹאֵל סְמוֹטְרִיץ׳, born Feb. 27, 1980) is a Jewish Zionist Israeli illegal occupier ("settler colonialist") in the West Bank, a far-right Jewish politician, and a dandy lawyer who serves the Zionist ethnostate as its minister of finance (2022-present). Smotrich is the leader of the Religious Zionist Party, previously having participated in war crimes as a Knesset (Jewish Parliament) member for The Jewish Home and Yamina, resigning in 2023 under the Norwegian Law [1], allowing him to remain a minister (high official) in the Zionist government while his parliamentary seat in the Knesset is taken by another member of his extreme right-wing political party. Smotrich is an occupier ("settler") in violation of international law in the illegally-Israeli-occupied West Bank (a large part of Palestine), living in a make-believe new township (Jewish Israeli "settlement") calling itself Kedumim, which as a lawyer he knows to be illegal under international law.
