Meanwhile, at mountain lake, eagles lose eggs

Poe, the ravens are evil killer birds.
Jackie and Shadow returned to "the birds and the bees," making love, making a nest, and making more eggs to produce the miracle of more garudas (avian eagle beings also called suparnas).

Looking at the newly fortified nest after last year's marathon viewing show, one of the eggs was confirmed to have cracked on Friday (Friends of Big Bear Valley/YouTube).

My eggs are no good. Let's fly away.
TOPLINE: Big Bear’s famous bald eagle nest has taken a bad turn — both of Jackie and Shadow’s eggs have been attacked by ravens (ravenous crows).

WHAT HAPPENED? Via livestream, a raven could be seen in the nest poking a large hole into, and potentially devour, one of the beings inside one of the eagle eggs as if it were a raw omelet, sunny side over and done.

10 fascinating facts about ravens
WHY DOES IT MATTER?
Jackie and Shadow have a large fanbase. “Our hearts are with Jackie and Shadow always, and we wrap our arms around them,” Jenny Voisard, the organization’s media and website manager, wrote in a Facebook update.

“Our hearts are also with YOU, Eagle Fam; we know how you are feeling now."
  • Jackie and Shadow, perhaps sensing their eggs were not viable (maybe due to human DDT), flew away for a long time, too long. Ravens came in and ate the carrion (formerly living animals); there may have been no bird murder, just bird cannibalism.
Those Ravens
Eddie Al Poet
Once upon a frigid old tree, while I floundered, weak and weary,
Over two quaint and curious misbegotten ovals—
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a yacking,
As of someone gently tapping, tapping at my nest's door.
"'Tis some visitor," I muttered, "tapping at my nest's door—
Only this and nothing more."
Ah, distinctly I remember it was in the bleak Cali winter;
And each separate dying feather wrought its ghost upon the floor.
Eagerly I wished the morrow;—vainly I had sought to borrow
From my crook surcease of sorrow—sorrow for those lost before—
For the rare and radiant eggs whom the angels brought before—
Nameless here and for evermore.
And the silken, sad, uncertain rustling of each bruised beak end
Thrilled me—filled me with fantastic terrors never felt before;
So that now, to still the beating of my heart, I sat repeating,
"'Tis some visitor entreating entrance at my nest's door—
Some late visitor entreating entrance at my nest's door;—
This it is and nothing more." More

Nazi Sydney Sweeney's jeans (video)

Sydney Sweeney's boobs are the people's choice (X/Twitter)

Eugenics. Racism. White supremacy. Hitler. Nazism. MAGA. Trump's bigotry and ICE raids...
.
She seems like a nice girl.
What kind of Anti-Israel Nazi is this Aryan Goddess Sydney Sweeney? - Why what happened? - Have you seen her new ad campaign? - With boobs? - No, butt! She's flouting some Germanic American Eagle jeans. - Genes, you mean? - That's what I thought.

Anjelah Johnson on being pretty at the nail salon

It seems diarrhea is a genetic condition. - No, it isn't! - Yeah, it runs in your jeans. - You mean genes. - Do I?

American Eagle's sexualizing ads for Trump?
Ha ha ha. - Trump wears adult diapers because he craps himself, no bowel control due to being really old and abusing stimulants for so long. - Yeah, whistleblower Caspar outed him, butt no one seems to care that he stinks, stands like that to deal with their bulk.
I will be your Leader whether you like it or not
We were being ironic, thinking all the hubbub was just about a single poster. But this commercial has words and is obviously playing off of Nazi (Nordic elitist) ideals and Neo-Nazi fantasies and eugenic aspirations. Even Megyn Kelly can't help but come to her defense: "This is obviously a reference to her body, not to her skin color!" Obviously, American Eagle's ad agency (or PR firm) is getting risqué with racialized double entendres, not satisfied to leverage her boobs and beauty.

First we wipe out the Indigenous then we create our Utopia.

Baby eaglet MISSING in Big Bear

UPDATE: My babies pipped and hatched. Now, back off!

Eagle cam views on overdrive
Big Bear bald eagles Jackie and Shadow welcome first eaglet since 2019 (vvdailypress.com)

Humans reenact the squawking of BB eagles
One of the hatchlings (chicks, babies, fledglings, carnivorous raptors) is missing in the snow. The storms pounding Los Angeles with hail, graupel, and freezing rain is dumping snow high atop Big Bear Lake. And at least 50 feet above that sits Eagle Jackie and her mate Shadow, the couple pampering their newborns with slaughtered trout, crow, duck, and warm vomit. Ah, Nature.

One baby, two babies, where's the third eaglet?!
But tragedy has struck. Not only was the runt late and being constantly bonked by Brutus, the big one, to establish the nest's pecking order, now one of the three is feared gone, either cannibalized or thrown from the nest for hygiene among the corpses and mortal remains of the prey littering the well-arranged sticks.

Seven thousand feathers keep Jackie warm, sitting on her brood or clutch or nursery. Maybe a park ranger should climb the tree and shove the mother off her young so we can count them and feel better about our nosy curiosity about the mysterious ways of Nature and its blood smeared beaks and talons. Is it any wonder the dragons (nagas, reptilians) fear the garudas (suparnas, avians)

There's been progress. A pip has been detected, a quickening that inspires the other chicks in their embryonic shells to get with the pecking and break out. Although it is 18 degrees up at Big Bear Lake above LA, the eggs are warm by the vigilance of the parents, Jackie and Shadow, and everything looks good for the birth of three baby bald eagles. It makes one proud to be a Native American and watch respect for nature rub off on the cam jamming Lone Ranger man filming the birds in their element.

The avian garuda (suparna) ET bird-people
We are starting Pip Watch on March 1st, when Egg1 is 38 days old, looking for the first signs of hatching (the first little hole being called a pip).

We may notice subtle changes in Jackie and Shadow’s behavior, such as becoming more attentive to the eggs.

Since Jackie is practicing delayed incubation, we may not see anything yet but will keep our eyes glued to all three eggs, [except for the runt. Who cares about him? Have you seen the price of a dozen of these? Make my murder morning mash of fowl fetuses too expensive to fry!]

The initial pip usually looks like a small bump, often shaped like a star, and is only visible when the camera is zoomed in. The eggs may have some dirt smudges or fluff stuck on them, which are not to be mistaken for pips.
  • [Hey, is Zelenskyy going to start WW III after disrespecting VP Vance and not kissing PP Trump's ring? Sure glad we have this Eagle Cam set up so we don't have to think about how we have been funding Ukraine's killing of Russians and getting them killed for Europe. What are the CIA and Pentagon thinking?]
  • What are garudas, alien bird-human hybrid people?
  • Supaṇṇa Saṃyutta are Buddhist texts about garudas
  • The Connected Discourses on Phoenixes [3] or Avians, Garudas, Suparnas, Harpies, Birdpeople provides basic accounts on the nature of the garuḍas, who are avian deities in Buddhist cosmology and mythology. In these texts, the Buddha describes these beings with regard to their mode of rebirth, hierarchy, as well as the reasons a person may be reborn among them.
If one notices any suspicious spot, please make a note and keep an eye on it. If it were a pip, in a few hours, it would grow into a larger, more obvious pip site.
  • BEWARE OF PWI: "Pip watch itch" manifests as an urgent need to study all egg rolls frame-by-frame and pronounce every dirt speck or fluff a pip. It is highly transmissible, occurs seasonally, and has no known cure. Not to be confused with "presidential war incitement" Q.E.D.
  • OVARIAN FACTS: 🥚 Egg1 laid 1/22 17:05, Egg2 laid 1/25 16:44, Egg3 laid 1/28 17:43
Pip Watch begins on 3/1. Historically, at this snowy mountaintop location high above Los Angeles and the OC in Southern California, eggs hatch at ~38-39 days. With three eggs it could take a few days longer.

🐣 HATCHING is a long process that may take a few days: bit.ly/3UVVy8D. [So don't even think of driving up and trying to help the chick be born. Breaking out is part of Nature's process of strengthening its survival chances. The mother isn't picking off the shell, so why would a meddling human hand help?]

DAD: ℹResident Bald Eagle male: Shadow (unbanded) since May 2018. Estimated hatch year: 2014.

MOM: ℹResident Bald Eagle female: Jackie (unbanded) since September 2016. Estimated hatch year: 2012. [So even on the animal plane, guys go for younger chicks?]

Jackie and Shadow
are the second and third most famous eagles in the country, only behind the nation's Nazi-like insignia. See Uncle Baldy on the top of flagstaffs and elsewhere. But for the parents of cute chicks, see the Friends of Big Bear Valley cam above the lake: Big Bear Bald Eagle Nest 2025 | Friends of Big Bear Valley. We have other charismatic megafauna, like bears for example. bigbeargrizzly.net | Big Bear Grizzly. Buddhist prophecy: When the Iron Eagle Flies

We recognize you, Brother. You have returned.
Ayya Khema, with a foreword by the Dalai Lama, has 4.9 out of 5 stars after 16 ratings. When the Iron Eagle Flies: Buddhism for the West is a complete meditation course from one of the West's most beloved Buddhist teachers.

In her usual direct style, German Jew Sri Lanka-trained and attained Buddhist nun Ayya Khema points us toward the Middle Path — a way of simplicity.

The great Ayya Khema, Buddhist nun
Her teachings unfold simply, free of jargon, and are ideal for a contemporary world where our fevered pursuit of pleasure and comfort leaves us "like children playing in a house on fire, refusing to let go of our toys."

This is a practical guide to building meaning through awareness: When the Iron Eagle Flies contains a wealth of exercises and advice to help readers along the path.

A Westerner trained in the East, Ayya Khema grounds her teaching in our ordinary, everyday experiences and gradually shows us how to gain access to liberation and freedom in this life under these conditions.
"When the Iron Eagle Flies"?
Nazis had medal eagle, the Iron Cross medal.
What does it mean to say, "An iron eagle will fly"? There's no way an iron eagle can fly -- unless we throw it off a cliff and redefine flying as "falling from the sky."

This ancient Tibetan Buddhist prophecy -- like those of the strangely related (Edward Vining, 1885, Rick Fields, 1992, 2022) ancient Hopi and other Native Americans in the Southwest United States -- states that the Dharma will reach the West when the "iron eagle flies." Of course, what metal bird flies? Airplanes of all kinds, traversing the skies as could be known but not quite understood when the vision was received.
What did Ayya Khema realize in the tumult?
Ayya Khema, a German Jewish immigrant trained in Sri Lanka under an eminent Theravada Buddhist monk, learned meditation (jhana), and revived the defunct nun's order in the country and the tradition in other allied countries. We owe a great debt to Ayya Khema not only for the revival but for teaching in the West to those hungry for liberation from suffering.

Interestingly, the prophecy is slightly more specific or may be interpreted as such. Karma (deeds with the power to bear subsequent results) is a strange, strange thing. How it will work out is unfathomable. That working out (vipaka, phala) is one of the Four Imponderables, so complex and intricate that it would drive one to madness to repeatedly ponder.

When worlds collide...

Empire Beneath the Ice: How Nazis Won WWII (S. Quayle)
The Nazis have an "iron eagle" on their Iron Cross insignia, as if to represent the conquest of snakes (nagas, dragons, reptilians) by eagles (garudas, suparnas, avians), just as Americans and other Western powers seem to promote.

The dragons (serpents, vipers, dinosaurs, Silurians) may not be ALL bad, but they have certainly been cast as such. The eagle is majestic, but originally the symbol of the USA was a snake on a flag warning, "Don't tread on me."

Of course, now the flag of the country is the pretty and all-inclusive Rainbow, but between these two banners (and after the CSA), it used to be the bloody Stars and Stripes.

An Iron Eagle is now military slang for an American military officer attained to the rank of colonel who will not be promoted to the rank of general, the term referring to the rank insignia a colonel wears, which resembles an eagle.

Ayya Khema, as a German Jew, had to flee the comfort and familiarity of Germany because of WW II, which saw the Nazis come into power. The Nazis, and Ayya Khema could almost certainly not have known this, were very interested in Tibet and esoteric Vajrayana Buddhism, with its deep history of Bon black magic and Vedic Hindu influences. The myths of Aryan supremacy and of a world monarch (chakravartin), converted into racial terms and a role for Fuhrer Hitler by Nazi Propaganda Minister Joe Goebbels.

Smithsonian covers up ancient Egyptians in US
"Burning airlines give you so much more," Brian Eno observed. Of course, he was being facetious, but when iron eagles fly and worlds collide, we can hardly comprehend what would have been otherwise. Karma is just that way. Few know that the Nazis won WWII because we are told the opposite. The U.S. does not admit to admitting Nazis into the U.S. and U.S. military, to set up NASA, the CIA (the new OSI/Gestapo), intercontinental missile programs, nuclear weapons, and top secret UAP/vimana vehicles.

Buddhism for the West (Ven. Khema)
All of that is kept is kept secret from us. So are we working with Draconian reptilians from far away, or the reptilians who have long been here inside the planet? Are we aware of the Hollow Earth civilizations discovered by Admiral Byrd (Operation Highjump, called "Iron Sky" as a distraction and diversion for plausible deniability). A great deal is going on. And, of course, this is all nonsense that no one can seriously believe, no matter how much research bears it out or what whistleblowers have to say.

And this confluence brings us right back around to the arrival of immigrant out of Nazi Germany and into the welcoming arms of Buddhist Asia. Ayya Khema arrived in Sri Lanka, learned meditation, excelled, restarted the Nun's Monastic Community (Bhikkhuni Sangha), and came to the United States and Europe to teach from time to time. She was not the only Jew to ride the war out outside of Germany.

War and peace

Buddhist Dictionary
One of the great early Western monastics and translators of the Buddhist Pali language canon of ancient Buddhist texts was also a Jew, who while in Sri Lanka and India was arrested and sent to an internment camp in Dehra Dun because foreigners from Germany and/or other belligerent countries had to be detained, even if they were monks. He was the great compiler of the Buddhist Dictionary: A Manual of Buddhist Terms and Doctrines, Ven. Nyanatiloka Thera. He wrote of his life in the foothills of the Himalayas at that time and continued to the study the Dhamma (Dharma). This influx of Jewish Germans was a great boon and gives us the wealth of English translations we now enjoy and build upon. This is the story of his life:

6 archaeological sites unheard of in USA
(Poopy Archaeology) There are places like Chaco Canyon and the pyramid burial mounds of giants in Cahokia. They get the most attention in American archeology, but there are hundreds of other amazing sites across the USA. Here's a list of lesser known yet equally fascinating archeological sites, all located about an hour from a major city. them out. What sites should be added to the list? Subscribe

The CIA's secret war in Tibet

Staff Writer Paul Salopek (Chicago Tribune, reporting from Katmandu, Nepal, Jan. 26, 1997); Pfc. Sandoval, Ashley Wells, CC Liu, Seth Auberon (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

U.S. eagles are fun (wiki)
The first Americans Nawang Gayltsen ever saw had small, silver [Nazi-style] eagles pinned on their caps.

Mr. Gayltsen will never forget those eagles. They seemed auspicious, like totems of victory or success [or death from above]. Today, his face wrinkles into a sad smile remembering this.

The Americans came, he said, in a big turboprop plane, a gleaming machine that he and other awed Tibetans called a "sky ship." They wore sunglasses and baggy flight suits. They packed shiny [mass killing machines nicely called] automatic weapons on their hips. And speaking through an interpreter, they asked Gayltsen if he wanted to kill Chinese.

Wait, this is not what Hollywood told me.
"I told them I would be very happy to kill many Chinese," recalled the 63-year-old rug merchant, one of thousands of exiled Tibetans living in Nepal's picturesque Himalayan capital [Kathmandu].

"I was very young and strong then, very patriotic. I told them I would even be a suicide bomber."

The strangers, Air Force pilots working with the CIA, must have liked what they heard because on that hot day back in 1963, at a secret air base in India, they took Gayltsen and 40 other Tibetan recruits on the first airplane ride of their lives.

It was a journey that would stretch halfway around the world and into one of the murkiest chapters of the CIA's long history of covert activity in Asia: a secret war in Tibet.

[U.S.'s Secret War in Tibet]
Between the late 1950s and the mid-1960s, say Tibetan veterans such as Gaylsten and U.S. intelligence experts who corroborate their stories, the American government flew hundreds of eager Tibetan exiles to far-flung bases in Colorado (USA), Guam, and even Okinawa.
There they were trained as guerrillas against the Chinese troops who had invaded their remote [Mahayana] Buddhist kingdom in 1950.

The Tibetans, many recruited from the warrior Khamba tribe, were parachuted back into their homeland at night with submachine guns and neck [possibly heart-shaped] lockets with photos of the Dalai Lama, Tibet's [god-king] spiritual [and temporal] leader.

Some CIA trainees ended up commanding a Kiplingesque army of 2,000 [CIA assassins, the CIA euphemistically called] resistance fighters...
Their specialty was ambushing the People's Liberation Army from bases high in the cloudy mountains of Nepal [outside Tibet].
  • [The USA loves war, and if you train with US, we'll teach all comers to kill and ruin people, too. Join the Empire. Come to the Dark Side, which we call the white side.]
Others dropped down through the moonlit skies of Central Asia [the Stans] never to be heard from again: At least 40 were presumed captured by the Chinese and [arrested or possibly] executed...

But what we do in Tibet stays in Tibet, right?
Today, this obscure U.S. Cold War skirmish in a high, lonely place many Americans associate with Shangri-La is a tale that both the CIA and the Dalai Lama's pacifist government-in-exile would prefer to forget. After all, China's grip on Tibet remains stronger than ever.

Yet at a time when the Dalai Lama's non-violent campaign for independence has captured the attention of Hollywood['s propaganda machine feeding the American public] -- where Walt Disney and Tri-Star are producing elegiac hymns to "lost Tibet" and Richard Gere and fellow actors champion the mountainous land's cause -- the Tibetan foot soldiers of that quixotic war are beginning to break their decades-old vow of silence to the CIA.

Most of the ex-guerrillas are grandfathers now. They run carpet factories in Katmandu or tend dusty farms [as forgotten exiles] in the foothills of western Nepal.

They admit that going public about their American connections is as much a sign of growing frustration with Tibet's languishing drive for freedom as it is a reckoning with mortality. For many, speaking out seemed a final act of resistance.

You work good with us! - Thank you, George.
"We are old, and we will be gone soon," explained Gaylsten, who says he was taught to blow up bridges by CIA instructors at Camp Hale, a now-abandoned U.S. Army base near Vail, Colorado.

"People should know that men died for this. These things are no longer secrets. They stopped being secrets when we lost."

Truth be told, little about the CIA's skullduggery in the Himalayas is a real secret anymore -- except maybe to the U.S. taxpayers who bankrolled it. More
