Today I learned there's a Japanese word for having a clear head not oppressed by sexual thoughts: Kenja-Taimu or kenjataimu.

Kenja Time [Sage Time] In the region of Honshu we find the amazing term Kenja-Taimu.

Kenjataimu refers to the post-orgasmic period when a person’s thoughts are no longer impaired by an overwhelming sexual drive; one is thus likened to a Buddhist or Taoist “sage” [kenshō] of clear mind.

DEFINITION: noun (online slang). The post-orgasmic period when [one's thoughts are finally, if only momentarily, free of oppression by sexual craving]. Kenja time is scary [I'm afraid of sage time]

We live in a society of real gender differences.
ETYMOLOGY: Derived from kenja "sage" and taimu "time; period" -- literally, "sage time."

Kenja taimu ga kowai or "Post-orgasm is [awesome]."

Ore no kenja taimu wa hajimatta, which means, "I came and now my mind is sane." "Finally, I can think clearly." ハイパーけんじゃタイム【ハイパー賢者タイム】

Haipaa kenja taimu means "The post-orgasmic state of enlightenment" or "Hyper holy period."

The term appears for the first time around October 2007, originating from 2ch (2 channels), one of Japan's most popular textboards. Meaning: After ejaculation and pulling out, there's a refractory period.
