Zen Cryar DeBrucke (Coast to Coast AM) says follow our built-in IGS system for guidance. |
Zen Cryar DeBrucke (fearfreehuman.com) shares her insights into our innate "Internal Guidance System" (IGS) which resides within every individual.
Zen, the founder of the Fear Free Human Institute, has conducted over 33 years of research. She has discovered that this IGS serves as a personal "divine blueprint," tracking thoughts and providing signals that help us navigate life's challenges.
Excuse me, Zen, I'm about to go |
Her turning point came when a friend introduced her to a cassette recording by Esther Hicks channeling/discussing the Law of Attraction before The Secret and before Abraham-Hicks blew up to their current popularity. Abraham said we had this internal GPS system.
[We remember in one recording, Esther tells Jerry in one recording that just as with GPS, if we pass an exit it was guiding us to take, the resolution is not, "Turn around and go take it," right? What does it do? It recalculates and says, "Let's see what we do now from this [new] point." Most of us probably can only think, "We have to go back to that exact point and have a Mulligan. Esther often uses the GPS analogy, and what was the little computer guiding it? "Follow your bliss." When we think of something, do we open up or shut down internally?]If only we'd paid extra for the GPS with this rig!
Zen, I feel stuck...in life. Which way should I go? |
This revelation led Zen to explore the concept of this IGS. She elaborates on the IGS system's connection to sensations in different regions of the body [not the mind, not thinking and trying to predict or figure things out logically].
How do shamans know? |
She emphasizes that feelings of tension, such as fear and anxiety, indicate that the thoughts we are holding may not align with our true selves.
- [One could be left with the impression that whereas Abraham-Hicks says, "Follow your bliss," Zen says, "Beware your contraction, clutching, or fear." We need to heed our feelings/sensations, which are in the body, not the mind. These are not emotions, which are complex things mixed up with thoughts. This is more basic. The IGS is beeping in this beautiful human body.]
Hmm, what is my bliss? What is my... - It's not a thought in mind. It's a sensation in the body! |
.
Zen's philosophy encourages individuals to "get the mind out of the way" and embrace a flow state, which she defines as a natural energy that facilitates ease and synchronicities in life.
- Science: A 'flow state' is when we're 'in the zone'
- Synchronicities are when things effortlessly line up
"When you get up in the morning, if everything goes right, you hit all the green lights, there are no lines in the stores, that's flow," she says. "Your whole life can look like that." [That is how life regularly goes when we follow our IGS.]
What about timing? It's all about timing!
What time is it, Thay? - It's now o'clock! |
By learning to listen to our internal guidance, we can better navigate our lives and make decisions that align with our true purpose, our divine blueprint.
- [One is reminded of the Christian advice about the Holy Spirit or Pneuma and the hopeful slogan, "Let go, and let God." Maybe it means that Christians are not suggesting anyone abdicate their own responsibility for their lives but only suggesting that life can be enhanced by following intuition that pull of conscience or that je ne ses quoi rather than being bullheaded and incorrigible about "divine" guidance and help from non-insistent guardian angels and protective devas. The popular Western conception of "Zen" means much the same thing: Go with the flow, be in the moment, get out of your head and into your heart, follow your bliss (piti, meditative joy), be here now and stay here in the present, not giving in to fear and worry, overthinking or stressing. Things can be effortless, and you can always have a little smile like the Buddha does or an even bigger smile and belly laugh like Budai.]
I can stay in the zone, in a flow state, at ease! |
Budai: In a flow state, life is beautiful. |
Zen shares thousands of inspiring examples and stories of clients who have transformed their lives by following their IGS.
One poignant example involves a man who transitioned from being an attorney to pursuing his passion for being an artist and painter, ultimately leading to a deeper connection with his father, who felt inspired to go for it by his son's decision. The father also discovered his own creativity.
Both had simply been following some obligation to the "family business" to become lawyers when they really wanted to do and be something else, which was to follow their innate blueprints. Listen to the two-hour show. But seeing is believing: Zen is offering a FREE experience of IGS.
