Buddhism through Indian engineering

Scheduled event dates run between January 21 and February 17, 2009 (www.ishafoundation.org).

The ancient masters of India taught an "inner engineering" through the eight limbs of yoga. The Buddha brought this to perfection -- going beyond samadhi (purification by the temporary suppression of mental defilements) to enlightening insight (purification by permanent transformation of the heart). Yogis like Vasudev Sadhguru teach the preliminaries to bring forth well being. Buddhism completes the process of inner transformation.
