(Into the Past) Nov. 13, 2025: In 1906, a remote Nevada coal crew uncovered something no miner was meant to see — a hidden chamber beneath the ridge containing strange markings, fresh drag trails, and footprints that didn’t belong to any living person.
When the lanterns flickered and tapping sounds traveled through the stone floors, the men realized they weren’t alone in the dark.
This full-length historical horror story follows the miners as they descend deeper into the hill, discovering the truth behind the tunnels and the reptilian creatures (nagas) rumored by the local Shoshone Native Americans. What began as routine coal work quickly turned into a night of terror, vanishing men, and an encounter no one escaped unchanged.

Ancient indigenous Native American rock art (petroglyphs) warn of Sasquatch creatures in area.
There really are killer "monsters" in the woods
Sasquatches, Yakkhas, Rakshasas, Yeren, Yetis, also commonly referred to as "Bigfoot," is a large, hairy cryptid creature said to inhabit forests around the world and in every state in North America, particularly concentrated in the Pacific Northwest [2][3][4].
Sasquatch is a feature in both Native American and Canadian (First Nations) folklore and since the mid-20th century has become a cultural icon, permeating popular culture and becoming the subject of its own distinct subculture [5][6].
The creatures are given many names worldwide.
Enthusiasts of Sasquatch (Istiyehe) hunting, such as those within the budding science of cryptozoology, have offered various forms of forensic evidence to support the existence of these Nature protectors and monsters (since they differ at least as much as human populations in terms of the behavior of individuals), including eyewitness claims of sightings as well as DNA, hair specimens, bodies, photographs, video, and particularly shocking audio recordings, in addition to a long history of tens of thousands of plaster casts of extremely large footprints [7][8][9][10] with individual fingerprints, as noted by Lloyd Pye.
Original film reexamined and found to be real
The evidence is a combination of eyewitness accounts, interactions, killings, folklore, identification, misidentification (confusing the humanin creature with bears of all kinds), and hoaxes.
The creatures are living animals but to say so causes a great deal of trouble to anyone trying to be taken seriously. Even a body is not enough because the gatekeepers and mainstream media insist and repeat that it cannot be a living creature [3][7][10][11][12][13].
Folklorists trace the phenomenon of these ogres and cave-dwelling monsters to a combination of factors and sources, including the European "wild man" figure, Asian Yeren, folk tales from every continent other than Antarctica, and indigenous cultures [14][15].
When disclosed, what will science say?
Examples of similar folk tales of wild, hair-covered humanoids exist throughout the world [16][17], such as the skunk ape of the Southeastern United States, the Almas (Almasty of Georgia and the Caucuses), Yeren of China, and Yeti of Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, India, and the Himalayas extending from Bangladesh to Afghanistan, including the Australian Yowie [14][18], and frightful (sometimes peaceful) creatures in the mythologies of indigenous people [19][20], who consider them another human tribe.
German Krampus, mean demonic shapeshifter
Speculation, a growing cultural interest in the preservation of the environment, and overall societal awareness of the subject have been cited as additional factors [21]. More: Bigfoot
Unbelievable NEW Bigfoot footage confirms the myth is true!
(Wild Assault) Brave enough to venture into the woods alone? After watching this video, think twice about it. Let's explore some fascinating evidence, discussing sightings, sharing intriguing stories about the legendary cryptid creatures. From eerie inhuman howls in the night to mysterious footprints with dermal ridges and authenticated photographs, these true encounters will leave viewers believing in the existence of the elusive Sasquatch and Yeti tribes, though we call them all Bigfoot.
Their abode is their self-created palaces (vimanas), which are anywhere -- in the air, in the trees, and so on.
These are mostly ākasattha ("suspended in the air"), but some of them, like the abode of the Yakkha Alavaka, are bhumattha ("on earth," "on the ground") and are described as being fortified (SNA.i.222). Sometimes whole cities/settlements, such as Alakamandā, stand under the protection of or are inhabited by them.
In many respects Yakkhas resemble the Vedic Pisācas(Sanskrit Pishachas, "flesh eating demons" or ghouls), though they are of different origin.
Yakkhas are evidently remnants of an ancient demonology and have had incorporated in them old animistic beliefs as representing creatures of the wilds and the forests.
Some of this is based on ethnological features. (See Stede Gespenstergeschichten des Petavatthu v. 39 ff).
In later literature the Yakkhas were degraded to a state of "red eyed cannibal ogres." The female Yakkhas (Yakkhinīs) are, in these cases, more fearful and evil-minded than the males. (See Rudyard Kipling's poem "The Female of the Species").
They eat flesh and drink blood (J.iv.549; v.34) and kill human beings (D.ii.346; J.ii.15ff.) and devouring corpses (J.i.265). They are known to eat babies (J.v.21; vi.336) and are full of spite and vengeance (DhA.i.47; ii.35f.).
The story of the Buddhist monk Bhūta Thera is interesting because his elder brothers and sisters were devoured by a hostile Yakkha. The last child is named Bhūta to propitiate the Yakkha by making him the child's sponsor (godparent).
Ordinarily the attitude of the Yakkhas towards humans is one of benevolence. They are interested in the spiritual welfare of the human beings with whom they come in contact and somewhat resemble tutelary genies (djinn, jinn of Islamic lore). More
How is it possible that they are benevolent protectors of the forest AND bloodthirsty cannibals? Not all Yakkhas (Yetis, Sasquatches, Bigfoot) are alike, as Himalayan Buddhist lore informs us today:
Why should anyone waste time or bother to believe in these "legendary" creatures? Buddhist texts are very familiar with this class of not-quite-human (but very humanoid) creature known as Yakkhas (female Yakkhini, possibly the etymological root of the word Yeti). Older Indian (Brahminical, Vedic, Hindu, Jain) texts predating Buddhism often speak of Rakshasas.
This man caught proof that Bigfoot is dimensional
The hundreds of Native American tribes in the U.S. (to say nothing of those in the rest of the Americas, north of Canada and south of Mexico) all have names for these very real creatures, who are known not to be limited to this dimension: They come in and out of our reality.
If they are not from "here" (our reality on this plane or planet, which is but a tiny part of the human plane or manussya loka), where are they from?
The texts seem to suggest they are from the "first heaven" or space plane above our world, known as the Realm of the Four Sky Kings (Catummaharajika deva loka), the quadrants in the sky (North, East, West, South) overseen by four regents who report to the next plane above that. So when Chewbacca or other prison planet detainees alight on this world, having come down on "a small moon" (UFO craft), it might be that they are being brought here from there. Of course, there being many types, they often enter through portals (stargates, anomalous wormholes, ancient passageways, or through superior technology than we are told about in Popular Mechanics and the mainstream press).
Moreover, Himalayan Vajrayana Buddhists throughout the Tibet and other parts of the Himalayas like Nepal and Bhutan know them to be real, defining them not as a singular creature ("the Abominable Snowman") but a tribe or class of monstrous creatures.
Their detailed descriptions divide them into three distinct types such that we should not classify all of them simply as "Bigfoot" or "Yeti" but specify, where possible, what type.
Tibetan lore describes three main varieties of Yetis. The first of these is the Nyalmo, which has black fur and is the largest and fiercest, standing around 15 feet tall.
The second is the Chuti, which stands about 8 feet tall and lives 8,000 and 10,000 feet (2,400-3,000 meters) above sea level.
The third is the Rang Shim Bombo, which has reddish-brown fur and stands 3 to 5 feet (0.91-1.52 m) tall [12].
Other terms used by Himalayan peoples do not translate exactly the same but refer to legendary and indigenous wildlife:
Michê (Tibetan མི་དྲེད་, Wylie mi dred, ZYPY Michê) translates as "man-bear" [8, 13].
Dzu-teh – dzu translates as "cattle" and the full meaning translates as "cattle bear," referring to the Himalayan brown bear [7, 10, 14, 15]
Migoi or Mi-go (Tibetan མི་རྒོད་, Wylie mi rgod, ZYPY Migö/Mirgö) translates as "wild man" [10, 15]
Bun Manchi – Nepali for "jungle man" that is used outside Sherpa communities where Yeti is the common name [16]
Mirka – another name for "wild-man," as local legend holds that "anyone who sees one dies or is killed," this being taken from a written statement by Frank Smythe's Sherpas in 1937 [17]
Kang Admi – "Snow Man" [15]
Jungli Admi – "Wild Man" [18]
Xueren (Chinese 雪人, Yerin) – "Snow Man" with a story from China about one who mated with a human woman to produce a giant boy of diminished faculties but great strength and hunger.
Other names and locations
In Russian folklore, the Chuchuna is an entity said to dwell in Siberia. It has been described as 6 to 7 feet tall and covered with dark hair.
According to the native accounts from the nomadic Yakut [Yakutia being the coldest place on earth where people live] and Tungus tribes, it is a well-built, Neanderthal-like man wearing pelts and bearing a white patch of fur on its forearms.
It is said to occasionally consume human flesh, unlike their close cousins, the Almastis (Almas). Some witnesses reported seeing a tail on the creature's corpse. It is described as being roughly 6 to 7 feet tall. (Lloyd Pye was sure the Almas are surviving Neanderthalhumans (who are able to successfully mate with humans, as happened in at least one historical case in the country of Georgia).
There are additional tales of large, reclusive, bipedal creatures worldwide, notably including both "Bigfoot" and the "Abominable Snowman." More
REALM OF THE FOUR KINGS
Buddhist cosmology describes a plane of existence known as the World of the Four Great Regents or Sky-Kings, the Cāturmahārājikakāyika चातुर्महाराजिक or Cātummahārājika चातुम्महाराजिक (Tibetan རྒྱལ་ཆེན་བཞི་, Wylie rgyal chen bzhi, Vietnamese Trời Tứ Thiên Vương, Chinese 四大天王, Japanese Shidaiōshu-ten, Burmese စတုမဟာရာဇ်, Thai จาตุมฺมหาราชิกา or จาตุรมหาราชิกกายิกา).
This deva realm of "the Four Great Kings" is one plane up from our human plane world. Its height is described colloquially as the lower slopes of Mt. Sumeru (a kind of Mt. Olympus in ancient Indian cosmologies, the "world mountain" or axis mundi.
Some of its inhabitants live in the air (in vimanas, motherships, UFOs, platforms, and "heavenly palaces" of all descriptions) around the mountain. Earth is described as the base of this central mountain. Each quadrant in the sky has a ruler or regent who reports to Sakka, King of the Devas. These four great regents or kings are:
Virūḍhaka विरूढकः, king of the Southern Direction, ruler the kumbandas (dwarves);
Dhṛtarāṣṭra धृतराष्ट्रः, king of the Eastern Direction, ruler of the gandhabbas (the lowest rank of devas, servants of superior devas, entertainers, "heavenly musicians");
Virūpākṣa विरूपाक्षः, king of the Western Direction, ruler of the nagas (reptilians, dragons, serpents, reptoids, Draconians); and their leader
Vaiśravaṇa वैश्रवणः, also known as Kuvera, king of the Northern Direction, ruler of the yakkhas (Yetis, Sasquatches, Bigfoots, ogres, djinn, genies, ghouls).
Ultimately, all four are accountable to devaKing Sakka (Sakra, King of the Gods, Indra), ruler of the next plane up, which is known as the "World of the Thirty-Three" (Tavatimsa deva loka).
They are the martial regents who guard the four quarters of the Earth. The Garudas (Avians, Birdmen, Harpies) and the devas (sky navigating "shining ones") who guide the Sun and Moon are also considered part of this world, as are the retinues of these four kings, composed of Kumbhāṇḍas कुम्भाण्ड (dwarfs), Gandharvas गन्धर्व (fairies), Nāgas नाग (dragons) and Yakṣas यक्ष (goblins).
These devas also inhabit remote areas such as forests, hills, and abandoned caves. Though living in misery, they have the potential for enlightenment and can attain the path and fruits of the spiritual life just as humans can if they hear the Dharma. (This is why the Buddha is known as "the teacher of gods and men," which are the devas and humans).
How far away is this world? The height of this world is from sea-level up to 40 yojanas (1 yojanaroughly equaling 7 miles) above the Earth.

But Buddhists can't believe in real monsters, can they? That's just a myth, like "Bigfoot."
What could an ogre ask the Buddha?
Readers will find this fanciful story easy to dismiss and completely discount because we have not heard of these superhuman capabilities in our culture. However, the Islamic world knows about a kind of "demon" or "ogre" (the genies as we label them from terrifying tales of djinn or jinn in countless stories from Muslim tradition). A genie does not grant wishes; it deceives and devours humans and other creatures. They live in wilderness areas and seize those who cross their territory, but as terrible as they are, they are far more clever, deceptive, and capable than we ever give them credit for being.
If a human escapes their clutches, it is either by divine intervention, wit, luck, or because these ghoulish ogres live by rules or some code of honor we as humans no longer seem to feel bound by. They may lie to trick us into their clutches, but that goes to show that they can think, plan, shapeshift, speak, mimic us (however imperfectly), speak in a human voice as well as having their own language and telepathic powers, and seemingly possess the power to switch dimensions. They are not strictly skin and bones. These features are comparable to Buddhist stories about them. The most famous story may be the Alavaka Sutta ("Discourse to the Bigfoot named Alavaka," Sn 1.10). But a more colorful one full of details runs like this:
The Bodhisatta (the "Being bent on enlightenment" or "Buddha-to-be") was reborn into a merchant family. He was going to travel through a great wilderness on business in theApannaka Jataka, "Crossing the Wilderness" (Jat 1). Another merchant, the man who in a subsequent life would go on to become Devadatta (the worst monk in history, the Judas figure in Buddhism) was hasty and went first along with his caravan of men only to meet very clever ogres (Yakkhas, Jinn, Rakshasas, potentially ghoulish and vicious Bigfoot cryptids as described above). They destroy him. The Bodhisatta, being wiser and understanding what has happened and why, passes through the same wilderness but does not succumb to the monsters' deception and thereby passes safely.
The ogre (yakkha, nature protector, ghoul) haunting that wilderness had been watching. When the reached the middle, he used his superhuman powers to conjure up a carriage drawn by pure white young bulls. With a retinue of a dozen disguised ogres (yakkhas) carrying swords and shields, he rode along in his carriage like a mighty lord. His hair and clothes were wet...

Sasquatch and the logging industry | What are they hiding about Bigfoot?
(Smokey Sasquatch Stories & Survival) Premiered Dec. 8, 2024: In this Sasquatch/Bigfoot (Yakkha, Djinn, Genie, Rakshasa, Yeti) encounter, an American man recounts a mysterious occurrence in the wilderness of Washington State during an old-time logging expedition.
The largest lumberjack mysteriously went missing and later recounted his story of survival after being abducted by these very intelligent creatures, the giants of the forest and its protectors.
This is a historical Sasquatch encounter, having taken place in the late 1800s. And it is among the most interesting Bigfoot encounters one is likely to have heard. Why? It is not about juvenile in rut trying to kill a human, but rather about a group trying to stop the destruction of nature and doing so by using their powers for good or at least attempted good. They are not human, so they are not sensitive to our needs or very forgiving of our foibles.

Missing 411: Mt. Shasta disappearances
(The Missing Enigma) Sept. 21, 2023: Abduction or imagination? Perhaps the most bizarre missing person case ever. Link to Patreon: themissingenigma.
(The Lore Lodge) Missing 411. Mount Shasta is in the Cascade Range of Northern California, USA. It has become the center of a number of cases of high strangeness. The land of the Klamath Indians is a hot spot for paranormal encounters. Robot grandmas, vanishing hikers, and an underground city of Lemurians in the mountain... Is something in our forests?
There is a local Native American legend of a shapeshifting green fireball named Tahquitz (a mountain-dwelling cryptid, the Idyllwild Monster, possibly a jinn or Sasquatch, called yakkha and rakshasa in Buddhism), said to be a spirit or ghoul, only worse because it can transform itself and fly or disappear into and reappear out of solid rock in and around Agua Caliente, where it resides.
No one lives inside rocks because it's impossible.
Both are part of Native American lore in Riverside, the county next to Los Angeles. (Who are the cryptids of cryptozoology?)
Anyone who has listened to the careful detective work of former police detective David Paulides (Missing 411) or read his carefully compiled and ever-growing list of more than 1,000 curated cases will know that the greatest danger one is in when one is about to go missing -- disappearing on a hike with companions or becoming so lost that one is never again seen alive -- is when traveling in or near a granite boulder field, such as Yosemite.
There are maps of enormous cave systems in the U.S. that overlap almost perfectly with concentrations of missing persons reports.
Creatures live in those caves, entities haunt them, portals exist in or near them, and there are D.U.M.B.s (deep underground military bases) with guards and agents that utilize, extend, and allow these tunnels, tubes, and caverns to remain in use by or all of these.
Cases in haunted Iceland show that this lore is not limited to some modern hysteria in the United States. Others in the Old World are very familiar with the notion of "hollow hills" and the beings that dwell within. See, for example, that popularity of the famous Edvard Grieg song "In the Hall of the Mountain King."
Peer Gynt was a Norwegian confabulator, an exaggerator, a liar, and it bit him in the behind. He should have listened to his fiancée Solveig. But that this Norwegian tale is told reveals the deep-seated belief in ogres, trolls, gnomes, dangerous mountain folk in hollow hills.
One place over all others in the U.S. is famous for these sorts of goings on and that is the mysterious Mt. Shasta. People, particularly children, are abducted and taken "into" the mountain. What does that mean, into the mountain?
It is as if they step right through as in the famous case of the American who went to the Andes near Lake Titicaca to a mysterious portal carved into the side of rock. He learned from the local shaman how to use it with a precise series of whistles and tones. And he succeeded in leaving our dimension and time, vanishing from this side to the other.
He reported that when he passed into the stone, it is as if it were glass. He could see out but could neither be seen nor heard. What if there is a simple -- albeit until now an unbelievable one -- answer to what has been going on in Shasta and elsewhere? These abductions could have been using these high-tech passageways rather than some plasma or other rarefied state of stone to enter and exit.
It seems evident the military did not build these features into the rock and then simply forget about them until reminded by this cowardly explorer who immediately called the authorities. He could have documented, observed, and explored them for everyone. Now they are closed off, lost to explorers, just as infinitely deep holes around the country get raided, cordoned off, and erased from Google Earth maps.
For all the mysteries here, particularly the many subterranean worlds already existing, being built by secret boring technology (though Elon Musk brags he has the biggest borer), there is a cover up. Every weekday, scientists in Southern California go underground and enter a high-speed train system that quickly takes them Nevada, alighting in Las Vegas and being taken out to bases. So go much farther east, and nearly everyone in the country is kept in the dark about this.
