Diddy's gay sex w/Will Smith, Meek, Usher

.
Undercover Brother Will Smith?
[Will Smith is a bisexual or homosexual hypocrite with his beard Jada Pinkett-Smith, bich-slapping comedians (Chris Rock) to overcompensate the way Sean P[enis] Diddy Puff DADDY Combs used to slap him when they were alone together with each other with no one else around, except the people recording the sodomy sessions or what he or his lover Diddy might have called "getting jiggy with it" because "letting Daddy Diddy diddle me" session was too on the nose? And Meek Mill (the alleged romantic partner of lesbian icon Nicki Minaj, aka the possession of "Roman" the demon), too?] The Diddy [diddling] parties or "freak offs" were taped. The Hollywood Illuminati really know how to throw Epstein-style blackmail parties.

Spring Begins: Vernal Equinox (3/20)

Tibetan Buddhist Goddess White Tara (among other Taras), whose name means "star"
(NBC News) Deadly storms expected across USA as millions brace for tornadoes before spring

Now it's called March equinox in the U.S.
No one seems to have told the rest of the country, but where the sun sets (West Coast), the sun rose this morning to a new spring. Everything is green and sunny, cool and moist, and a person's thoughts lilt towards thoughts of

The Spring Equinox, also known as the vernal equinox, is one of the four solar festivals of the year. The equinox — which translates roughly in Latin to “equal night” — is when the sun sits vertically above the equator, making day and night equal across the planet.

Persephone, Goddess of Spring (animalia-life)
The Spring Equinox officially marks the beginning of spring in the Northern Hemisphere, and there are celebrations around the world to usher in longer days and springtime. [This is the real traditional New Year's Day, when the Earth (Tierra, Gaia, Bhumi) renews herself in preparation for another cycle.]

In some cultures, this day also marks the beginning of the new year, which in Iranian (original Aryan) culture is called Nowruz. The Spring Equinox is a brilliant time for new beginnings [like maybe a nice spring cleaning], no matter how one celebrates on March 20th.

Here are some Spring Equinox Activities...  More
  • This is the best time to begin a regular meditation practice, graduating to walking meditation, mindfulness in nature, and deep stillness to see things as they really are.
An outfit just for practice helps.
Do the basics: Put on all white. Find a quiet spot apart from distractions. Use this spot over and over again. It becomes powerful. Set down a mat and cushion (a bundle of leaves or grass is enough to get the tailbone higher than the knees). Sit. Inhale deeply. Release. Do it again a few times, without forcing the air out. It's just about letting go completely, so completely that the body hangs as if held up by a clothing hanger, not stiff, not slack.

You're a baby in white, so go easy.
Straighter is more comfortable, even though it doesn't seem like it at first. Posture is important to attention. Bring (advert) the attention to the present moment, this moment, and to stay in just this moment, remain aware of the breath. Which breath? This breath, just the one happening now all by itself. Become the watcher (not the commenter, fixer, improver, slowdowner, or anything else), just the watcher. This is mindfulness -- clear awareness of the present without evaluation.

Whoa, what a trip! What was that? I want that again!
Set a time limit in advance and keep it. Even if it would be nice to go longer because it is going so well, know the time of rising. Even if it is going horribly with raving lunatic thoughts of a psychopath with lurid fantasies and wrath, lust and revenge, delusion and a lightshow, know the time of rising. The mind will thank you later.

Ten minutes is a good start time, slowly working up to an hourlong sit. That seems impossible now, but in time, whaddyaknow, it suddenly is possible. What changed? I'dunno. This practice is about persistence. It does itself and then there is no effort. The enemies of that are expectations, unsettled greed or desire for achieving something, and the Five Hindrances. They will come to hinder. They are already present. They can be overcome. But whether or not they have been overcome, persist. This is spring. This is the beginning. Have "beginner's mind" in place of the "monkey mind" that usually rules the cage. Smile. It helps.

Instructions are confusing because it's so simple.
It is easy to say that "meditation is NOT about thinking." That's clear. That's easy to see. Don't indulge thought; just let them be by turning your attention to this subtle breath that keeps changing. What is difficult to grasp is that "meditation is NOT about not-thinking." Not-thinking may happen. It doesn't matter. As that is not the goal, if it doesn't happen, it's okay. Giving attention to one object and bringing attention back and back again and again ("Begin again" as Sharon Salzberg says) is what is important.

Feed me, Phone-Momma! Feed me more!!
The mind like a petulant and insolent child will resist. Let it. Bring it back. Do not scold it or become upset. Let it be. Surrender completely to this moment, whatever is in this moment, not being moved to do anything no matter what the mind says it must do. See what happens. Could the mind be wrong no matter what it feels or demands or insists is true?

How did Siddhartha Gautama do it?
We'll never see things as they really are so long as we keep believing that we already are seeing them that way. We have never been seeing them that way. If we had, we'd awaken. We'd be enlightened, which is to say, Dependent Origination would make sense. And it doesn't, does it? (Hint: It's a practice, not a theory). That's a whole different kind of meditation called insight (vipassana) after getting good at this kind, which is called serenity (samatha). Don't jump ahead. Let it go. (If all else fails, sign up for a free 10-day Goenka retreat. Everyone should do at least one in life).

POEM: "Locksley Hall"
By Alfred, Lord Tennyson

Greco-Roman Cora
Comrades, leave me here a little, while as yet 't is early morn:
Leave me here, and when you want me, sound upon the bugle-horn.

'T is the place, and all around it, as of old, the curlews call,
Dreary gleams about the moorland flying over Locksley Hall;

Locksley Hall, that in the distance overlooks the sandy tracts,
And the hollow ocean-ridges roaring into cataracts.

Many a night from yonder ivied casement, ere I went to rest,
Did I look on great Orion sloping slowly to the West.

Many a night I saw the Pleiads, rising thro' the mellow shade,
Glitter like a swarm of fire-flies tangled in a silver braid.

Here about the beach I wander'd, nourishing a youth sublime
With the fairy tales of science, and the long result of Time;

When the centuries behind me like a fruitful land reposed;
When I clung to all the present for the promise that it closed:

When I dipt into the future far as human eye could see;
Saw the Vision of the world and all the wonder that would be.—

In the Spring a fuller crimson comes upon the robin's breast;
In the Spring the wanton lapwing gets himself another crest;

In the Spring a livelier iris changes on the burnish'd dove;
In the Spring a young man's fancy lightly turns to thoughts of love. More

World Vegan Day: Nov. 1 (COMICS)

"The eating of meat extinguishes the seed of great compassion" - the Buddha (Mahayana quote)
.
World Vegan Day celebrating cruelty free foods
But what about all the junk food favorites we Americans have come to love? Now made vegan
.
Vegan is not the only choice. I'm a fruitarian.
The vegan (plant-based) way of life is getting trendy and super popular in American society. It's a compassionate way of life full of savory flavor.

It can now be practiced easily and, above all, with kindness toward all animals. Reducing their suffering and saving our shared environment is the goal. Save the world! Save the humans! How? Save the animals.

Where does flavor come from?
It’s for our own food -- with strength, longevity, beauty, all the things we want that we have been tricked into thinking comes from corralling and slaughtering animals (or paying someone to torment and kill them for us in our name). Look at our shoes and clothing.

The best choice for the world? Even rural areas now get a range of cruelty-free options. They're available in supermarkets and growing numbers of outlets.

Isn't it hard going vegan?
It's about as easy as running into water.
Vegan Day fun project: making edible cherries

Vegan Fest is now an annual event in U.S.
Veganism and vegetarianism are advancing with athletes, bodybuilders, runners and winners across fields. The number of hotels and restaurants that focus on cruelty-free foods are increasing enormously. There are now almost always options on the menu.

Long ago vegans (who avoid consuming any animal products), sustained purely on vegetable nutrition, thought it could not last. Surely it must only be temporary, something for Hollywood stars who want to stay pretty and thin. It's a social trend, Vegans have proved different.

Paradoxically, going vegan GETS one more food, sourcing from the world's cuisines.
Some of us do it for spirituality and ethics. All of us do it for better flavor (Meetup.com).

Everything humans need for perfect health is available from the plant, mushroom, and mineral kingdoms.

What can farms do better to make more money?
Animal protection is environmental protection. Farms need to change: an end to monocropping, poisoning the soil, forgetting the old ways (sometimes called permaculture), trashing the land as if it were a corporate for-profit free for all.

Vegan humans want to save all animals, not just the charismatic megafauna. Maybe every organism has some miracle to contribute to the ecosystem. No ecosystem is yet fully understood. When we call something "bad," it's only because we have not looked at the big picture, the whole.

Vegan documentary: Miss Liberty
Everything green, flowery, fragrant and pretty above ground -- the trees, greens, and lifeforms running around -- depend completely on what's below the ground.

What's down there? All the creepy crawlies, the fungus, the poop, the bacteria, the creatures that breakdown leaves and make nutritious soil. In every glowing garden bed of flowers, good fertilizer.

What is the function of conscious life upon the land? Ask the dryads and forest spirits (bhumi devas). They know far better than we down, our third eyes blind and many of us never even suspecting we could know. Mother Nature tells us in other ways, but we won't believe what we cannot yet see.

Vegans taste better (*nudge-nudge*).
Vegetarians have always existed. Vegans were here in the beginning, in the Agganna Sutta (A Buddhist Genesis) and a little Sumerian Akkadian Jewish Christian "myth" called The Garden of Eden. Every human was vegan then and no one dreamed of killing to eat.

The way to peace and a pollution-free world is to get back to that native paradise. That could start today with World Vegan Day so we can have enough to feed a hungry planet.

World Vegan Day
Sorry, vegetarians. For some of us, our genes ORDER us to kill to eat blood-soaked tendons.
.
How can I get a Vegan Starter Kit?
WORLD VEGAN DAY originated in England in 1994, when vegan animal rights activist Louise Wallis was looking for a suitable setting to celebrate the 50th anniversary of The Vegan Society.

As president of the organization, her aim was to emphasize the carry on the vegan association and draw attention to the fact that the word "vegan" (like vegetarian) do not come from the word "vegetable" but from the Latin word vegetus, which means life and growth. More: vegan-day.org

National Wild Foods Day (10/28)

Let's go forage in the forest and make lunch
Wild Foods Day is celebrated in America every year on Oct. 28th. It is a holiday dedicated to wildflowers, fruits, and veggies.

Humans have foraged, gathered, and consumed plants food from the wild for thousands of years. However, these wild foods are now increasingly appearing on menus in gourmet and raw food restaurants due to them being nutritious, delicious, and trendy.

Moreover, wild foods are free of farming, tilling, preserving, and pesticides. Consuming them contributes to an environmentally conscious lifestyle.

History of Wild Foods Day
What kind of space cadets would eat wild foods?
.
Wild foods are believed to have been in existence for over 40 million years. "Wild food" can generally be any edible plant that grows naturally without human intervention or any animal taken from its native environment for human use.

It is easy to observe that this Earth is brimming with wild foods. Some animals are considered native and wild in the United States. In addition, some fruits, herbs, and vegetables grow wild in many parts of the nation.

Dipa Ma, do they gather wild food in India?
Berry bushes of many sorts offer tasty fruits, and mushrooms (which are not plants but their own mycological kingdom) cover the woodland floor cleaning and revitalizing the land. According to experts, there are approximately 2,000 edible and medicinal mushroom types worldwide.

Nuts, seeds, herbs, tree fruits, and cactus apples ("prickly pears") and pads are among the native foods that grow independently, even in concrete cities.

Ashkenazi Jews created 60s?
In many cases, wild foods are more nutritious than their farmed counterparts. This is most likely due to their natural survival mechanisms. For example, some plants grow thorns or emit an unpleasant odor to prevent predators, while others produce bitter-tasting chemical compounds.

These substances are known as phytochemicals, and research reveals that they can offer humans health benefits if consumed regularly. Think of the "chocolate tree" with its delicious fruit and giant seeds (Theobroma cacao) from which rich chocolate is made.

Pema Chodron, were you ever a hippie?
Wild Foods Day started being mentioned regularly in the print media around 1974. Euell "Grape Nuts" Gibbons, a wild food enthusiast who became a minor media celebrity, most likely inspired the popularity of this day. He is best known for his debut book, Stalking the Wild Asparagus.
