Neighborhood is a Universalist Unitarian church with multiple meditation opportunities located at 301 N. Orange Grove, Pasadena (UUNeighborhood.org).

Crunch. Bring crunchy munchy items (some non-veg) and visit
PasaDharma's open house at UU Neighborhood Church, Room 23. Walk the labyrinth for
kinhin (walking meditation). Sit
zazen. Study a
koan. Eat. It will all be happening Thursday, March 1st, 2012 from 7:00-8:30 pm. Roshi Jeff Albrizze leads meditations in the Soto style of
ZCLA and Zenkoji Mountain Center.
Koan study and
zazen for Los Angeles foothill communities is available Thursdays, 7:00-8:00 pm, ongoing, by donation. No one ever turned away. Meditation (sitting and walking), lively discussion, and community-building is sometimes accompanied by didgeridoo. Beginner's instruction starts at 6:30 pm.
