Libertarian radio host Alex Jones reacts to an executive order -- referred to in Newspeak* as "National Defense Resources Preparedness" -- signed by Pres. B.S. Obama last Friday.This order coming on a Friday evening just before St. Paddy's Day went unchallenged. It "hands the entire economy over to the executives," explains Jones. "It allows the public to be put into work brigades and allows public lands to be sold off."
It expands war time emergency conditions to be in effect during times of peace and can be used under whatever circumstances the government chooses to label an "emergency."
Combined with the NDAA, this is really the beginning of martial law in America. In fact, Jones reveals, it has already started.
(RTAmerica with Alex Jones on March 20, 2012) Last Friday evening, Obama signed an executive order giving him the power to implement martial law in the US. It gives presidents the power to seize the country's resources at will -- resources ranging from livestock to energy to water to our freedom. White House apologists argue that this executive order update is nothing to worry about.
"The tyrants that wish to seize the United States and use it as an engine of global domination, as the workhorse of private corporate world government are doing everything they can to condition us and train us to accept the opposite of a free republic," Jones declared.
