Horror of Jewish Bondi Beach attack 🕎

Jewish Zionist "crisis actor" fakes it for psyop
(Amy Dangerfield) The Bondi Beach terror "attack" is insane (and very likely a false flag partial mass casualty even with planted crisis actors), used by Bibi Netanyahu to restart his war with Iran with renewed U.S. bombings, coincidence with Sandy Hook (elite fixation on dates and numerology), and pretext for Australian clampdown with its digital ID laws to impose new centralized financial system it can control and introduce to the West. Surveillance State coming soon. Thanks, Israel. Rense.com, what is a "false flag" operation?

Trump to hire Project 2025's Tom Homan

Sex through Jeffrey Epstein
Don John Trump and child trafficker Jeffrey Epstein were great pals.

Trump panics as Howard Stern leaks bombshell footage
(Occupy Democrats) Oct. 31, 2024: Howard Stern just blindsided Donald Trump and his campaign by leaking bombshell footage that will strike fear in the heart of every single voter who cares about preserving our freedoms and civil rights. "Well done, Howard!" Occupy Democrats (makers of this video and title) states, when Stern does not seem to appear even once in this story other than to say he's the source of the leak. What exactly was leaked, a clip from the John Kobylt Show (right wing hate radio on KFI AM 640, iheart.com)? Stern, a New Yorker and Kamala/Tim supporter, hates The Donald and has for a long time. Trump gets no love from him anymore, so it wouldn't be a surprise if he did leak something, if he had it or could get it. But Stern has no access. Joe Rogan could get something out of Trump, but he's too afraid of offending him and his new access to the White House and its favors. This whole "breaking news" story seems like a crock. The only thing it really says it that Trump lied, does know what Project 2025 is, and is going to hire ex-policeman Tom Homan, the author of Project 2025.

Mindfulness as effective as antidepressants

The Buddha taught mindfulness.
Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) was found to be as effective as the antidepressant escitalopram in reducing agoraphobia, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and social anxiety disorder symptoms.

The muti-institution study, led by the National Institute of Mental Health in Bethesda, Maryland, suggests that mindfulness (sati) practices may offer a viable alternative to medication for treating anxiety disorders, with significantly fewer side effects.

Anxiety disorders affect millions of people and are frequently treated with medications like selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs).

Ketamine and psychedelics may also work better than toxic antidepressants.
.
While SSRIs can be an effective tool in countering the symptoms of anxiety disorders, they also come with side effects that can negatively impact a patient's quality of life in other ways.

In the case of escitalopram (sold as Lexapro and Cipralex), these adverse effects include nausea, headaches, dry mouth, excessive sweating, insomnia, and fatigue.

The research team previously demonstrated that eight weeks of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) was non-inferior to escitalopram in providing stress relief and emotional regulation without having the additional drawbacks (avoiding the side effects of synthetic allopathic drugs).

In a new research letter, "Mindfulness Meditation vs Escitalopram for Treatment of Anxiety Disorders: Secondary Analysis of a Randomized Clinical Trial," published in JAMA Network Open, the team presents the secondary outcomes of patient-reported anxiety, depression, and quality of life from the previous study.

The study
Drugs disrupt enzyme processes like magic.
The study involved 276 adults diagnosed with various anxiety disorders (including agoraphobia, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and social anxiety disorder). Participants were randomly assigned to either the MBSR program or escitalopram treatment. The MBSR group attended weekly sessions focused on mindfulness meditation techniques, while the escitalopram group received dosages ranging from 10 to 20 mg per day with regular clinical follow-ups. Researchers used multiple standardized scales to measure anxiety, depression, and quality of life, both from patient and clinician perspectives. Blinded evaluators conducted assessments using tools like the Beck Anxiety Inventory and the PROMIS Anxiety Short Form.
Findings
I'll take Nature over Big Pharma any day.
Findings revealed that both groups experienced similar reductions in anxiety symptoms over the study period. No significant differences were detected between MBSR and escitalopram in overall anxiety reduction by Week 8, the study's primary endpoint.

Escitalopram showed a slight edge in symptom reduction at the mid-treatment point (Week 4), but these improvements were not sustained by the end of the study.

Adverse event rates were the only significant difference between the two treatments. Nearly 79% of escitalopram recipients reported at least one study-related side effect, compared to just 15% of those in the mindfulness group.

The findings lend greater support for the use of mindfulness-based stress reduction as a reliable treatment for anxiety disorders with fewer risks, making a compelling case for its broader application in clinical settings. Tsunami? "Rogue wave" slams into SoCal

Vivian Chow, Chris Wolfe, Dec. 28, 2023 UPDATED; Seth Auberon (ed.), Wisdom Quarterly

Rogue wave slams into Southern California beachgoers; 9 hospitalized
Surf's up. Video captured the terrifying moment Southern California beachgoers were slammed into by a massive rogue wave in Ventura County on Thursday.

The incident happened as locals were being warned about a massive swell pounding the Southern California coastline this week.

The rogue wave submerged bystanders at Pierpont Beach on Seaward Ave. around 11:00 am. That area has been hit the hardest with what the National Weather Service called “tremendous wave energy.”

Does interference amplifies waves?
A witness, Colin Hoag, captured cell phone video of the explosive wave. As the waters suddenly flooded an observation zone, both people and vehicles were instantly swept away.

Beachgoers were seen frantically running for their lives. The raging waters destroyed the windows of nearby beachfront buildings and hotels on its destructive path. More

Memorial Day in a violent country: "Bodies"

Pfc. Sandoval, Seth Auberon (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly; WW, 4/29/20; America's Got Talent
Let's kill animals then humans. Spill blood! Sacrifice bodies. Pain is the way to gain, isn't it?

"Rage Against the War Machine" 2023
(WUSA9) rally brings left and right together at Lincoln Memorial in DCAs the U.S. Proxy War in Ukraine nears its one-year anniversary, American citizens took to the streets of Washington DC on a Sunday to weigh in on the Pentagon’s support for endless wars. Americans want it to stop. Not all Americans; some want more and more war. Patience for war in Ukraine is wearing thin. This is the time to end the United States' war economy, its financial and military support for killing and fighting Russia, China, Yemen, Syria, Lebanon, Latin America, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Haiti, Cuba, and any other country that dares cross US interests abroad.

"I don’t think we need to be involved in escalating tensions in Ukraine because it might lead to nuclear conflict," said New Yorker Anthony Carrion. "I think they need to negotiate and that would help," said Janet Bates from British Columbia, Canada. "That would save thousands of lives." Carrion called for funds currently spent on war to be diverted to domestic causes.

"For instance, East Palestine in Ohio, they're going to need money to rebuild that town [after the toxic train crash]," he said. But blocks away at Lafayette Square, others urged continued support for Ukraine's fight against Russia. "Ukraine is fighting for its life," said Mariam Tavberidze. "It’s all about freedom [like U.S. free trade]," said Girsheli Bartaia. "Freedom is the most important thing in life, in the universe." Tavberidze and Bartaia, like many others at the Lafayette Square demonstration, had ties to the country Georgia.

The event was designed to call for now-imprisoned former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili to be transferred to a foreign hospital. But it also highlighted their support of Ukraine. Bartaia said he was "Ukrainian [in his] heart because today, Ukraine needs big support." The nation, like Sunday's demonstrations, seems to be divided. A recent AP-NORC poll says 48% of Americans support the US sending weapons to Ukraine. And 29% oppose it, and 22% said they had no opinion.

The Associated Press reports that in May 2022, during the early months of the [U.S.] war, 60% of U.S. adults supported sending arms to Ukraine. As for sending funds directly to Ukraine, the same poll reported that 37% were in favor and 38% were against it. 23% of respondents had no opinion. More

"Let the bodies hit the floor"
(We're Wolves) Drowning Pool's song "Bodies" -- covered here by We're Wolves and Old Mr. White (John Hettlinger) -- is a video statement on the imbecilic and idiotic violence our American society teaches us.
Who shall we thank for that? Our Christian-European (German and Roman kind) our our all-too-British craving to rule the world as a violent empire, one not seen since the likes of Imperial Rome and Nazi Germany.

Police clampdown? Pandemic? It's time for mass panic to consume essentials, like beans and toilet paper. Not needing one, we might not need the other. Wipe with water, like Nature intended. Now it's called a bidet, though in Asia it's called a left-handed splashing, in use since the beginning of humankind.

(AGT) I'm 82, mad as h*ll, and I'm not going to take it anymore.

We're Wolves shined a light on our military's plandemic situation, with a cover of one of its favorite songs. Why the Old Man is so angry, after having been a Death From Above pilot for the U.S. War Machine, is anyone's guess. He looks just like my molesty grandpa. Stay away from him, Kids.

Panic buying is so very American. Remember when G.W. Bush told everyone to go back to buying after 9/11? Of course not, you were too young. But that's what he said as commander and chief of the economy and the military that undergirds it.

And the dunderheaded majority of us did just that. Mass consumerism of capitalist products only creates more stress, more demand, and more profits for those creating and feeding our addiction. Let's look out for each other instead, because we’re all in this life together, the whole planet.

Wash your butt, stay cheerful, come together, and calm the freak down. And most importantly, let's respect each other, our elders, and how some humane human decency.

Wear fashion for Satan (video)

Kids? We never even thought of kids.
(DailyWire+) I fell down the Balenciaga rabbit hole. Here’s what I found by Feb. 6, 2023, due to the #Grammys' #SamSmith #scandal. Gay Satanist Sam Smith and transsexual Kim Petras' "Unholy" Grammys performance brought Balenciaga, the fashion brand tied to Satanism and child molestation, back into the news. Balenciaga was recently involved in a scandal sexualizing kids in their fashion ads. DW+ wanted to understand what was going on and why. So it was looked into, and this is what was found.

Do European-Christians really worship the Satan (or Lucifer) of their childhood religion for fame and riches, selling their "souls" (future) to advance their worldly lives in this lifetime?

The Sound the Hare Heard [Chicken Little]

Ken andVisakha Kawasaki (trans.), Duddubha Rebirth Tale (Jataka 322), Jataka Tales of the Buddha Part III; Amber Larson, Dhr. Seven, Crystal Quintero (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

The Sound the Hare Heard
Question authority. Investigate the truth.
One morning while some monastics were on their alms round in Savatthi, they passed some ascetics of different sects practicing austerities.

Some of them were naked and lying on thorns. Others sat around a blazing fire under the burning sun.

Later, while the monastics were discussing the ascetics, they asked the Buddha, "Venerable sir, is there any virtue in those harsh ascetic practices?"

The Buddha answered, "No, monastics, there is neither virtue nor any special merit in harsh ascetic practices. When they are examined and tested, they are like a path over a dunghill or like the sound the hare heard."

Puzzled, they said, "Venerable sir, we do not know about that noise. Please tell us what it was."

At their request the Buddha told them this [past life] story of the distant past.

Long, long ago, when Brahmadatta was reigning in Baranasi, the Bodhisatta [the Buddha-to-be] was reborn as a lion in a forest near the Western Ocean. In one part of that forest there was a grove of palms mixed with belli trees.
  • [Note 5: The belli (beluva or vilva) is the Bengal quince.]
A hare lived in that grove beneath a palm sapling at the foot of a belli tree.

One day the hare lay under the young palm tree, idly thinking, "If this earth were destroyed, what would become of me?" At that very instant a ripe belli fruit happened to fall and hit a palm leaf making a loud "thud!"

Startled by this sound, the hare leapt to his feet and cried, "The earth is collapsing!" He immediately fled, without so much as glancing back.

Another hare, seeing him race past as if for his very life, yelled: "What's wrong?" and started running, too.

"Don't ask!" panted the first hare. This frightened the second hare even more, and he sprinted to keep up.

"What's wrong?" he shouted again.

Pausing for just a moment, the first hare cried: "The earth is breaking up!" At this, the two of them bolted off together.

Their fear was infectious, and other hares joined them until all the hares in that forest were fleeing together. When other animals saw the commotion and asked what was wrong, they were breathlessly told, "The earth is breaking up!" and they too began running for their lives.

In this way, the hares were soon joined by herds of deer, boars, elk, buffaloes, wild oxen, and rhinoceroses, a family of tigers, and some elephants.

When the lion saw this headlong stampede of animals and heard the cause of their flight, he thought, "The earth is certainly not coming to an end. There must have been some sound which they misunderstood. If I don't act quickly, they will be killed. I must save them!"

Then, as fast as only he could run, he got in front of them, and roared three times. At the sound of his mighty lion's roar, all of the animals stopped in their tracks. Panting, they huddled together in fear.

The lion approached and asked why they were running away.

"The earth is collapsing!" they all answered.

"Who saw it collapsing?" he asked.

"The elephants know all about it," some animals replied.

When he asked the elephants, they said, "We don't know. The tigers know."

The tigers said, "The rhinoceroses know." The rhinoceroses said, "The wild oxen know." The wild oxen said, "The buffaloes know." The buffaloes said, "The elk know." The elk said, "The boars know." The boars said, "The deer know." The deer said, "We don't know. The hares know."

When he asked the hares, they pointed to one particular hare and said: "This one told us."

The lion asked him, "Is it true, sir, that the earth is breaking up?"

"Yes, sir, I saw it," answered the hare.

"Where were you when you saw it?"

"In the forest in a palm grove mixed with belli trees. I was lying there under a palm at the foot of a belli tree thinking, 'If this earth were destroyed, what would become of me?' At that very moment I heard the sound of the earth breaking up and I fled."

From this explanation, the lion realized exactly what had really happened, but he wanted to verify his conclusions and demonstrate the truth to the other animals. He gently calmed the animals and said, "I will take the hare and go to find out whether or not the earth is coming to an end where he says it is. Until we return, stay here."

Placing the hare on his tawny back, he raced with great speed back to that grove. Then he put the hare down and said: "Come, show me the place you meant."

"I don't dare, my lord," said the hare.

"Be not afraid," said the lion.

The hare, shivering in fear, would not risk going near the belli tree. He could only point and say: "Over there, sir, is the place of dreadful sound."

The lion went to the place the hare indicated. He could make out where the hare had been lying in the grass, and he saw the ripe belli fruit that had fallen on the palm leaf. Having carefully ascertained that the earth was not breaking up, he placed the hare on his back again and returned to the waiting animals.

He told them what he had found and said, "Be not afraid." Reassured, the animals all returned to their usual places and resumed their routines.

Those animals had placed themselves in great danger because they listened to rumors and unfounded fears rather than trying to discover out the truth themselves. Truly, if it had not been for the lion, those beasts would have rushed into the sea and perished.

It was only because of the Bodhisatta's wisdom and compassion that they averted disaster and escaped death.

At the conclusion of the story, the Buddha identified the rebirth: "At that time, I myself was the lion [king]."

Calming the mind: The Joy of Living (video)

Yongney Mingyur Rinpoche (tergar.org/Rigpa Videos); CC Liu, Seth Auberon, Wisdom Quarterly

Let's go to CAMP, calm awareness meditation practice. Tibetan teacher Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche gives a public talk at Lerab Ling in France about how to calm the mind and practice awareness.

The Joy of Living
The Joy of Living (Mingyur Rinpoche)
This refreshing book -- written with kindness, energy, and wit by a cheerful contemplative -- is a sign that the next generation of Buddhism is creative, cross-cultural, and cross-disciplinary.

Born in 1975 in Nepal, he is among a new generation of Tibetan lamas trained outside Tibet and a gifted meditator.

His brain-activity has been measured during meditation, earning him the enviable title of "happiest man on earth" (just like the Western lama Matthieu Ricard). He venerable fuses scientific and spiritual considerations, explaining meditation as a physical and spiritual process.

What if there were a simple way to heal, to restore the brain? (emost-med.com)
.
Meditation can change the brain, he explains from experience. He had panic attacks as a child which he was able to overcome through intensive practice.

If diligently put into practice, meditation can affect the "neuronal gossip" -- his imaginative term for brain cell communication -- which keeps us stuck in unhappy behaviors.

He offers a wide variety of techniques, counseling ease in practice to avoid boredom and aversion. Less is more: Practice shorter periods more often, he advises. His approach is especially welcome for anyone frustrated by meditation or convinced, "I'm not doing it right."
