Don't consent to police searches (video)

Steve Silverman; Seth Auberon, Pfc. Sandoval, Crystal Q. (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

Steve Silverman on what to do when stopped by a cop from C-Span. Withhold consent of any search of your person, property, and auto. Remain silent. Courteously assert your 4th and 5th Amendment rights, even if you are completely innocent and have nothing whatsoever to hide. Call a lawyer, particularly a defense attorney, in advance for an explanation as to why it NEVER benefits you in court to have given up your rights for whatever reason. They will trick you out of them if you think you're just being "helpful" to their investigation. Silverman (Flex Your Rights) provides the information.
