Not My President Day protests, USA

The electric Cybertruck is the national vehicle. DOGE is the new Dept. of Re-Education.
"Elect a clown, expect a circus" continued: It's No Kings Day. Trump "Not My President" protests were held in LA and various U.S. cities, reports FOX 11 Los Angeles. Across the country, peaceful demonstrations were held to protest against Presidents DJ Trump and Elon Musk and their executive orders. No kings on Presidents' Day was the call in Washington, DC (WUSA9).

Beauty Kay Trump likes the ricn Beast: Why?

Anti-Trump demonstrators in Maryland, USA
Hundreds gathered outside the State House Monday (Feb. 17) to protest Pres. DJ Trump and the government-cutting moves being pushed by billionaire lonE Musk, as part of a coordinated national effort on President’s Day 2025.

The protest was organized through 50501, a decentralized movement that sprang from the social media site Reddit, after Trump’s election, featured speeches from Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) and Rep. Sarah Elfreth (D-3rd), as well as a slate of local politicians and leaders. “People need to speak out and push back,” Van Hollen said after speaking to the crowd. “I think this is an important part of our democracy, and these are great patriots out here today.” More: Maryland Matters

Trump to hire Project 2025's Tom Homan

Trump panics as Howard Stern leaks bombshell footage
(Occupy Democrats) Oct. 31, 2024: Howard Stern just blindsided Donald Trump and his campaign by leaking bombshell footage that will strike fear in the heart of every single voter who cares about preserving our freedoms and civil rights. "Well done, Howard!" Occupy Democrats (makers of this video and title) states, when Stern does not seem to appear even once in this story other than to say he's the source of the leak. What exactly was leaked, a clip from the John Kobylt Show (right wing hate radio on KFI AM 640, iheart.com)? Stern, a New Yorker and Kamala/Tim supporter, hates The Donald and has for a long time. Trump gets no love from him anymore, so it wouldn't be a surprise if he did leak something, if he had it or could get it. But Stern has no access. Joe Rogan could get something out of Trump, but he's too afraid of offending him and his new access to the White House and its favors. This whole "breaking news" story seems like a crock. The only thing it really says it that Trump lied, does know what Project 2025 is, and is going to hire ex-policeman Tom Homan, the author of Project 2025.

Move over, Jeff Bezos. India's richest man is now wealthier than the Amazon founder
India has rich people? Taj Mahal says yes.
(NPR) Move over, Jeff Bezos. India's richest man, Gautam Adani, shot past the Amazon founder this week in the rankings of the world's wealthiest people [mostly men].

According to lists maintained by Forbes and Bloomberg, Adani's fortune lies somewhere between $147 billion and $152 billion, putting him at No. 2 (Bloomberg) or No. 3 (Forbes) on the lists.

Bezos currently boasts around $147 billion in total net worth, placing him third (Bloomberg) or fourth (Forbes).
You don't tell me. I tell you! Got it? (Elon Musk)
A shakeup in who ranks highest among the ultrarich saw several people cycle through the second position on Friday, according to The Washington Post.

Though Adani ranks ahead of Bezos in both lists, LVMH luxury goods magnate Bernard Arnault comes up second-richest in one tally and fourth in the other.

The Times of India reported that Adani increased his wealth this year by nearly $61 billion thanks to a series of deals that have seen the industrialist's portfolio expand into cement, airports, coal, and more.

Adani is the first Asian to make the top three in the list of richest people.
Little people (Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez) look up to Leo
The top spot on both lists still belongs to [PayPal Founder and] Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk.

In a report released earlier this year, Oxfam noted that the 10 richest men on earth doubled their wealth during the course of the [profitable] COVID-19 pandemic while the incomes of 99% of the global population suffered.

Don't consent to police searches (video)

Steve Silverman; Seth Auberon, Pfc. Sandoval, Crystal Q. (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

Steve Silverman on what to do when stopped by a cop from C-Span. Withhold consent of any search of your person, property, and auto. Remain silent. Courteously assert your 4th and 5th Amendment rights, even if you are completely innocent and have nothing whatsoever to hide. Call a lawyer, particularly a defense attorney, in advance for an explanation as to why it NEVER benefits you in court to have given up your rights for whatever reason. They will trick you out of them if you think you're just being "helpful" to their investigation. Silverman (Flex Your Rights) provides the information. LibertyPen.com

The Anarchist Cookbook (video)

WM. POWELL OBIT: Steve Marble (latimes.com, 4-3-17); Dagbladet; FTD; Wisdom Quarterly
See the 2017 trailer for American Anarchist, a film about radical author William Powell.

William Powell wrote The Anarchist Cookbook
In 1969, an enraged 19-year-old American (dead at 66) caught up in the social unrest of the period holed up in the NY Public Library and pored through every shred of mayhem he could find -- declassified military documents, US Army field guides, electronic catalogs, insurrectionist pamphlets, and survivalist manuals and eventually emerged with The Anarchist Cookbook.

[NOTE: If you order it, they'll track you and only be able to buy a heavily censored and redacted version of the bestseller for Lyle Stuart Inc., when you can probably find a real edition in a used bookstore somewhere. You have no right to read this in a free democracy. But a police state has a right, some would say an obligation, to censor it and keep it from you.]

What is anarchy?
Woo! Anarchy! Woo, yeah! (laweekly.com)
There can be no anarchy as a form of governance unless people take responsibility for themselves. Then if they want some governing, they choose it the way we are promised we get can choose. We do not choose. We get fed one thing and told it's another. Far from "chaos," as they train to believe, anarchy is anti-authoritarianism, rebellion, self-rule rather than accepting the oppression brought on by profiteers, capitalists (owners of the means of production), fascists with militarized police and legalized-violence as their instrument. This film explains it well:

Anarchism in America

Say "(Hell) no!" to illegitimate authority.
Anarchism in America is a colorful and provocative 1983 survey of anarchism in America. The film dispels popular misconceptions about "anarchy" and traces the historical development of the American Anarchy Movement. The film explores the movement both as a native American philosophy stemming from 19th century American traditions of individualism, and as a foreign ideology brought to America by immigrants.

Hell no, Trump!
The film features rare archival footage and interviews with significant personalities in anarchist history including Murray Boochkin and Karl Hess, and also live performance footage of the super-intelligent San Francisco punk rock band the Dead Kennedys.
