Too much thinking? Who, me?

The brutally honest wake-up call that overthinkers can’t stop talking about
The year’s almost here. Still overthinking? Still waiting to change? Maybe it’s time to gift yourself the truth...and actually stick to it this time.

Stop overthinking. Start living. Finally take control of your mind, time, and life. You’ve read enough boring self-help to last a lifetime -- the repetitive and brain damaging kind that sounds good but changes nothing.

By now, we don’t need more motivation, we need a mirror...and a serious slap in the face.

If I could learn meditation, I could do it all.
So if anyone is tired of overthinking while worrying about what everyone thinks and drowning in endless to-do lists that never end, this book might hit like a truth bomb.

Fck Your Crap isn’t another "feel good" pep talk. It’s a brutally honest wake-up call for people who are done pretending everything’s fine.

It’s not about chasing happiness; it’s about taking control of our life, our focus, and our energy. Inside, find a practical blueprint to stop overthinking, silence self-doubt, and build unstoppable momentum.

What’s inside
  • How to stop overthinking and anxiety by rewiring the way the brain reacts to fear and pressure.
  • How to stop worrying and start living using real tools that actually work, not useless affirmations.
  • How to declutter the mind and rebuild daily habits around clarity and purpose.
  • Why "positive thinking" is a scam and what to do instead.
  • How to build a mindset so strong that we stop letting everything affect us.
  • How to finally break free from the Anxious Generation....
Every chapter hits hard, talks straight, and gives the tools to stop overthinking, stop spiraling, and start living.

Forget the gurus. Forget the hacks. This book is for people who want change that lasts.

Who(m) this book is for
Ever said:
  • "I can’t stop overthinking."
  • "I feel stuck, lost, and mentally drained."
  • "I’m tired of fake positivity and surface-level advice."
  • "I'm scared..."?
Then this is a MANUAL to read. It’s for anyone ready to throw the excuses away, face the truth, and build a life that finally makes sense.

Whether navigating anxiety, career burnout, or just trying to get life together, this book will become the slap in the face we didn’t know we needed...until now as we read it.

Why it works
Because it’s REAL. Author John Forgetson doesn’t sugarcoat, spiritualize, or oversell. He cuts through the noise and teaches how to stop self-sabotaging, one brutally honest truth at a time.

With over 200 five-star reviews across platforms, Fck Your Crap has already changed how readers think, work, and live. It’s part tough love, part therapy, and entirely life-changing.

Ready to take back control? If we’re done overthinking our potential, this book will help us stop being our own worst enemy.
  • Stop worrying.
  • Stop waiting.
  • Stop believing everything you think.
  • Try something new.
  • Try something different.
  • Try something better.
  • Forget motivation.
  • Read this instead.

10-year anniv of Eric 'I can't breathe' Garner

'I can't breathe': young Twitter poet gives new voice to Eric Garner | The Guardian
Illinois cops release bodycam video of when they shot Black woman who called for help | CNN
Hey, Blacks, don't want to be pulled over?
It seems to be a truism of this American life (in the USA rather than other parts of the Americas) that police abuse social minorities.

If a killer kop wants to kill, who's going to stop him, the corrupt court system that does everything it can to shield him from successful prosecution?
White females are a minority? - If I feel like it.
Police know they have wide latitude to kill, beat, and otherwise abuse poor, disenfranchised, dark skinned, or other socially subordinated groups at will. Blacks and Natives seem to get the worst of it, if mainstream news reports are to be believed. And every time another outrageous case of police brutality, implicit bias, or outright racism hits the news, there are protests. They are usually met with a paramilitary response.

The protected classes back the police so that they get to feeling/knowing who they work for. Police protect their protectors and abuse their abusers. It is part of the "system" under which we live.

I Can't Breathe (Matt Taibbi)
Ten years ago, police on the East Coast thought it was reasonable to choke Eric Gardner to death. Or, say, it wasn't reasonable, nothing was going to happen if one or more did it. So they did.

Though he yelled, "I can't breathe" as he was being choked to death in an illegal chokehold, the police figured they could always say, "He was breathing enough to say he couldn't breathe" as they smirked.
  • From George Floyd to Sonya Massey and too many others to mention, these racist police crimes have continued to fill coffins and the coffers of Police Protection League chapters

July 18, 2024: It has been 10 years since the chokehold death of Eric Garner at the hands of [killer] New York City police officers made “I can’t breathe” a rallying cry. Disgusting police activity: beating, murder

(KCAL News) July 29, 2024: Video shows [abusive] LAPD officer punching handcuffed Black man [abusing him under color of authority] in South Los Angeles. The unnamed officer from the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has been removed from field duty after punching a helpless man being detained with another armed officer on video [and is being considered for felony charges unless those who decide whether or not to charge him, his colleagues in the LAPD, find an excuse for the punch, show him the video, provide him no cost legal advice, coach him on what to say, take his statement only after consideration, reconsideration, and multiple opinions to form an airtight rationalization and justification that will stand up in any possible subsequent investigation or attempted civil litigation]. The video shows him punching the Black man he handcuffed after a simple traffic stop he allowed to escalate in his impatience and mistreatment of an uncharged citizen who is presumed innocent even if charged. He has not been suspended, fired, relieved of duty, or given anything worse than a cush assignment behind a desk indoors in an air conditioned office.

Renewed call for police reform after violent [implicitly biased] cop shoots woman who called 911 in the face in her home

Students awaken: UCLA, USC aftermath

Students study, but future cops and cop supporters watch violent football like USC vs. UCLA
.
USC, UCLA criticized over violent response to peaceful campus protests
Like football, police actions are a spectator sport
(KTLA 5) May 3, 2024: Investigations are underway after pro-Palestinian encampments and demonstrations took place at USC and UCLA in late April and early May 2024. Earlier in the week, LAPD and other police agencies (that will be paid for by UCLA) removed a massive pro-Palestinian encampment at UCLA and 210 people were arrested in the aftermath. Many are criticizing the universities for not stepping in earlier to take action before things escalated to deplorable behavior by hired pro-genocide/pro-Israel thugs in and out of uniform. KTLA's John Fenoglio reports on May 3.

UCLA: People could have died as cops riot

We train for this. It serves as an outlet for our testosterone poisoning. We beat with impunity.

Before the LAPD and other paramilitary forces moved in on the peaceful UCLA student encampment with explosives, shotgun-style projectile cannons, manhandling teens and young adults and cuffing them with overly tight zip ties, expressing their aggression and impatience with disobedient young people, police allowed, instigated, or themselves went in under cover to do the same thing. This was a declared an unlawful assembly not because of student violence but because of outside violent attacks on the students by Jewish, pro-Jewish, pro-Zionist (Christian and Jewish), pro-genocide, pro-Israel thugs.

“People could have died”: Police raid UCLA's anti-genocide protest after pro-Zionist-Israel mob attacks encampment
(Democracy Now!) May 2, 2024: This is an update from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), where police in riot gear began dismantling a pro-Palestinian encampment early Thursday, shooting students to break their bones and cause serious injury with rubber projectile cannons, concussive "flashbang" grenades, tear gas, and arresting dozens of students.

The heavy-handed raid came just over a day after pro-genocide counter-protesters for Israel armed with metal rods, 2x4s, and explosives (weapons grade fireworks) attacked UCLA students at their encampment.

The Real News Network reporter Mel Buer was on the scene when police dressed as stormtroopers and jackbooted thugs decided to attack.

Buer describes seeing counter-protesters provoke students, yelling slurs and bludgeoning them with parts of the encampment’s barricade, and says the attack lasted several hours without police or campus security intervention.

“UCLA is complicit in violence inflicted upon protesters,” wrote the editorial board of UCLA’s campus newspaper, The Daily Bruin, the next day.

Four of the paper’s student journalists were targeted and assaulted by counter-protesters while covering the peaceful demonstration (made violent by outside agitators championing Israel's genocide).

Democracy Now! speaks with Shaanth Kodialam Nanguneri, one of the student journalists, who says one of their colleagues was hospitalized over the assault, while campus security officers “were nowhere to be found.”

Meanwhile, UCLA’s chapter of Faculty for Justice in Palestine has called on faculty to refuse university labor Thursday in protest of the administration’s failure to protect students from what it termed “Zionist [violent Jewish and pro-Jewish] mobs.”

Professor Gaye Theresa Johnson, a member of UCLA Faculty for Justice in Palestine, denounces the administration’s response to nonviolent protest and says she sees the events as part of a major sea change in the politicization of American youth.

“This is a movement. It cannot be unseen. It cannot be put back in the box.”

UCLA arrests: Brutal police use grenades

Should we grow up to support war and police?
Anyone expecting a bloodbath was relieved this morning that police, led by the LAPD, exercised restraint in abusing student demonstrators at the UCLA encampment on campus. Students for Palestine had explosives hurled at them the night before, and although this violence was brought to them from the outside, it was used as a sufficient pretext to declare the gathering unlawful. Everyone was threatened with arrest and worse.

Give thugs guns. Don't be surprised they kill.
More than 500 cops (some say 800) rolled in like stormtroopers dressed for the riot they were there to provoke. Students held their ground, but eventually, after 1:00 am, police began the violent take down of the camp and tents, kettling students and subjecting them to arrest. Most students managed to get away, but those who were arrested report police abuses and brutality. Will wealthy parents step forward and defend their children in the court system or simply take it on faith that the paramilitary force did no more than was absolutely necessary to take youngsters into custody? At least those students now know what many of us had to learn long ago -- police do not arrive to protect but to impose obedience using the threat and exercise of violence. So next time victims of police abuse report it, take it as very likely to have happened. Mayor Bass was going to call out the National Guard, but fearing another Kent State massacre, they decided to be much nicer than they usually are.

Protesters continue to be arrested on the UCLA campus
(KCAL News) May 2, 2024: Over 100 people have been arrested at UCLA's pro-Palestinian (anti-Zionist-Israel) encampment as protesters are accused of "resisting" officers for not immediately all commands without question or hesitation. The CHP says multiple students and faculty members were among those being forcibly detained -- with zip tie handcuffs cutting off circulation to their hands as a little torture trick police are allowed to practice at will, even when it leads to permanent damage to nerves because petty acts of vengeance are fun and make the job personally empowering -- as law enforcement officers raided the pro-Palestinian encampment on UCLA's West Los Angeles campus.

(Reuters) Started streaming 8:30 pm, May 1, 2024: University of California students in Los Angeles continue pro-Palestinian protests at UCLA, the area's premiere public university with the smartest students in the southern part of the state.

WHAT DO THESE STUDENTS WANT?
It is very easy. The demands are clear: DIVEST from funding or doing business with criminal rogue state Israel. Boycott its money-making endeavors. Sanction Netanyahu and his fellow war criminals inside and outside Israel. It's basic BDS. It may not be possible for the UC system or UCLA in particular to stop Israel or the criminal elements in it known as the IDF and the Mossad.

Bruins are Athenians for a free society.
However, it is absolutely possible and necessary for UCLA to break ties with Israel and stop investing in it, no matter how much war profits it loses in the process. We pay tuition, and we do not want a single penny of it to go to the killing, maiming, and continued oppressing of Gaza, the West Bank, Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, and Palestinian refugees languishing in "temporary" refugee camps all around the region, camps created and patrolled by Israel.

Police escalate UCLA campus protests.
Students are calling on the Biden administration, the Pentagon, and the entire American war machine (all its covert apparatuses secretly sending missiles behind everyone's back as Congress argues about how much money for the genocide to send to Israel and how many billions to give to Ukraine to fight our proxy-war against Russia) to pull out of supporting these crimes against humanity in the most well-documented genocide of all time. Why should students, why should any protester trust the mainstream corporate media, which constantly cheerleads any war it gets wind of, to report accurately? There is NO reason to talk to the media. There is every reason to keep the encampment closed until the University understands what is being demanded by the people going deep into debt to finance its operations.

UCLA peaceful protests: Police in riot gear yearning for violent show of force
(FOX 11 Los Angeles) Streamed live May 1, 2024: Police (LAPD, FBI, Sheriff's Dept, Culver City PD, Beverly Hills PD, Santa Monica PD, DPS campus security in a force of an estimated 600-800) of heavily armed and trained paramilitary troopers and undercover operatives to face off with 1,000 unarmed, peaceful students staging a sit in) at UCLA have used yesterday's attacks by Jewish outside agitators (probably LAPD agent provocateurs as their pretext) declared the pro-Palestinian encampment on campus is an unlawful gathering, and everyone has been ordered to leave.
  • Police have become violent and moved in to attack students, by attempting to startle them into stampeding, risking life and limb. But students held their ground. Now they are sitting down, chanting: "Peaceful protest! Peaceful protest! Peaceful protest!" Police have brought in at least ten buses to load up students like cattle and take them to a prison camp (or holding tank, county jail, or FEMA project).
There are thousands of onlookers, possible reinforcements for the encampment, from which they are being kept. Police are keeping them at bay. There is a massive law enforcement presence standing by at the campus, suggesting that a possible move to dismantle the encampment is imminent. More: foxla.com/news/ucla-pro-p...

Resist tyranny! Stop war! Free Palestine! Divest!
In a city of ten million, one thousand brave students, many of them teens, dare to stand up to police oppression to help the victims of Jewish-Zionist-Israel's war crimes and genocide.

Does the state not understand that? Do the administrators not understand? Do the average citizens of LA not understand? There is one group that does understand.

And that is the professors, who have come out to protect the students and if need be be brutalized and arrested with them. In solidarity with all that's good (peace, Palestine's rights, divestment from war profiteering, a need for a third party or a second one against our one-party-with-two-wings system), opposing all that's wrong (Israel, pro-IDF Jews and sympathizers, the US military funded by both corrupt Democrats and corrupt Republicans). It makes perfect sense if one listens to the words of Mario Savio or Rage Against the Machine lyrics.

"There's a time when the operation of The Machine becomes so odious, makes you so sick at heart that you can't take part, you can't even passively take part, and you've got to put your bodies upon the gears, and the wheels, upon the levers, upon all the apparatus, and you've got to make it stop! And you got to indicate to the people who run it, to the people who own it that, unless you're free, The Machine will be prevented from operating at all!"
- Mario Savio, Student Free Speech Movement Berkeley in the Sixties
Protest chants
From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.
From the sea to the river, Palestine will live forever!

UC, UC, you can't hide
We charge you with genocide!

Free, free Palestine
Free, free, free Palestine!

Viva, viva Palestina
Viva, viva Palestina!

Hey hey, ho ho, the occupation has got to go
Hey hey, ho ho, Netanyahu has got to go!

Intifada, Intifada
Long live Intifada!

These are just a few of the social justice chants on the lips of children and young adults standing up against genocide, against the American war machine and the war profiteers that support it: the university, the UC Board of Regents, the bankers and funders of Israel, the CIA, the Pentagon, the NSA, NSC, DHS, FBI, Meta Google, Facebook, Apple, and other covert and infiltrated spying agencies.
