“Gold, Bitcoin, and oil prices will spike as global economy crashes!” – Trend Analyst Gerald Celente explains to comedian Jimmy Dore, with an amazingly broad and cynical view of financial markets. US war on Iran coming, Israel stealing Syrian land with impunity (and CIA approval), will Pres. Trump allow it? Sure, he and Israel can come to an "agreement," a mutually beneficial one. I'll scratch Bibi's backside if the powers that be want me to.

Among these early signs were the astounding revelations about [Swiss] UBS, the world's largest private bank, by Stephanie Gibaud, who was employee at the bank's French division.
Gibaud refused instructions given to her and other employees to delete all their company files. In doing so, she helped reveal a vast web of corruption and fraud linking UBS to a shadowy tax evasion scheme.
More than 15 years later, Gibaud has endured harassment, professional ostracization, lawsuits, and threats.
She joins The Chris Hedges Report to speak on her ordeal and the extent of corruption in the international banking system.

Gold prices are fixed and manipulated because there's no shortage now. Not only can it be made, massive amounts were found in Uganda, Africa, more gold than King Solomon's mines, which were also in Africa, site of the next place the US needs to invade bring democracy and women's rights.
What is the most profitable thing of all? It used to be gold, real estate (territory), crude oil, electronics, then synthetic pharmaceuticals used to "treat" (never "cure," because that wouldn't be as profitable). It will be again. Big Pharma made a massive killing during the pandemic or plandemic scare. Tests didn't work, masks didn't work, shots didn't work, but anything that did or could was stopped (ivermectin, antiparasitics, etc.)
(Major Barbara, 1941) has summarized the dichotomy between donation-based charity and war-based capitalism better than playwright George Bernard Shaw? No one. It's all about money for those who will not let go. Skip forward toMinute 27:51.
Dare to speak your mind, Science? - Uh, um, I mean, there are exigencies and gatekeepers...
Herd. Congregate to protest. Empty the churches. No singing. Stay home/isolated. Worry. Be anxious. Take pharmaceuticals. Ingest extra dosages of hypnotic TV "programming," particularly redundant news shows. Avoid independent medical opinions, alternative theorizing, your own eyes. Eat fear and enjoy it, like a rollercoaster ride or horror film playing out in real life.

This one dummy, Mr. White, the "beer, beans, Bible, and bullets man," likes to call in and encourage everyone to invest in tangible gold, arm the family, barricade the house, build a bunker if you can, train in the woods, buy camouflage clothes and anything labeled "tactical," whatever that means. And, fearfully, many follow, not unlike lemmings or Q-Anon enthusiasts. These things, like gold prices, are completely controlled. On the CIA network (aka CNN), it's almost as if they're saying it, it's not true or anything to worry about. The nominal left calling for censorship to silence alternative voices? They have got us by the curly shorts and aren't letting go.
What to invest in, what to support? AI spying software (like Pegasus)? ChatGPT stock? Elon Musk, Inc., X (Twitter), SpaceX, Meta (Facebook), Alphabet, The Carlyle Group (Bush), Blackwater (or whatever they've morphed into), the canned bean industry, Bible Publishers Warehouse, munitions makers?
War and Theft: The Takeover of Ukraine’s Agricultural Land exposes the financial interests and the dynamics at play leading to further concentration of [rich farm]land [by already very rich oligarchs in Ukraine with the help of war-money supplies from the USA] and finance.
The total amount of land controlled by oligarchs, corrupt individuals, and large agribusinesses is over nine million hectares — exceeding 28 percent of Ukraine’s arable [farmable] land.
The largest landholders are a mix of Ukrainian oligarchs and foreign interests — mostly European and North American as well as the sovereign fund of Saudi Arabia.
Prominent US pension funds, foundations, and university endowments are invested through NCH Capital, a US-based private equity fund.
Several agribusinesses, still largely controlled by oligarchs, have opened up to Western banks and investment funds — including prominent ones such as Kopernik, BNP, or Vanguard — who now control part of their shares.
Most of the large landholders are substantially indebted to Western funds and institutions, notably the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the World Bank.
[U.S. funds corruption and weapons]
Western financing to Ukraine in recent years has been tied to a drastic structural adjustment program that has required austerity and privatization measures, including the creation of a land market for the sale of agricultural land.
Ukraine's Pres. Zelenskyy put the land reform into law in 2020 against the will of the vast majority of the population who feared it would exacerbate corruption and reinforce control by powerful interests in the agricultural sector.
Findings of the report concur with these concerns. While large landholders are securing massive financing from Western financial institutions, Ukrainian farmers — essential for ensuring domestic food supply — receive virtually no support.
With the land market in place, amidst high economic stress and war, this difference of treatment will lead to more land consolidation by large agribusinesses.
The report also sounds the alarm that Ukraine’s crippling debt is being used as a leverage by the financial institutions to drive post-war reconstruction towards further privatization and liberalization reforms in several sectors, including agriculture. Source

How Private Equity Robbed Taylor Swift, Toys R Us, & J Crew | The Class Room ft. Adam Conover
(More Perfect Union) March. 7, 2022
Ever wondered why so many major retail chains have filed for bankruptcy or closed locations recently? Toys r Us, Baskin Robbins, J Crew, Hertz, 24 Hour Fitness, Dunkin Donuts...it’s pretty much an entire mall. It’s not just because of the pandemic:
Why do they call me "Nazi Barbie"?
There’s a shadowy mafia that has been ripping off the entire US economy while making themselves rich, really rich. This group is responsible for bankrupting hospitals, favorite retail chains, and even ripping off Taylor "Nazi Barbie" Swift. They’re called Private Equity. And any company might be next. Let's take a deep dive into the shocking strategies that the Private Equity Mafia uses.
Hope is not all lost though. There are things we can do to fix these problems.
Barbie's fake "Girl Squad"
Transparency, for one:
Enter the Securities and Exchange Commission, or SEC, the federal agency charged with stopping bad actors from manipulating the markets. The SEC, led by Biden appointee Gary Gensler, has proposed changing their rules so that private equity firms would have to, y'know, tell the truth about their returns of their funds and disclose transparent information about all the fees that they charge. Obviously, the lobbying groups representing private equity firms are up in arms about the idea that they might have to disclose even some basic information to their investors.
Meanwhile in Congress, the federal Stop Wall Street Looting act, introduced in 2021, would limit the amount of debt used in buyouts, increase transparency, and close tax loopholes. What can we do ourselves? Well, unionize. A unionized workforce is better protected against a leveraged buyout.
Without those changes, the private equity mafia is going to keep getting away with their schemes to line their pockets with OUR money.

What's coming? WARNING
(FREENVESTING) Chucky Munger warns investors of what’s ahead for the markets -- trouble that could be worse and harder to fix than what was experienced during Volcker’s era, which ended up with a huge recession.
Hey, kids, rise up and overthrow the bank.
Being a vice chairman of Berkshire Hathaway and the closest partner (right hand man) of Warren "The Oracle of Omaha" Buffett, Charles T. Munger has a [known] net worth of around $2 billion. He is a profoundly wise businessman who is absolutely worth listening to, especially when it comes to investing, the psychology of wealthy people, financial rationality, and life experience.
[Do you think Warren Buffett would really let Munger talk or make a YouTube video if it weren't manipulating markets and opinions in Berkshire Hathaway's favor? Caveat emptor. Take with a grain of salt, noting that "grain" is an outdated unit of measure.]
WQ Money Man's outlook (opinion, July 5, 2022)
Gold is down, and long-term prospects are dismal due to Ugandan discovery
Silver is down, and short-term prospects are not looking bright as supply is plentiful
Brent crude: Oil prices tumble below $100, may fall more
Crypto is down, and long-term prospects are dismal for the current players [but certain for block chain as a principle which will be utilized by current banks and governments like China making its own coin and enforcing it, as there's no way these players will lose control of currencies]
Rents are up, and short-term prospects are good that they will rise [because of the well-known maxim property is theft" and few are able to buy homes, home supplies are down, and financing is harder and harder to get]
Real estate is up, and long-term prospects are stable to rising
Greenbacks (US currency) took a surprising bump up [by manipulation of a powerful government, as nations like Sri Lanka are dying for this reserve currency before it ends its reign]
Military hardware looks strong and growing, as war profiteering continues to be stronger than health care and medical tech stocks
Pharmaceuticals are up with strong long-term prospects as fear grows over pandemics, monkey pox, and future planned scares
Stocks and bonds are down with short-term prospects shaky and unstable
Cars, new and used automobile prices are up surprisingly and expected to tumble before the end of the year, but this tumble is not certain, as there is no relief in sight even for used car availability
Financing (interest rates) is up as banks gouge everyone they can who needs to keep their head afloat in these uncertain times
Insurance prices going up as prices for cars and other insured items rise, even if risk is stable
Commodities, farm items, deathstock (slaughtered animals) and plants are down with prices in the short-term heading down
Uganda’s gold discovery: What it could mean for crypto
Blockchain has a future, Bitcoin likely does not.
Is gold becoming inflationary? Can Bitcoin replace it as a store of value due to [Bitcoin's artificial] scarcity and reliability? Are Uganda’s [gold] numbers implausible?
Questions arise.
These are fraught times for the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector, so it isn’t surprising that industry proponents might seize upon any promising news to help charge flagging markets.
A Reuters' report out of Uganda last week about a massive gold ore discovery [worth $12+ trillion] supplied just this kind of fuel.
What does the state of gold mining [on the continent of] Africa have to do with the price of global Bitcoin (BTC)? Quite a bit, potentially.
Bitcoin has periodically laid claim to being digital gold largely on the strength of its [artificially] strict 21 million supply limit, which makes it non-inflationary and a good store of value — in theory.
Gold, of course, is the store of value par excellence, with a limited supply and a solid track record that goes back millennia.
But if Uganda is sitting on 31 million metric tons of gold ore, as the government declared, might not that substantially boost the world’s gold supply? That in turn could lower the price of gold — and make it a less secure “store of value” generally.
Gold’s loss could be the cryptocurrency’s gain.
Some drew encouragement from this notion. Microstrategies CEO Michael Saylor, for instance, posted a video on Twitter about the Ugandan discovery of “huge gold deposits,” which might net 320,158 metric tons of refined gold “valued at $12.8 trillion.”
As Saylor noted on June 17, 2022: “#Gold is plentiful. #Bitcoin is scarce," further telling CNBC:
“Every commodity in the world has looked good in a hyperinflationary environment, but the dirty secret is you can make more oil, you can make more silver, you can make more gold…Bitcoin’s the only thing that looks like a commodity that is scarce and capped.”
But perhaps there is less here than meets the eye. The 320,158 metric tons of refined gold that the Ugandan mining ministry spokesman said could be produced from the new deposits in the country’s northeastern corner would far exceed the 200,000 metric tons in above-ground gold that exist in the entire world today.
One gold mining trade publication went so far as to suggest the Ugandan government may have been confusing metric tons with ounces in its projections. More

Amazon'sFounder, Chairman, CEO Jeff Bezos is the richest!
It's okay! He's one of us. What a great country!
With a paper fortune of $92.3 billion in stock, CEO Bezos is a major shareholder.
At 9:30 this morning, Amazon stock began selling at $1,083.31 a share making him the WORLD'S RICHEST HAPPIEST MAN beating out Mexican cellphone magnate Carlos Slim and MicroSoft's miserable developer and CIA-partner Bill Gates.
Bloomberg.com, July 27, 2017 (edited by Wisdom Quarterly)
The invisible hand of the market.
A surge in Amazon.com Inc. shares Thursday morning in advance of the online retailer’s earnings report briefly propelled founder Jeff Bezos past Bill Gates as the world’s richest person.
Shares of the online retailer fell 0.7 percent to $1,046 by 4:00 pm in New York [home of Wall Street and the NY Stock Exchange, possibly putting Bill Gates back in the lead].
This is after climbing as high as $1,083.31 four hours earlier, which gave Bezos a net worth of $92.3 billion. Gates had a net worth of $90.8 billion as of the Wednesday close. More

Rachel Maddow issues warning over Trump's climate gag order
Down with Big Bro (Nineteen Eighty-Four)
MSNBC's liberal semi-comedian lesbian totally unbiased host Rachel Maddow is outing Trump. Not for being bi; no one will mention that. He's directing the EPA to stop funding climate change research. There maybe global warming or not, but let's not look into it. And lets hide previous research, which is surely biased to favor one side of the issue over the other. But it's still data the government paid for, which means -- even if it's a fraud funded to monetize carbon -- it belongs to all of us. More
(MSNBC, Jan. 25, 2017) The Rachel Maddow Show reports on how many of the concerns about how Pres.Trump (on Day 4) would regard the environment as president are coming true, with his pushing of controversial pipelines, to his EPA pick, to his lockdown on the EPA staff.
The planet's going to ruin, but at least the stock market's up! (The DOW Jones is not the market, and more importantly, the market is NOT the economy even if the media treats it that way).
Pres. Trump (and mainstream Republicans and some Democrats) wants torture (AP).
Say what, Rachel? Shut the h*ll up! I'm Big Brother president now! (AP)
