Putin launched the largest counterattack air assault of the [US proxy war in] Ukraine, targeting the country's power grid and water plants [the way American forces illegally and strategically did on the civilian population of Iraq during its shock and awe campaign under US Pres. George W. Bush and his string-pulling commander VP Dick Cheney]. At one point, the entire country of Ukraine [which may be a part of Russia the US is interfering with for strategic purposes, sacrificing countless Ukrainians in its war against Russian stability and self-determination] was under an air raid alert and all Ukrainian residents were told to take shelter.
