Walking across US border to TJ, Mexico

(Cecil Travels) I crossed the border between San Diego (Alta California, US) and Tijuana (the largest city in Baja California, MX, often affectionately referred to as TJ) to see if all the terrifying tales of drug cartels, MS-13 gang members, prostitutes, donkeys, cunning dealers, clueless mules, underage drunken American partying, kidnappings, and human trafficking were true.
