Money, beauty! How can I love debt?

CEO Kiana Danial wants to get rich by offering to make you rich on linkedin.com
.
Kiana Dufour signed. Wants rich spouse?
Do our names have anything to do with our life paths?

If one names a daughter "Kiana," will that benefit her more in terms of money or beauty, the main driving forces of a worldly life?

It would be best if she were virtuous, accruing profitable (kusala, wholesome) karma the Buddha called merit to gain the five most desirable things in this world, at least when looked at in the long term.

.
SUTRA: Five things everyone wants
What you want, get it by karma.
The Buddha: "O [rich householder], there are five wished for, pleasant, and agreeable things that are rare in the world. What are they? They are long life, beauty, happiness, fame, and [rebirth in] a heaven.

"But of these five things, O householder, I do no teach that they are to be obtained by prayer or by vows [making deals with God or the universe, promising to do something in exchange for a boon]. If one could obtain them by prayer or vows, who would not do it?

"For a noble disciple, O householder, who wishes to have long life, it is unbefitting to pray for longevity or to take delight in doing so. Instead, one should follow a path of [practice in] life that is conducive to longevity. By following such a path, one will obtain long life, be it human or divine.

"For a noble disciple, O householder, who wishes for beauty... happiness... fame... [rebirth in] a heaven, it is unbefitting to pray for them or to take delight in doing so. Instead, one should follow a path of life that is conducive to beauty... happiness... fame... [rebirth in] a heaven.

"By following such a path, one will obtain beauty, happiness, fame, and [rebirth in] a heaven." (AN 5.43)

This vulgar and explicit hit song is about trying to get rich in America

How to get rich right now
I'm the most beautiful Kiana in
the world (Morales/listal.com)
There’s a huge misconception between good debt and bad debt. 💸 Both sit in the "liability" column on a balance sheet, but there’s a huge difference between the two, which is the critical differentiator between poor people and rich people:

Poor people have bad debt. 😖 Wealthy people take advantage of good debt. 🤑 In fact, right now, debt is my favorite type of income!

Our Million Dollar Family Accelerators have accomplished so much using leverage.💰 But be very careful not to confuse the two types of debt in day-to-day life. 🚨

OD Martinique: Kiana (Quebec MOI)
📉 Bad debt is a liability on something that doesn’t make money — like luxury bags, cars that depreciate in value, cable TV, and all the other things poor people go into debt for to look like what they think a rich people look like.

📈 In contrast, good debt, also known as funding or leverage (gearing), is defined by the money one may owe to acquire an asset, an investment. It’s something that reproduces after itself to make more wealth — like a skillset gained that will keep on giving for years to come.

Here are some debt strategies wealthy people use to generate wealth:
  • 🏠 Leverage in Real Estate: Taking out a mortgage to invest in property can amplify returns.
  • 💼 Investment Loans: Borrowing to invest in appreciating assets like stocks or funds.
  • 📈 Business Expansion: Securing loans to expand or start a business.
  • 💰 Tax Advantages: Borrowing against investments to fund purchases without triggering capital gains taxes can optimize wealth growth.
  • 🎓 Education and Skill Development: Loans for education or skill enhancement that leads to higher income potential.
Remember, leveraging debt for wealth requires caution and an understanding of the risks involved.

SUTRA: Reasons for getting rich
Are we all agreed that these five are good?
The Buddha: "Householder, there are five reasons for getting rich. What are they?

"... A noble disciple with riches through work and zeal, gathered by strength of arm, earned by sweat of brow, justly obtained in a lawful way, makes oneself happy, glad, and keeps that happiness; one makes one's parents happy, glad, and keeps them so -- likewise wife and children and assistants.

"...When riches are gotten in this way, one makes friends and companions happy, glad, and keeps them so.

"...When riches are gotten in this way, bad luck... is warded off, and one keeps one's goods in safety.

"...When riches are gotten in this way, one makes the five oblations [pūjā] to one's kin, guests, spirits, kings, and deities.

"...When riches are gotten this way, the noble disciple institutes offerings of lofty aim, celestial, ripening in happiness, leading heavenward [to the deva planes, akasha loka, sagga], for all those recluses and good people who abstain from pride and indolence, who bear all things in patience and humility, each mastering self, each calming self, each perfecting self.

"Now if the wealth of that noble disciple, heeding these five reasons, comes to destruction, let that disciple consider: 'At least I have heeded those reasons for getting rich, but my wealth has gone!' Therefore, one is not upset.

"And if one's wealth increases, let one think: 'Truly, I have heeded those reasons and my wealth has grown!' Therefore, one will not be upset in either case." (AN 5.41)

The Tao of Intuitive Luck

“Filled with sage advice backed by sound scientific evidence, The Tao of Intuitive Luck is a carefully crafted prescription for cultivating genuine luck anytime. Highly recommended as a practical guide to putting your intuition to work.”
–Chief Scientist Dr. Dean Radin, Ph.D., Institute of Noetic Sciences and author of Real Magic and The Conscious Universe.

Randall Fitzgerald (like Dr. Gallenberger and Dr. Radin) studies "luck." We think it's "chance" and random, but these three researchers demonstrate that it is completely something else going unnoticed: attitude, outlook, expectation, gratitude, positivity, our internal states manifesting externally.
Fitzgerald is the author of The Tao of Intuitive Luck. For two free audio downloads on luck techniques, click here. The Tao of Intuitive Luck

Every day we pull the lever of chance on our finances, our safety, our health and relationships. Why are some people more skilled at managing these risks? What makes them so lucky?

Randall Fitzgerald’s investigative articles have been featured in The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal, and Reader's Digest, where he spent two decades as a roving editor. In addition to having authored 10 books translated into a dozen languages, he founded and co-edited Second Look, a seminal magazine chronicling the search for other intelligent life in the universe, the origins of civilization, and the nature of consciousness. He has appeared on ABC’s The View and hundreds of other TV and radio shows, including four appearances on Coast-to-Coast with G-Man Noory. thetaoofintuitiveluck.com

The Tao of Intuitive Luck: Winning at Games of Chance & the Game of Life
(Kindle Edition) Author Randall Fitzgerald has 5.0 out of 5 stars with 13 ratings of this book.

Every day we pull the lever of chance on our finances, our safety, our health, and relationships. Why are some people more skilled at managing these risks? What makes them so lucky?

The secret of lucky people comes from their mastery of Intuitive Luck. “The only time I’ve made mistakes is when I didn’t listen to my intuition,” admitted billionaire Oprah Winfrey.

“If you can have any superpower, luck is the one you’d want,” observed billionaire Elon Musk. By combining these two powerful forces — intuition and luck — you create a pathway (the Tao) to good fortune.

Whether one plays casino games of chance, bets on sports or the lottery, invests in stocks, or just plays the game of life, intuitive luck is a prescription that can be mastered to navigate life’s risks and attract financial rewards.

By using The Tao of Intuitive Luck formula for luck enhancement, Lady Luck will become a more frequent and dependable partner.

Five Intuitive Luck factors reveal a practical, teachable, science-based synergy for attracting streaks of luck.

Investigative journalist Randall Fitzgerald spent several decades documenting intuitive luck techniques practiced by genuinely lucky people and interviewing scientists at the forefront of intuition research.

His expertise earned him the role as the media master of ceremonies for the televised 100th anniversary celebration of the founding of Las Vegas. More: Tao of Intuitive Luck: Winning Chance eBook

Invest in Elon Musk-free solar car: Aptera

Is this EV really a car? It only has three wheels and runs on solar power. It's a spaceship.
This Aptera EV is not yet a flying car but, like Icarus, it goes for the sun in a big way.
I may be losing money, but the government will give me more to replace whatever I lose.
.
Tesla EV electricity comes from burning fuels.
Yes, but does it fly? Electric vehicles (EVs) are growing. Bloomberg projects that electric vehicle sales will increase in one decade from 1.7 million vehicles in 2020 to 54 million by 2040. Aptera is looking to earn a significant portion of that growth.

Coal power is dirty. Mineral mining adds to dirty
Aptera was created from the ground up with one purpose in mind — energy efficiency. Its unique shape allows Aptera to slip through the air using 30% less energy than other electric and hybrid vehicles on the road today. That efficiency allows Aptera to have a much longer range than competitive electric vehicles, with a range up to 1,000 miles. Aptera (invest.aptera.us)

Cheap supercars for broke boys: QtrLife Crisis

Ideal Media, March 3, 2022; Team T (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

There's room for all ages and genders on this ride.
Consider the fact that our hormones, patriarchal societies, the ways we're raised don't change so much. At the time of the Buddha, rich kids raced around in cool chariots with parasols and white stallions. Why? Image, chixdiggit, ego, testosterone, competitiveness, vanity, memories of life in the lower heavens (planes of existence in the deva worlds of the Sensual Sphere), who knows? But they did. And many people do it here and now, no longer limited to rich boys. Think of the new lowrider law in Los Angeles, California. Every kind of person in our U.S. car culture gets sucked in at least a little. Some a lot, but everyone a little. This is the Sensual Sphere (kama-loka). We aim for rebirth in the Fine Material Sphere or, at the very least, the sensuous heavens. Some more wisely aim for an end to rebirth or rearising in the hard-to-conceive Immaterial Sphere (the formless realms). Here, in the world of form (rupa), we want to experience things viscerally, corporeally, in the gut, on the skin, in the nether regions. We didn't make it that way. The karma of the being reborn here make it that way. So, given that we're wealthy and in the West with all its excesses, let's look at cars before they become illegal and we all go EV and start drag racing Priuses in tubes through our smart tubular cities, like that massive one being built in the desert. Kids, don't try this at home; ask a parent instead. But, you know, Knowledge and experience come from choices, and bad choices seem to yield the most knowledge and experience.

Cheap supercars for broke boys
(Ideal Media) Let's look at some not so expensive supercars for less than anyone thinks! Get in a 500 HP, 200 MPH beast that smokes a friend's BRZ. Some cheap cars make one look rich, from the Sl55 AMG, Fisker Karma, Aston Vantage, and Lotus Elise to the Dodge Viper, these cheap rides will make a statement wherever they're being driven. OK, OK, what's "cheap"? That depends. What's a "supercar"? That depends, too. Shut up. The average new car in America costs $50,000.00 so "cheap" varies.

(Monefize) Nov. 18, 2022. Sam Bankman-Fried's FTX crypto exchange collapsed with repercussions for the entire market being felt because of it. Sam Bankman-Fried, the disgraced CEO of FTX, has been under fire recently for mismanagement of billions of dollars in funds, which came to light after a liquidity crunch that turned out to really be a poorly hidden case of insolvency. But not many people really know about how Tom Brady and his ex-wife, Gisele Bundchen, are involved. Not only has the couple been promoting FTX for the past year, Tom Brady is under investigation for involvement in so much more. House we can afford! Only $260K w/ catch

"Skinny House, "a meter wide" (BuzzFond); CC Liu, Ashley Wells (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

A skinny house in Deerfield, Illinois, recently went viral on TikTok and sold for $260,000. Is the place so small that the owner can't walk around it? No. Let's see what it really looks like inside.

This is a view of its modern kitchen.
The skinny house has about 500 square meters of living space, with two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Although one side of the house measures only three feet wide, the other side expands to around 20 feet in width. Now let's step in.

When entering the house, there is a nice living room. It's not as spacious as that of a typical house, but it's quite comfortable and beautiful. Hardwood floors and warm lighting bring a sense of coziness. More

Money: gold, oil, stocks down, dollar up

What's coming? WARNING

(FREENVESTING) Chucky Munger warns investors of what’s ahead for the markets -- trouble that could be worse and harder to fix than what was experienced during Volcker’s era, which ended up with a huge recession.

Hey, kids, rise up and overthrow the bank.
Being a vice chairman of Berkshire Hathaway and the closest partner (right hand man) of Warren "The Oracle of Omaha" Buffett, Charles T. Munger has a [known] net worth of around $2 billion. He is a profoundly wise businessman who is absolutely worth listening to, especially when it comes to investing, the psychology of wealthy people, financial rationality, and life experience.
  • [Do you think Warren Buffett would really let Munger talk or make a YouTube video if it weren't manipulating markets and opinions in Berkshire Hathaway's favor? Caveat emptor. Take with a grain of salt, noting that "grain" is an outdated unit of measure.]
WQ Money Man's outlook (opinion, July 5, 2022)
  • Gold is down, and long-term prospects are dismal due to Ugandan discovery
  • Silver is down, and short-term prospects are not looking bright as supply is plentiful
  • Oil (crude barrel) prices are down, and short-term prospects are down due to supply
  • Brent crude: Oil prices tumble below $100, may fall more
  • Crypto is down, and long-term prospects are dismal for the current players [but certain for block chain as a principle which will be utilized by current banks and governments like China making its own coin and enforcing it, as there's no way these players will lose control of currencies]
  • Rents are up, and short-term prospects are good that they will rise [because of the well-known maxim property is theft" and few are able to buy homes, home supplies are down, and financing is harder and harder to get]
  • Real estate is up, and long-term prospects are stable to rising
  • Greenbacks (US currency) took a surprising bump up [by manipulation of a powerful government, as nations like Sri Lanka are dying for this reserve currency before it ends its reign]
  • Military hardware looks strong and growing, as war profiteering continues to be stronger than health care and medical tech stocks
  • Pharmaceuticals are up with strong long-term prospects as fear grows over pandemics, monkey pox, and future planned scares
  • Stocks and bonds are down with short-term prospects shaky and unstable
  • Cars, new and used automobile prices are up surprisingly and expected to tumble before the end of the year, but this tumble is not certain, as there is no relief in sight even for used car availability
  • Financing (interest rates) is up as banks gouge everyone they can who needs to keep their head afloat in these uncertain times
  • Insurance prices going up as prices for cars and other insured items rise, even if risk is stable
  • Commodities, farm items, deathstock (slaughtered animals) and plants are down with prices in the short-term heading down

"Peak oil" lie: gas market crashes (video)

Mike Maloney; Dylan Ratigan; Pfc. Sandoval, Seth Auberon, CC Liu (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly
(The Jimmy Dore Show) Dylan Ratigan explains the fall of oil and collapse of the US economy.

Oil Armageddon: What will it mean?
Mike Maloney has a best-selling book (free at pages.goldsilver.com/freebook). Today, the world changed. In this special report he explains what "Oil Armageddon" means for the world, country, family, and your future. Buckle up. And thank you for sharing this video far and wide. Free newsletter? Go to goldsilver.com.

What is peak oil?
"Peak oil" is the theorized point in time when the maximum rate of extraction of toxic petroleum is reached, after which it is expected to enter terminal decline.

As of 2020, peak oil forecasts range from the early 2020s to the 2040s, depending on economics and how governments respond to global warming alarmism. It is often confused with oil depletion.

However, whereas depletion refers to a period of falling reserves and supply, PEAK OIL refers to the point of maximum production.

The concept of peak oil is often credited to geologist M. King Hubbert, whose 1956 paper first presented a formal theory. Peak oil occurs when the cost of oil extraction exceeds the price consumers will pay.
  • What's it called when, after the lie of scarcity is revealed, oil production outpaces consumer demand, consumption, or even ability to store the stuff out of the ground? Let's leave it in the ground. Of course, it's not our choice, is it? Corporations rule the world.
Most early analyses concentrated on increasing costs of extraction and assumed that demand would drive costs higher. More recent analyses concentrate on drop in demand as alternatives to oil become more attractive. More

Markets sink; tech, retail fall; Dow drops 600

There goes my easy retirement! (AP)
NEW YORK, USA - Stocks are skidding today (Tuesday, 11-20-18) as weak results from retailers and mounting losses for big technology companies push the market back into the red for the year.

Energy companies are slumping because of a 7 percent plunge in the price of oil. Crude is on track for its biggest loss in three years. Industrial companies are also dropping as the downward momentum in stocks carries into a second day.

Pull out of American stocks, quick! (AP)
The Dow Jones Industrial Average has lost 3.7 percent in the last two days, and the S&P 500 is off 3.4 percent.

The Nasdaq, heavily populated with technology stocks, is off close to 5 percent. As of 3 p.m., the S&P is down nearly 10 percent from the peak it reached in September.

Investors are measuring a number of headwinds and increasingly playing it safe. The global economy is showing signs of weakening, with the United States, China, and Europe all facing the rising threat of a slowdown, which can hurt demand for commodities such as oil and pose a threat to company profits.

Trade tensions between the U.S. and China appear to be getting worse instead of improving, contributing to the sell-off in tech stocks and multinational industrial companies.

Faced with these challenges, investors have lately turned to safer bets such as... More

Gotta get some Bitcoin! Here's how

Pat Macpherson, Seth Auberon, Pfc. Sandoval, CC Liu, Wisdom Quarterly
Bitcoin is not physical, like the trick "bit" shown here. It's only digital and a bubble.
If Bitcoin is man in black, woman in white is the new investor trying to get rich quick.
.
Cash me outside, bitch, and pay me in Bit!
Get rich schemes are getting harder to come by since Internet search engines allow us to research more sides of the story than just the one that makes scammers money.

But have you seen what Bitcoin (BTC), the hot digital cryptocurrency, has been doing lately? It's volatile and has no future in its present form. But along the way from here to there, one can ride the wave of volatility and cash out ahead of the game. Set a reasonable automatic sell point.

I can pay you in bit. Are you on tour soon?
It's a risky game. Be prepared to lose it all. Unlike most things, Bitcoin is not a good thing to hold for the long term. Why? Banks and governments are not going to allow themselves to be undermined by an independent alternative currency. They will subvert it, much as they are currently doing by inflating this bubble.

If Bitcoin is so valuable, why are current owners trying to seduce so many new investors into the market? That's how you make money from a bubble. It's like having a poker game among friends. How are you going to get rich? Invite a bunch of nonfriends to join the "friendly" game and milk them for all their money. In this example, you are the nonfriend about to be milked yet you think you're joining a friendly game to get rich off them.

I so wanna get rich quick, I lose it all.
Ever wonder why it is suddenly so volatile? It's because it's about to be listed in normal stock markets so investors can buy futures. Bitcoin is constantly being remade, reformatted, robbed from electronic vaults (which should be impossible but apparently isn't that hard), and precariously depends on the objective Internet, subjective net access, the bitcoin network, and the WWW. One solar flare or pulse bomb, and it all goes bye bye. An investor will still have it in cyberspace but will have no way to cash it in. Ask Danielle Bregoli.

More suckers needed to join our game
It was once possible to buy one Bitcoin for 8 cents. That was a few years ago. One guy bought $600.00's worth. He forgot about them in his hard drive then threw the hard drive away -- and with it, $122,000,000.00 at current prices, depending at what time of day one sells, of course, because the price is changing hourly by thousands of dollars per coin.

How does one get rich in an investment market? "Buy low, sell high." (The trick is there's no way to know ahead of time what "low" means and when the "high" is hit; that's all guesswork). When are people going to be buying? Right now, which is high. When will they be selling? When it's low, after the bubble bursts.

How likely is anyone entering the market right now to get rich with Bitcoin? Not likely at all, zero percent. It violates the fundamental rule.

But then why do ads and agents keep promoting Bitcoin? That's so you can salivate, get in higher praying it'll go higher, then you'll be cleaned out when you try to divest after the plunge. They come in and clean up, you go lick your wounds and wish you hadn't mortgaged the house.

Let dana be your path to gold.
Buy gold or silver, as their value never goes to zero. Bitcoin will be supplanted by another cryptocurrency banks and governments control and regulate and treat just like the fiat currency we live under now. What's that other truism about markets? "A fool and his money are soon parted."

See, this is how they get you: by changing the subject right away. Q: "Should I buy bitcoin?" A: "Digital currencies are the future." No one's arguing whether or not digital and cryptocurrencies are sound. The question is whether the bitcoin brand is sound. There will be, there already are, alternative currencies. Like Napster, bitcoin will not be allowed to succeed or come out on top. Bitcoin is not a sacrificial lamb so much as it is a Judas goat that leads others to slaughter.

Stop making sense! I want to buy BTC anyway
Gold, being real, is the opposite of bitcoin. There is no such tangible thing as a Bitcoin.
