Animals activists pressure Whole Foods over its alleged animal abuse
Whole Foods has gone Amazon. Go, Wayne!
(NowThis News) Whole Foods is allegedly suing 100+ animal rights activists for asking questions about where its products come from and how they're made. Co-founder of Direct Action Everywhere (and Berkeley mayoral candidate) Wayne Hsiung (\shung\) is being sued by Amazon Corporation branch company Whole Foods for asking questions, alleging, and protesting animal cruelty in the factory farm operations that sell meat to its stores. Human health and animal welfare are top concerns for Hsiung. This video includes footage of the activist arrested outside Whole Foods in Berkeley.
