Trump DEAD at 72 after severe illness

Seth Auberon, Ashley Wells, CC Liu, Pfc. Sandoval, Wisdom Quarterly; AP via Snopes.com

Stop going to Pedophile Island, brother. Distance yourself from Epstein. - Way ahead of you, bro. - And don't talk to Ghislaine Maxwell, Dershowitz, or the FBI. - Why would I talk to Dershowitz, Bob?
.
I'm the sick one, yet Bobby's dead. Go figure.
Don't throw yourselves on the pyre just yet, Republican ladies. It was not your beloved Fearless Leader nor was it Junior, the other one, the Freds (already dead), or Baron but Bobby Trump (RIP), 71 or 72, the invisible brother or, as one might call him, the "handsome one." The shy brother became seriously ill. It seems as if The Don hardly knew him, but in fact he had Robert working in a back room counting gambling and real estate money.

Trump: Handsome Robert and pasty Donny
It's a fecund family, and horny 45 has his wandering eye on Ivanka, but she has a sister, Tiffany, no one's heard of. Who or what else will the current New York district attorney turn up in his latest lawsuit demanding to see the irregular tax filings of the Trump family? It's a corrupt organization and, oh, how the country will laugh to see how little money Don John had while claiming to be a billionaire boy.
Screwing Uncle Donald
My uncle's a big ***hole, let me tell you.
Dead Bobby Trump, one of the president's four siblings, recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of the Trump family to stop publication of a tell-all book by Uncle Don’s niece Mary titled Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man.

Why do women, even his relatives, hate Trump?
The most dangerous man has said his niece Dr. Mary Trump’s book is a violation of a nondisclosure agreement she signed after being paid off.

Mary is the daughter of Donny’s eldest sibling, Freddy Trump Jr., who died of alcoholism in 1981 at the age of 43. She describes Pres. Trump as a cruel bully, a consummate cheater, and a sociopath, shaped by his emotionally-abusive father, Freddy Trump Sr. No Trump came to see Freddy Jr. in the hospital on the night he died. Donald went to the movies that night with a sibling instead. More

The Big Cats of Los Angeles (video)

The dam/bridge over Hahamongna watershed.
Recently, under the Angeles National Forest, we were with the Buddhist-Shaman Gabbies walking in the Pasadena foothills above the Rose Bowl, site of that famous New Year's Day football game. We spotted a bobcat. It had rained, and the Hahamongna basin was marshy. Ducks were schooling in a pool, and debris was cast up on shore in full view of JPL.

Who knows what NASA is up to in there, but out here the big cat strolled by turning every so often. We climbed the dam/bridge, and others spotted the cat using a floating debris catchment as a causeway. We followed the cat into the brush, and it turned back on us, stalking us until we caught sight of it in the shadow of the setting sun. There were mushrooms in the trees, and the white sage, coyote brush, and mallow were thriving. Dog walkers and people on horseback were not alarmed that a big cat was in the area. One man reported that he often spotted the feline. Humans are safe around bobcats, but small dogs on their own beware. The cats prefer rabbits, squirrels, birds, and small prey.

Biologists track 3-legged bobcat and her 1-eared kitten in Santa Monica Mountains
Biologists track 3-legged bobcat, B-337, and her 1-eared kitten in Santa Monica Mountains, caught on camera in January 2015 National Park Service (National Park Service/scpr.org).

(SCPR) Biologists are tracking another wildcat in the Santa Monica Mountains -- this time it's a three-legged bobcat with a kitten to feed.

Biologists aren't sure why the bobcat, dubbed B-337, is missing a leg, whether by genetic defect or injury, but [it's alarming that] her kitten, B-336, also happens to be missing an ear, according to a blog post from the National Park Service.

B-337 kept showing up on camera traps before finally getting caught in a cage trap and collared, NPS communications fellow Zach Behrens writes.

(National Park Service) B-337, or Bobcat 337, is released after being captured by National Park Service researchers on the western end of the Santa Monica Mountains. This female bobcat has three legs but it does not appear to be hindering her ability to care for herself and at least one kitten. (More: nps.gov/samo/blogs)

Bobcats and other wildlife face a number of threats in the area, from other animals to roads and even rat poison. Such threats have limited the genetic diversity of bobcats and mountain lions, which have often had to resort to inbreeding.

But both bobcats appear to be doing fine despite their handicaps, according to biologist Joanne Moriarty.
"Bobcats catch live prey, so that means she's managing to hunt with one front leg -- and doing it well enough to feed herself and her kitten," Moriarty says in the post.

Moriarty said preliminary data suggest B-337's range may be smaller than the roughly one square mile averaged by other female bobcats. She said they're now analyzing blood samples to learn more about the cats. More

Channel Islands foxes have made the fastest recovery for any mammal listed on the endangered species list, U.S. wildlife officials said Friday [Feb. 12, 2016].

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service said in an announcement that it plans to remove from the Endangered Species Act list: the San Miguel, Santa Rosa, and Santa Cruz Island subspecies, all native to California's Channel Islands.

Doggies love yoginis.
Wildlife officials and conservationists have worked for years to boost the fox population, in part by eliminating or controlling predators and disease, according to the wildlife service.

“Part of the wonderful story about this recovery is the entire ecosystem was put out of whack through primarily DDT being put into the environment,” Steve Henry, field supervisor of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife's Ventura office, told KPCC.

Henry said that DDT diminished the natural population of bald eagles on the islands. Along with the DDT, non-native species were introduced, like the golden eagle... More + SLIDES

Should we tolerate GAYS? No (audio)

Wisdom Quarterly; Sonali Kohlhatkar (uprisingradio.org), S.N. Walters, Tolerance Trap 1
The Tolerance Trap
Texas Governor Rick Perry, speaking in San Francisco last week, likened being gay to being an alcoholic. “Whether or not you feel compelled to follow a particular lifestyle...” he said, “you have the ability to decide not to do that.”

“I may have the genetic coding that I’m inclined to be an alcoholic,” he added, “but I have the desire not to do that. And I look at the homosexual issue the same way.”

His controversial remarks come on the heels of the Texas Republican Party expressing its support for so-called “reparative therapy” for homosexuality -- a discredited counseling treatment to “cure” people of homosexuality.
What's Republican Perry doing with that pig in his mouth, cannibalism, swallowing? (DFS)

We're here, please tolerate us
The progressive response to the idea that homosexuality is a choice is the assertion that people who are gay are born that way, perhaps with a gene that makes them prefer people of their own sex, or in Judeo-Christian terms, “God made them that way.”

Westboro Baptist vs. US Army
Northeastern University Sociology Professor Suzanna Walters has a problem with this approach. She maintains that using the “born this way” approach to gay liberation reduces the LGBT movement to one that will be happy with “tolerance” or “acceptance” by mainstream American society.

Gays are evil! God hates them! (Westboro)
But is tolerance something worth fighting for? In asking to be tolerated, aren’t gay rights advocates simply asking society to tolerate the LGBT community like one tolerates anything that is uncomfortable or undesirable?

What does Buddhism say?
In her ground breaking book The Tolerance Trap: How God, Genes, and Good Intentions Are Sabotaging Gay Equality, Walters demands liberation over acceptance and warns against declaring victory for gay rights too soon.

Analyzing pop culture’s depictions of gay characters, the marriage equality movement, scientific research into homosexuality, and religious approaches, she makes the case that nothing less than full equality and a societal transformation is worth fighting for. More

GUEST: Prof. Walters is Director of Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies Program, author of All the Rage: The Story of Gay Visibility in America.

Dick Cheney survives 5th heart attack

Whew, thank goodness Dick Cheney sur-vived yet another revolt from his own heart. The internal revolution was put down by doctors using stents or secret procedures, which they are not willing to reveal at the moment. A pacemaker had already been installed. But one would think that with all the billions steered to Haliburton (which he was formerly CEO of) doctors could do a little more, like maybe steal/purchase someone else's heart. But conservatives who are very compassionate, like the group Cheney addressed only last week, would never consider that.

Bank of Bhutan goes modern

Bhutan’s oldest bank celebrates 41, launches Internet services

Peaceful Buddhist monastery in the isolated Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan

[Alas, Bhutan, the last Himalayan Buddhist kingdom, is rushing into the modern-age risking its pristine environment, Yeti population, and famous national "Gross Domestic Happiness."]

(May, 29 2009) — Bhutan’s oldest bank, Bank of Bhutan, launched Internet banking. This is the latest service along with SMS (short message service). Finance minister Lyonpo Wangdi Norbu formally launched the services during the bank’s 41st foundation day celebration in Thimphu.

The minister, in his address, said that the launch of the banking services was timely and in line with the government’s policies of bringing reforms in the financial sector to make it more efficient.

He added that competition for saving deposits will further increase with the government soon to introduce the system of treasury bills for monetary requirements. “I’m confident that BoB’s young and dynamic new management, which came into place a year ago, will deal with it comfortably,” said Lyonpo.
