A series of photographs taken by a Colorado couple shows a monster (Bigfoot?) peering into a window.
The images were captured in October of 2017 by Scott Yeoman, who this weekend shared them with the world for the first time on
Facebook.

The incident occurred one October evening as Yeoman and his wife were refurbishing a mobile home on their 11-acre property in
Bailey, Colorado.
Suddenly, there was a "very harsh odor," which Yeoman describes, writing that it "smelled like rotting animal flesh, vomit, and excrement."
Then he noticed "something moving outside the window from the corner of my eye." Since the ledge of the window is approximately seven to eight feet up, Yeoman initially suspected the creature was a bear trying to look inside.

But when he caught sight of the monster's face as it moved closer, Yeoman marveled how its eyes were large and set far apart unlike a bear. Realizing that the [
yaksha] outside was no bear, "fear struck me hardcore."
He had the presence of mind to reach for a camera and took a series of pictures to prove he was not imagining all of this. Yeoman says that the cryptozoological giant strangely closed its eyes when he first pointed the camera at it.
The bewildered man mused that it was just like a child, acting as if "You can't see me if my eyes are closed."
Yeoman writes on Facebook that about eight minutes into the encounter, his wife came into the room to see what was happening. When she saw the monster in the window, she screamed and ran to a back bedroom.

- BUDDHISM recognizes a human-like class of creatures called yakshas (ogres, यक्ष), yetis (Abominable Snowmen), or rakshasas (man-eaters). They are a broad class of fearsome giants usually benevolent but sometimes mischievous and capricious, connected with fertility, trees, forest, treasure, water and wilderness. They appear in the texts of the Dharmic religions, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Jainism, as well as ancient and medieval era temples of South Asia and Southeast Asia as nature "guardians." The feminine form of the word is yakṣī (Yeti) and yakshini (Sanskrit यक्षिणी, yakṣiṇī, Pali yakkhinī). Females are reputed to be more savage (or protective of young) than males. But what is called one creature is really two distinct creatures or one with a dual personality. On one hand, a yakṣa may be an inoffensive nature-spirit (fairy) associated with woods and mountains. On the other hand, there is a darker version, a kind of goblin or ghost (bhuta) that haunts the wilderness and waylays and devours travelers, similar to the man-eating rakṣasas. There are reports of both kinds of Bigfoot, a very wise and ancient nature-protector staying hidden and what seem to be aggressive youth on a wilding rampage or in heat violating their own norms as happens in human groups.

Determined to defend themselves, Yeoman grabbed a gun from a closet. But the creature moved away from the window by the time he returned. Because it had not tried to get inside, Yeoman decided not to shoot at it. The creature left peacefully.
The case is more fantastic because Yeoman claims to have filmed the creature peering in the window for about 10 minutes.
However, he also claims a house fire subsequently destroyed the computer that contained the video.
Yeoman says he occasionally sees signs -- such as broken tree limbs and eyes shining in the nearby wilderness -- that let him know the creature is still lurking about the property, but the couple have not had any other encounters.
If this is a Sasquatch (all Native American tribes and languages have a different name for what we have come to think of as "Bigfoot" as if there were only one), it is one of the best photos of the creature ever taken.
Be skeptical. Maybe it's a hoax played by a neighbor carrying excrement and rotting flesh around and dancing in front of a video camera in a monkey suit. Or maybe it's a strange mutated bear with a human face or a human with a strange dirty face.

I've been to these Colorado Bigfoot territories and sat down in Marc Abell's Holy Cross area...they allowed me into their world. This Sasquatch rose up from its underground dwelling just to listen to me speak. They were no further than a few feet from me and enjoyed my company.
