(Dec. 13, 2010) A new report circulating in the Kremlin today prepared for President Medvedev by Russian Space Forces (VKS) 45th Division of Space Control says that an upcoming WikiLeaks release of secret US cables details that the Americans have been “engaged” since 2004 in a “war” against UFO’s based on or near the Continent of Antarctica, particularly the Southern Ocean.
According to this report, the United States went to its highest alert level on June 10, 2004 after a massive fleet of UFO’s “suddenly emerged” from the Southern Ocean and approached Guadalajara, Mexico barely 1,000 miles (1,600 km) from the American border. Prior to reaching the US border, however, this massive UFO fleet is said in this report to have “dimensionally returned” to their Southern Ocean “home base.”
The fears of the Americans regarding these Southern Ocean UFO’s began, this report says, during the unprecedented events of July 11, 1991 (referred to as 7/11) when during the Solar Eclipse these mysterious aircraft appeared by the hundreds over nearly all of Mexico including the capital.
Most notable about the events of 7/11 were that as millions of Mexicans were watching on their televisions the National broadcasts of these UFO’s over Mexico City, the American media refused to allow their people to view it.
Since 2004, this report continues, fleets of Southern Ocean UFO’s have continued to emerge from their bases, with the latest such event being this Friday past when another of their massive fleets was sighted over the South American nation of Chile.
The “immediate danger” to our World when these massive UFO fleets emerge from the Southern Ocean, this report warns, are the massive waves caused by their sudden eruption from what are believed to be their underwater base or bases.
In the past week alone, the Clelia II, an Antarctic cruise ship with 160 people on board, was nearly capsized when hit by waves generated by these UFO’s emerging from the Southern Ocean. And just today the Number One Insung has been reported sunk with only 20 of its 42 member crew said saved due to the same cause.
Interesting to note in this report is its confirming our October 14th report US Shuts Down New York City Airspace Over UFO ‘Threat’ that these same Southern Ocean UFO’s were responsible for the closing of the airspace over New York City this past fall (October 13, 2010) when they “appeared” openly and were witnessed by tens of thousands of people, and which, coincidentally, occurred during the same time frame as the mysterious Crystal Skulls of the ancient South American peoples were being exhibited there too. The religious are blaming atheists for Japan's recent natural disasters, but others who look to the heavens for meaning are offering less abrasive explanations. A day after Japan suffered a devastating earthquake and tsunami, Michael Cohen wrote at All News Web that there had been massive UFO sightings in Japan prior to the disaster and speculated that there is a relationship between UFOs and earthquakes.
Christian UFOs
According to the Christian site UFO Invasion, UFOs are either evil or holy. Apparently, the holy ones will play a part in the rapture and "lift up God's beloved." Citing Psalms 68:17, the UFO Invasion site claims that the good UFOs are actually angels: "The Chariots (UFO'S) of GOD are twenty thousand, even thousands of Angels: the LORD is among them, as in Sinai, in the Holy Place."

Continued Reports of Sightings
In the wake of the [manmade/HAARP] disaster and the Fukushima nuclear power plant "difficulties," people continue to report sightings, sometimes getting creative with their videos.
Writing for HULIQ, Dave Masko observed that Japan’s Kyodo News Agency and other Japanese media have been reporting that there have "been hundreds and upwards of thousands of UFO sightings over the country" since the earthquake.

Did these ancient astronauts have flying ships, some of which were flown by humans? Today there are many UFO sightings, many believe aliens not only exist but continue to interact, whether through biogenetic experiments, mirroring the WWII Nazi program, which ended as the alien Grey program began.

Vimanas
A vimana is a flying machine capable of space travel (not unlike the much less wieldy Space Shuttle) described in the ancient "mythology" of India. References to these flying machines are commonplace in ancient Indian texts, which also describes their use in warfare. As well as being able to fly within Earth's atmosphere and space, vimanas were also said to be able to travel underwater. Two Florida witnesses watched a "green triangle" UFO take an impact five times from a "white ball of light" after they pulled over along SR 528 on November 13, 2010, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.They observed the triangle to move when struck by the light.
"When struck, the triangle visibly moved from the apparent impact. On one impact, a flash of light occurred." The witness reports that there were a total of five impacts. They called 911 and reported the incident. They also observed a "law enforcement vehicle" pull up and stop.
The witnesses watched for 20 minutes, and then drove away, with the green triangle still in the sky.

The mistake is believing that everyone in NASA or everyone in the government knows. Some do. Most do not. There's a secret government. Another mistake is to groundlessly assume that UFOs are one thing from one group. They are not all united, not all affiliated with one another, not all known, and not all friendly. Some are.
It's easy to doubt so long as we keep making false assumptions and disbelieving our eyes. We are docile in a semi-hypnotic state -- from fear, worry, stress, TV, coffee, exhaustion, sleeplessness, illness, and synthetic pharmaceutical toxicity, water fluoridation and Prozac is fluoride with an adverse effect on the pineal gland), and malnutrition (lots of calories, adrenal stressors, salt, stripped sugars, chemicals, but few utilizable nutrients).
And insist we will only believe when they tell us it is so. The very people who are actively lying to the world, covering up what even their own cameras can't help but pick up, and deceiving us -- we will not believe until they tell us it is okay to do so? Regular UFO sightings are becoming a routine occurrence for NASA.
The leaks are coming, but not necessarily the aliens. Several British newspapers, which seem to be taking the WikiLeaks fiasco with much more grace than U.S. publications, have reported that an upcoming round of "leaked cables" will include references to UFOs. A California witness reports "an orange rectangle with three orange lights inside the rectangle" observed at about 30,000 feet on November 11, 2010, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. SpaceX's first privately built Dragon space capsule is mounted in a hangar at Cape Canaveral, Fla., during launch preparations for its maiden test flight (Brian Attiyeh/SpaceX).
A private unmanned space capsule designed to ferry cargo to the International Space Station is all set for a key demonstration flight tomorrow (Dec. 7, 2010). The Dragon space capsule built by the California company Space Explorations Technologies (SpaceX) is poised to launch from a seaside pad at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida during a nearly 3 1/2-hour launch window that opens tomorrow at about 9:00 a.m. The launch will test the spacecraft SpaceX plans to use to fulfill a $1.6 billion contract with NASA for 12 resupply flights after the agency's space shuttle fleet retires next year. 
Many credit the rivalry between the Russian and US space programs as the reason the US was able to land a man on the Moon and the fact that the International Space Station (ISS) exists. Current changes in both of the programs has left the fate of ISS and space travel uncertain. Now there is a new player in the field, China.Xinhua reports that the final flight of the space shuttle Discovery has been delayed until February at the earliest due to problems with the aging shuttle. When the Discovery finishes its last mission -- delivering the Permanent Multipurpose Module (PMM) to the station, two space walks, for maintenance work and component installation -- it will be the end of an era.
Space flight in the US will be turned over to private companies while NASA’s mission is shifted elsewhere. Towards that end News Daily reports that Space Exploration Technologies test fired a rocket set to take off on Tuesday. The goal of the mission is to put the “Dragon capsule into space for a test run around the planet.”
The evidence is available -- video, ground-based photographs, NASA footage, testimonials, reverse-engineered technology. Mired in silliness, hoaxes, and government deception aimed at discrediting legitimate sources, credible proof of the existence of extraterrestrials is readily available.
Whistle blowers come forward, former government officials come forward, private contractors come forward, there's no shortage of evidence. No one has to wait for CNN or any other corporate network to say what is and isn't okay to believe. (PBS is no better, finding itself in the pockets of as many corporate sponsors as Fox News).
What Buddhist evidence is there? If there were no UFO beings (devas) watching from above and descending or reptilians (nagas) living underground and exerting undue influence on human affairs (as movers and shakers offering governments power at least since the time of the Vedas and the Sumerians) then there's something to explain: Why did the historical Buddha constantly refer to them?
From his time down to the present, temples around the world chant the "sharing of merits" to benefit unseen beings of various groups, whether benevolent or malevolent to humans as suits them.

"May beings who inhabit space and Earth, devas (shining ones) and nagas (serpent beings) of great power, after having rejoiced [and thereby shared] in the merit, long protect the Buddha's dispensation." (Akasattha ca bhummattha deva naga mahiddhika punnantam anumoditva ciram rakkhantu loka sasanam). This chant as well as countless sutras reference them.
Of course no proof is good enough. We disbelieve because we choose to, not due to a lack of evidence. And there are consequences for our choice. We think ignorance is the way to a comfortable life. But wisdom is the way to freedom, happiness, and the good of all.
