There really is life on other planets? (video)

UFO and paranormal researcher Len Kasten appeared on Coast to Coast Tuesday night revealing what the government will allow to be revealed about Project Serpo: He discussed a secret government "exchange program" with ETs from the planet Serpo in the Zeta Reticuli star system.

Kasten has chronicled the journey of the Serpo Team using the expedition commander's diary and his communications with the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency's directors about their contact with a race called the Ebens. According to Kasten, the exchange program was triggered by a surviving Roswell alien, an Eben, who had a communication device that was eventually fixed, and used to send messages to the alien's home world, Serpo.

In 1965, 12 human astronauts traveled to planet Serpo by invitation in an alien craft on a 10-month journey, moving at 40 times the speed of light, and going through wormholes, Kasten reports. The aliens also gave a secret arm of the U.S. government a top secret "disintegration" weapon that may have already been tested on human beings during the first Gulf War, when U.S. Warlord George Herbert Walker Bush [whom some regard as a brutal naga/reptilian-human hybrid now aging and recently hospitalized] committed crimes against humanity in the name of oil, capitalist profits, and strategic geopolitical dominance in the Middle East during the imperial invasion of Iraq.

While bearing some similarity to the Greys, the Ebens are a different race with brownish skin, large black eyes, and are 4-5 feet in height, Kasten explains.

Do they have religion? They do. They are a police state with a monitored population [think iPhones and Androids in their hands or pockets] of 650 million living very regimented lives who follow a faith (belief system) of rituals that most closely resembles Earth's Catholicism, Kasten reports. [That's it! Call the Vatican, and tell the pope we're quitting his corporate Holy Roman Empire!]

Though far in advance of Earth science, they live somewhat primitively on their home world, which has two suns, in huts. Their simple lifestyle is highly regimented with few personal freedoms for all of their intelligence, with an average IQ of 160, which is "genius" level on Earth. How this was measured is not clear, but it was dutifully reported.

While the surviving astronauts eventually returned to Earth after 13 years, the Ebens have continued to visit planet Earth, even as recently as 2009, Kasten claims. And there are 3,000 photos which the astronauts took of Serpo sitting in a vault at Bolling Air Force Base, he revealed. More + AUDIO

Project Serpo is the name of an alleged top-secret exchange program between the United States government and an alien planet called Serpo. Details of the program have appeared in several UFO stories, including one incident in 1983 in which a man identifying himself as USAF Sergeant Richard C. Doty.

He contacted investigative journalist Linda Moulton Howe claiming to be able to supply her U.S. Air Force records of the exchange for her HBO documentary "The ET Factor" only to pull out without providing any evidence to substantiate his claims. In another incident in 2005, a series of emails were sent to a UFO discussion group run by Victor Martinez claiming that the project was real.

Some variations on the story state that the name "Serpo" is the nickname of the extrasolar planet. Other versions state that it is a mispronunciation of either Serponia or Seinu by U.S. authorities involved in the project.

The first mention of a "Project Serpo" was in a UFO email list maintained by enthusiast Martinez. Various versions of the theory circulated and were later detailed on SERPO.org.

According to a common version of the story, an alien survived a UFO crash near Roswell, New Mexico, in the late 1940s (the Roswell spacecraft recovery incident). This alien was detained but treated well by American military forces. It contacted its home planet and was eventually repatriated.

Not all ETs mean us harm. Some do.

The story continues by claiming that this led to the establishment of some sort of relationship between the American government and the people of its home world -- said to be a planet of the binary star [two sun] system Zeta Reticuli.

Zeta Reticuli has a history in ufology (including the Betty and Barney Hill abduction and the Bob Lazar revelations), having been claimed as the home system of an alien race called the Greys (sometimes called Zeta Reticulans).

The story finally claims that 12 American military personnel visited the planet between 1965 and 1978 and that all of the party have since died from "after effects of high radiation levels from the two suns."
