Why are standup comedians so mean?

(SNL) Colin Jost, who is married to Scarlett Johansson, does 12 minutes on wife with Michael Che
That smarty is married to that hottie?
(The Unfiltered Mic) Bill Burr, brother of Willy Organ (Billy Corgan) of the Smashing Pumpkins

Brothers? But we look nothing alike, Howie!
In a controversial January 2025 podcast by neurotic Jewish impresario Howie Mandel, Bill Burr publicly addressed Billy Corgan's claim that they are brothers or half-brothers of their mutual degenerate father, Bill. Bill Burr criticized Mandel for this gotcha moment, ambushing and humiliating him by bringing out Bill Corgan live on air to discuss their sensitive family issue.

Howie: I love ratings, guys, sorry.
Billy C claims that he had been told that Billy B had been informed that he would be coming out on the show, which he had never done in public in spite of all the lurid speculation of their family's sex life. Bill B alleges that muckraker Mandel is "rude" to be chasing "ratings" with such a stunt, stating that a podcast is not the appropriate venue for the independently famous "Bill Brothers" to meet and face off about so sensitive an issue as paternity. Mandel left the room. Amid jokes, Bill B and Bill C [know they] "have the same father" and say of this father: "The fact that he said he can't sing, I think that sort of disproves that we're related" ("Bill Burr, Billy Corgan address whether they're half-brothers," Brendan Morrow, USA TODAY, retrieved August 10, 2026 [114]). UC Berkeley's Calapalooza 2026 (8/27)

CALAPALOOZA: UC Berkeley's "Club Day" (Vincent Ooi) Looking back seven years at Cal’s Club Day, when students sign up for what interests them to get involved in campus community life.

Are there any all-girl acapella groups to join?
Summer is over. Everyone is back. This is the slow wind up to the beginning of instruction at the University of California at Berkeley (Cal), the world's greatest public institution of higher learning. Move in days just happened, and everyone is bracing for the full moon day of August as everyone returns to class and studying. Thursday, which is coincidentally also a lunar eclipse, marks a big event on campus: Calapalooza:

Why join a student club at UC Berkeley?
Clubs : Where to begin? (UC Berkeley Life)
With over 1,400 student-registered organizations on campus, a student community is right around the corner. Learning a new skill, meeting like-minded friends, and discovering passions are only a few of the perks of joining a student club. Establishing these connections through activities that members have in common enriches the college experience. life.berkeley.edu

Peace Walk in freezing cold: Global warming?

(Walk for Peace) Ajahn never sleeps lying down in as a dhutanga practice

Freezing snowstorms could be climate chaos.
Is "global warming" real? Who dares to say that it is not? The mainstream media shoves that message down our throat whether we like it or not. University researchers are enticed to find those results and punished when they find anything else. And no one seems to be counting the artificial manipulation of the weather with chemtrails, H.A.A.R.P., and other secret means. Humans are warming it, but it is a concerted effort to warm it and say in an alarmist way that that warming is galloping out of control now. We ignore our eyes. We ourselves do not review the data. When the meteorologist who founded the Weather Channel (weather.com) looked at the data, he did NOT find much of a rise. And he asked his colleagues about. There has been about a 1 degree rise in our lifetimes. Where are all the other headlines coming from and why? They will make us believe and demand that they intervene. We will not only give up our rights, we will demand they be taken away. There may be a mini ice age on the way, but we'll never hear about that above the din of alarmism and artificial youth movements kickstarted to promote an agenda. Natural global warming being brought on by consumer activity? Unlikely. Being brought on by corporate officials and their masters? Obviously.

What happened to 1980s' California?

The California of the '80s that is gone forever
The good, the bad, and the phony. Seriously?
(California Rewind) May 21, 2025: The California that disappeared — and why it matters. Imagine this: It's the summer of 1985. You're cruising down Sunset Boulevard with your Walkman blasting The Cure. Neon lights flicker above. Skateboards scrape through empty pools. And your biggest worry? Getting home before dark.

That California — wild, rebellious, full of soul — is gone. This video goes back to a time when California wasn’t curated, polished, or priced out of reach. From skate culture in Dogtown (Venice Beach) to punk clubs on the Strip…from mall arcades and middle-class dreams to a Silicon Valley built in garages not glass towers, this is the story of a California that was messy, electric, and alive.

Discover:
  • How the streets of LA once belonged to teenagers, skaters, and artists
  • Why arcades and shopping malls were the heartbeat of a generation
  • How radio, not algorithms, shaped identity and sound
  • The Silicon Valley that existed before billionaires
  • And how California’s bohemian soul was slowly erased
This isn’t just about nostalgia. It’s about remembering the culture we built — and how it was quietly taken away. Did you grow up in that California? Or do you wish you had? What do you miss? Say it in the comments. We’re listening. 👇 Like, comment, and subscribe if this hits a nerve. Let’s keep the memory alive.

Record shark found: Track it from home

New heart-stopping footage of massive great white shark attack
(CNN) Jeff Kurr, the producer and director of Discovery's "Shark Week," discusses footage his team captured of a great white shark destroying a diver's enclosure. (Discovery and CNN share a corporate parent, Warner Bros. Discovery.)

Is Jaws real in Marthas Vineyard?
Scientists have found the largest great white shark ever recorded swimming in the Atlantic Ocean.

[Do they grow bigger in the Pacific Ocean near California, the Mariana Trench, or Hawaii? Years ago, I saw one I'd estimate was one ton and 15 feet from a trawler in Santa Monica Bay as swimmers and surfers frolicked on LA and OC County beaches without a care in the world. This fish was so big, had I fallen from  the rail, it could have swallowed me without chewing like a biblical whale. It was so big and alarming as it surfaced, chasing a halibut, I carefully climbed off the rail as my hair stood on end. This predator was no joke and bigger than Jaws.]

The Great Contender
Shark attacks surged around US beaches in the last year, especially off the coasts of Florida, the Carolinas, and California.

The largest white shark in the Northwest Atlantic, named "Contender," was found off the coast of Georgia on Jan. 17th, 2025. Ocearch, a nonprofit conducting research on sharks, reported that ocean researchers have been tracking Contender's movements around the Atlantic.

Shark enthusiasts can track Contender from home by visiting Ocearch's sharking tracking portal.

Animal plane: Sharks eat dolphins, and dolphins (killer whales) eat sharks

Mom, I hate Disney World! Take me home!
As of Sunday, Contender was swimming off the coast of Florida, near the tourist beaches of Orlando, near Disneyland (Walt Disney World), where kids love to go and cool off.

The shark is measured at 13.8 feet long, weighing an estimated 1,653 pounds. He has swum nearly 200 miles since he was first tagged.

By tracking Contender the researchers will be able to learn more about his migration patterns. The tag will record real time data for the next five years on Contender's movements. More

Happy Nat'l Pizza Day (Gluten?)

VIDEO: The Right Stuff celebrates National Pizza Day (Feb. 9, '25) with Good Morning America

The Right Stuff celebrates National Pizza Day
(Good Morning America) Feb. 7, 2025: Lifestyle contributor Lori Bergamotto shares top pizza recommendations for Super Bowl Taylor Swift Viewing party and National Pizza Day this Sunday. GET PIZZA FIX HERE: tinyurl.com/bdhzaw3u

Pizza is an American invention
Gluten-free vegan deep dish?
They don't eat pizza in Italy. They don't even know what it is. Italia eatta panini, a kind of fluffy bread with just a few garnishes for flavor. It took an American to make a pie. Living on the West Coast, which may arguably be the best coast, we are all about a thick crust, preferably gluten-free.

The East Coast, in New York style, a flour tortilla is used, the thinner the better. (How does that make any sense?) Living outdoors in giant in backyards, the west and Southwest can have their own pizza ovens year around, except for the two weeks when it rains.

Vegan nut cheese drizzling, Beyond meat toppings, and lots of fresh green basil, thin heirloom tomato slices, herbs, and no pineapple (we repeat, no pineapple, this is not Hawaii), with savory spices, maybe even some shitake mushrooms... There's no end to what the imagination can create on Pizza Day.

Oddly, this year falls on 4/20, and Pizza Day falls on Super Bowl Sunday -- traditionally known as the day more avocados are consumed than any other (except maybe Cinco de Mayo) due to the dips, chips, and sandwiches. It's almost as if someone, some deva up there, knows what's going on down here.
  • Q: What's wrong with gluten?

Gluten kills (Pura Vida Foodology)
A: Gluten is found in wheat, barley, rye, oats, and buckwheat (not a grain or grass but full of a gluten to protect itself), a plant toxin appearing in different forms with different names but doing the same thing to our intestines -- stripping the cilia and leading us to have digestion and malabsorption issues. ALL oats (even the ones labelled "gluten free") are the worst because they are full of avenin (oat gluten); the label is accurate because the wheat version (from cross-contamination) is called gluten, not the oat version.

Our intestines should look like a shag rug on the inside, not a smooth water hose. But as colorectal exams show, we are no longer equipped to absorb nutrients. All humans are harmed by any amount of gluten (gliaden, avenin, etc.), but we're used to it.

Monsanto (Bayer Inc.) and others have manufactured new higher-gluten forms of grains. That makes food production more convenient, addictive, and harmful. We all want spongy, chewy, moist breadlike products, full of protein (the cause of gluten's harm) and lots of starch, which is quickly converted into sugar by the body.

Youngevity Founder Dr. Joel Wallach (doc)
Dr. Joel Wallach
(
criticalhealthnews.com) states that nothing is more widespread and harmful than the glutens (a plant lectin), killing countless people every year but doing so slowly by malabsorption, malnutrition, and the inability to replenish the micronutrients needed for vibrant living. Deficiencies caused by eating glutens cause many diseases, and supplementing won't help if we are still being exposed to gluten (hidden everywhere or in obvious sources) because our cilia has not been allowed to grow back. Macronutrients like calories come in, but not the trace minerals and vitamins from healthy foods and supplements. The soil is depleted, so even the best most varied (organic, seasonal, local, fresh, healthy) diet will not help restore the 65 to 90 vital nutrients we need if gluten is still in our diet.

A Lifetime of Positive ET Contact, Disclosure
– Nancy Thames

There are many kinds of interdimensional beings all around us all the time

Vril's Maria Orsic was also contacted
ET contactee Nancy Thames (who herself is interdimensional like them) talks with host Richard Syrett.

She is a former Department of Defense (U.S. DOD) employee and lifelong extraterrestrial (space alien) contactee of interdimensional ET beings who shares sixty years of profound experiences interacting with these entities (deva = "shining ones").

Thames asserts that her decades of encounters are not dreams but real interactions where she is a willing participant. She rejects the notion that she has ever been "abducted," instead describing her experiences as beneficial interactions governed by "soul contracts," or agreements made before her reincarnation on Earth.

Thames recounts early memories of being taken aboard crafts by hybrid Greys, noting a deep bond with one particular female Grey.

She distinguishes between different types of extraterrestrials while asserting that all share certain abilities.

"They are really all interdimensional beings," Thames clarifies. Other entities she has interacted with, often referred to as the "Elders," are benevolent and luminescent deva creatures that transcend physical forms.

"We are the only intelligent life"! - Yeah, right! Close your eyes and keep telling yourself that.
.
Their spacecrafts are living beings
When discussing their spacecrafts, Thames describes how she once found herself in a vast, sterile environment filled with different alien species.

"It's like you step into a whole new dimension," she says. On board the ship, Thames experienced what she called a kundalini awakening, surges in energy that opened her (chakras and) subconscious potential.

"They [do] that to help us remember our soul history," she reveals, while also mentioning that both she and her son have undergone this kind of awakening.

Thames goes on to explain the purpose of these ET interactions: "They are reaching out to humanity...[because they] want us to raise our frequency," she insists.

According to her, the most effective way to initiate this process is through meditation with intense focus.

"The best thing to do is to meditate with intention," Thames explains.
