(BE) The Comanche (Shoshone) were never what we were taught -- ancient DNA evidence finally reveals
The Comanche (/kəˈmæntʃi/) or Nʉmʉnʉʉ ("the people" [3]), are an Indigenous or Native American tribe from the Southern Plains of the present-day United States of America.
Comanche people today belong to the federally recognized Comanche Nation, headquartered in Lawton, Oklahoma [4].
The Comanche language is a Numic language of the Uto-Aztecan family. Originally, it was a Shoshoni dialect, it is thought, but it diverged and became a separate language [5].
The Comanche were allegedly once part of the Shoshone people of the Great Basin [6]. In the 18th and 19th centuries, Spanish and later Mexican colonists called the Comanche domain Comanchería. Some historians call it an empire.
The Comanche lived in present-day northwestern Texas and adjacent areas in eastern New Mexico, southeastern Colorado, southwestern Kansas, and western Oklahoma, where they practiced a nomadic horse culture... More
Were strong Blacks from Africa and elsewhere, particularly the indigenous of the Americas, exploited and used to replace other "giant" humans, perhaps advanced Tartarians? Nations gave a final order for their removal, their containment, removal, liquidation, and utter erasure from the historical record? The Great Wall of China was not built by China but, apparently, to keep the [barbaric] Chinese out [or keep giant "Tartarians" contained] because the turrets are facing the wrong direction in some places. More crucial to the discussion than the existence of giants, extraterrestrials, antediluvian Atlanteans or others (cannibals who eat meat with original formula tartar sauce), or anything else is the systematic erasure of the historical record. That cannot be denied. Why history was erased, even as legend and rumor linger, is a separate question to speculate about. That this part of it was erased is now undeniable. The evidence is in the remnant architecture and fragments in records that can still be pieced together by dogged determination.
Italian engineer Alberto Donini from the University of Bologna said erosion patterns at the pyramid's base suggest it may have been built between 20,000 and 40,000 years ago, far earlier than the conventional timeline. [This idea was stolen from much braver investigators who made the claim and brought forward the evidence for it long ago.]
Donini's Relative Erosion Method (REM) estimated the pyramid's age by comparing how much erosion occurred on stones exposed since construction with nearby stones whose exposure time is known.
By measuring the difference in wear, he calculated how long the older stones have been exposed, producing dates that far exceed traditional estimates.
The study, which has not yet been peer-reviewed, examined 12 points around the pyramid's base. Some measurements suggested tens of thousands of years of erosion, with the average pointing to roughly 25,000 years.
Donini also proposed that Pharaoh Khufu may have renovated the pyramid rather than built it, potentially revising assumptions about its original authorship.
If the dates proposed by Donini are accurate, the Great Pyramid could predate not only the reign of Khufu but also the rise of any known advanced civilizations, raising fundamental questions about human history and architectural knowledge in the distant past.
Archeologists have long dated the Great Pyramid to about 4,600 years old. But an engineer has proposed the iconic structure is much older

Carved Straight from the Bedrock: The Great Chaitya Cave of India
(Ancient Architects) Oct. 7, 2025: There are a number of famous examples of enigmatic rock-cut architecture in the world. India is one place in particular that is famous for its manmade (deva-made) caves.
There are the famous Buddhist Ellora Caves that date back to 600-1000 AD, which includes the breathtaking and seemingly impossible Kailasa Temple, the Ajanta caves, which are even older, but there are also the lesser-known Karla Caves.
They are not all as elaborate as the others, but it is a site that should certainly be on everyone's radar. The Karla Caves are located near Lonavala, Maharashtra, a complex of amazing ancient Buddhist Indian temples carved directly from bedrock, dating back from the 2nd century BC to the 5th century AD.
Maharashtra has many larger examples of artificial (human-made) cave networks, but Cave 8 at Karla, known as The Grand Chaitya Cave, is the largest and most completely preserved chaitya hall of the period with beautiful, ornate architecture, featuring many examples of fine sculpture. Watch this video to find out more about this human wonder of the world.

Buddhism's Karla Caves, India
Magnificent rock-cut hollow hall with stupa
The Karla Caves (also Karli Caves, Karle Caves, Karla Cells) are a complex of ancient Buddhist Indian rock-cut caves at Karli near Lonavala, Maharashtra State.
The site is 10.9 kms from Lonavala. Others in the area include Bhaja Caves, Patan Buddhist Cave, Bedse Caves, and Nasik Caves.
The shrines were developed over the period from the 2nd century BCE to the 5th century CE. The oldest of the cave shrines is believed to date back to 160 BCE, having arisen near a major ancient trade route, running eastward from the Arabian Sea into the Deccan.
The group at Karla is one of the older and smaller of the many rock-cut Buddhist sites in Maharashtra, India.
It is one of the best-known because of the famous "Grand Chaitya" (Cave 8), the largest and most completely preserved chaitya hall of the period, containing unusual quantities of fine sculpture on a large scale [1].
Cross section of Grand Hall with stupa (Karla)
Many traders, Western Satraps of Saka [aka Shakyian, Scythian] origin and Satavahana rulers made grants for construction and support of these caves.
Karla's location in Maharashtra places it in a region that marks the division between North India and South India [2].
Buddhists, having become identified with commerce and manufacturing through their early association with traders, tended to locate their monastic establishments in natural geographic formations close to major trade routes so as to provide lodging houses for travelling traders [3].
Today, the cave complex is a protected monument under the Archaeological Survey of India [4]. More
What does Shohei (翔平) mean? Shō (翔) means to "soar or glide," and hei (平) means to be "level, in the sense of being calm or peaceful." Hei is also a common ending for male names. He's the G.O.A.T. (the "greatest of all time), we say, which in Japanese is yagi ("goat").
World Series Game 3 HIGHLIGHTS | Blue Jays versus Dodgers - Oct. 27, 2025
The Greatest of All Time: TheYagi
(SPORTSNET) Oct. 28, 2025: DODGER STADIUM, Los Angeles. In one of the most unbelievable games of professional baseball anyone will ever see, featuring every manner of drama, the Los Angeles Dodgers bested the Toronto Blue Jays by way of a Freddie Freeman walk-off homer after 18 grueling innings, taking a 2-1 World Series lead in the process.
The G.O.A.T. Shohei "Yagi" Ohtani was spectacular. But the game lasted seven hours, ending about midnight. Even diehard fans, many of them Proles outside the luxuries of the Inner Party, had to get home and get to work the next day, possibly nursing hangovers from a day at Distraction Ball.
The grind continues, and the Dodgers are down, maybe making this the closest World Series in a long while. What started off with rumors of a sweep, the Dodgers taking the series in four straight wins, diverted and has made them really work for it.
It is possibly all scripted to milk billions in bets with bookies and offshore gambling agents. The fix is in. So don't gamble based on statistics and math. That's how they get a bettor. The best laid plans of mice and men do not pan out or else everyone would bet by the numbers. It's bound to be a counterintuitive ending to make the house the most money. Here, seven hours are condensed into about seven exciting minutes of play without all the milling about and nail-biting.
Best baseball player is Buddhist?
Sorry Ladies and Gents, he's taken.
Wisdom Quarterly has yet to conclusively demonstrate that the Yagi (Japanese for "goat") is a Japanese Buddhist from Orange County, where he played for the Angels. But what is the circumstantial evidence? Let's see.
The all is empty, devoid of self.
Nearly everyone in Japan is Buddhist, at least by tradition as are a great number of Asian Orange County residents, with only San Francisco and Los Angeles serving as home for expat Buddhist communities from Japan (where many were brought more than a century ago to work in building the railroads then unceremoniously locked up in gulags to sit out WW II, where the humiliation of forced internment has not been forgotten. But Japan has more than Zen Buddhism.
Shinto priest bows, placates kami
The older tradition is Shinto or kami (spirit) worship/tending. And the newer tradition is Pure Land faith-based Buddhism usually called Nichiren Shōshū. There are of course colonial remnants of Christianity and modernist agnosticism and atheism, but deep down most every Japanese person adheres to ancient Buddhist tradition along with observance of other spiritual legacies. While it might be wise for Ohtani to keep it a mystery and rake in nearly a billion dollars in his stint with the Dodgers, we bet that just beneath the surface he bows, prays, meditates, focuses Zen-like, and welcomes the help of the unseen world of kamis and blessings wherever he can get them from the Old Country and his new home. After all, he did not succumb to a Hollywood manager-arranged public relationship for the press. He traveled back to Nippon (Japan) and found a traditional wife to accompany him on his rise to stardom and his life as a living legend. Can Babe Ruth or Fernando Venezuela compare?
If we were world-famous bonsai tree growers in Japan, we'd put it out that we were pro-business NinjaSamurai capitalists, so everyone would know we were proud Americans but very open to Japanese traditions like the lore of Bushi warriors. No cents in offending the locals with our brash Americans...and very few dollars.
It might be orchestrated to maximize gambling and drunkenness: Toronto bounces back in Game 4
The Fix Is Still In (B. Tuohy)
What will Halloween in Canada be like? The Dodgers will soon find out. Why? Whoever is writing this sports script would want to stretch out the suspense, sell more tickets, raise more money betting, and making the win more of a surprise with cries of "next year" in case of an upset. It's rudimentary in a corrupt capitalist system of American sport.
How dare anyone question the honesty, integrity, and above-board directness of the MLB and all its players, who would never do anything just for the money. Balderdash! Who could think such a thing or say it out loud?
What is "Greater Israel"? Eretz Yisrael (Erez Jisrael) is the dream/plan of Minor "state" of Israel to become an empire in Northern Africa, the geopolitical Middle East. and anyone else who stands in the way of American imperialism, British expansionism (following decades of colonial rule that opened the door for Ashkenazi Europeans to flood in and complete the takeover), and EU domination. New chamber discovered in the Great Pyramid could finally answer ancient questions
Are there cities below?
The Great Pyramid of Giza has fascinated people for thousands of years. It has always been standing as a mysterious symbol of ancient Egypt’s ingenuity.
Despite centuries of study, many secrets remain hidden within its massive and beautifully crafted stone walls.
Recently, scientists made an exciting breakthrough: they discovered a previously unknown chamber deep inside the pyramid.
This hidden space could provide crucial information about how the pyramid was built and what purpose it served.
Using advanced technology, researchers are now closer than ever to unlocking some of the Great Pyramid’s most enduring mysteries, sparking worldwide curiosity and excitement.
The discovery of a secret chamber inside the Great Pyramid is like finding a hidden treasure in plain sight.
By using state-of-the-art scanning methods, scientists detected a large, sealed space that had never been explored before. This chamber is not connected to any of the known corridors or rooms, making it a genuine surprise.
Mehdi Tayoubi, co-founder of the ScanPyramids project, described the finding as “a premier,” adding, “It could be composed of one or several structures...maybe it could be another Grand Gallery. It could be a chamber; it could be a lot of things.”
Even after thousands of years and centuries of study, the pyramid still holds secrets waiting to be uncovered. More

Florida's waters hide a beast: Record-breaking great white shark discovered offshore
Scientists have found the largest great white shark ever recorded swimming in the Atlantic Ocean.
[Do they grow bigger in the Pacific Ocean near California, the Mariana Trench, or Hawaii? Years ago, I saw one I'd estimate was one ton and 15 feet from a trawler in Santa Monica Bay as swimmers and surfers frolicked on LA and OC County beaches without a care in the world. This fish was so big, had I fallen from the rail, it could have swallowed me without chewing like a biblical whale. It was so big and alarming as it surfaced, chasing a halibut, I carefully climbed off the rail as my hair stood on end. This predator was no joke and bigger than Jaws.]
The largest white shark in the Northwest Atlantic, named "Contender," was found off the coast of Georgia on Jan. 17th, 2025. Ocearch, a nonprofit conducting research on sharks, reported that ocean researchers have been tracking Contender's movements around the Atlantic.
As of Sunday, Contender was swimming off the coast of Florida, near the tourist beaches of Orlando, near Disneyland (Walt Disney World), where kids love to go and cool off.
The shark is measured at 13.8 feet long, weighing an estimated 1,653 pounds. He has swum nearly 200 miles since he was first tagged.
By tracking Contender the researchers will be able to learn more about his migration patterns. The tag will record real time data for the next five years on Contender's movements. More
