Mystic rainbow body: Buddhist multiverse

Ancient Aliens: Mystic Secrets Revealed
Each universe has 31 planes
(HISTORY) Aug. 27, 2024: Within esoteric Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism, one may hold the key to accessing alien realms (lokas, planes, dimensions, worlds) through deep meditation for the development of the "rainbow light body."

Once one is in this "enlightened" state, interdimensional and interstellar travel can take place.

This is a clip about Shambhala from Season 16 of Ancient Aliens, "The Lost Kingdom."
  • The King of the Dead Yama judges
The real meaning of "enlightenment" (bodhi) is awakening (budh), which means escape and liberation. From what?
  • It is freedom from the round of endless rebirths (samsara) through countless worlds over incalculable aeons. These worlds are categorized into 31 general "planes." Actually, others are mentioned (such as the "interstitial hells" between bubble universes or world-systems, which are lit up when a Supremely Awakened One arises), so 31 should not be thought of as fixed.
There are countless world-systems (galaxies, universes?) in the 10,000 directions of space.
  • Some only come into existence during the dispensation of a supremely enlightened teacher (a samma-sam-buddha), who brings into being the suddhavati or "Pure Abodes" between this world and final liberation.
  • Tibetan letter "A" ("ahh") inside a thigle
Stories of these special realms open only to partially enlightened beings seem to have been taken by some Mahayana Buddhists to refer to the "Pure Land" of a Cosmic Buddha named Amitabha. Worship of such beings as these other buddhas, like Maitreya, have left the historical Buddha Siddhartha "Shakyamuni" Gautama on the shelf and in the background. Attention and reverence are turned to other figures, who sound remarkably like Brahmanical/Vedic/Hindu deities recast into Buddhist cosmology. Buddhist terms are used to co-opt the popularity of the Buddha's Teachings (Dharma) to divert attention and prominence to the old Brahmins' sacred Vedas. It's very Mahayana yet not so much in line with what the historical Buddha was trying to accomplish in bringing light to the world.

What is the rainbow body?
The rainbow body manifested
In Dzogchen, "rainbow body" (Tibetan འཇའ་ལུས་, Wylie 'ja' lus, Jalü, or Jalus) is a level of realization. This may or may not be accompanied by the "rainbow body phenomenon."

The rainbow body phenomenon is pre-Buddhist in origin [1] and is a topic that has been treated fairly seriously in Tibet for centuries past and into the modern era [likely originating in yogic practices, Brahmanism, and Vedic Hinduism].

Devin, can you give the shortest possible answer?

Other esoteric Vajrayana Buddhist teachings also mention rainbow body phenomena, which occur during or after the dying process.

The rainbow body phenomenon is a third-person perspective of someone else attaining complete knowledge (Tibetan རིག་པ, Wylie rigpa).

Rebirth by karma into planes
"Knowledge" is the absence of delusion regarding the display of the basis. Rigpa has three wisdoms:
  1. kadag,
  2. lhun grub,
  3. thugs rje.
Kadag deals with trekchö [3]. The lhun grub aspect has to do with esoteric practices, such as (but not limited to) tögal, that self-liberate the human body into a Sambhoga-kāya ("rainbow body phenomenon") [3, 4]. More

Let's divide the universe (multiverse) into six realms: demon, animal, human, angelic

Orchid facts. A flower from heaven (sutra)

Things most don’t know about orchids
Flowers of Happiness Will Bloom
Anyone who’s ever cared for orchids knows that they’re pretty special.

From their practically microscopic seeds, to their tasty seed pods, to their worldwide range, these flowering beauties are nothing short of amazing.

They seem more of a celestial item -- like the mandarava (flame tree, coral tree, erythrina) bloom in Buddhist texts (e.g., Maha Kassapa: Father of the Sangha) -- than a terrestrial one. Here are a few things most probably didn’t know about them:

1. They are the largest family of flowering plants
By some estimates, Orchidacea is the largest family of flowering plants, with at least 25,000 to 30,000 species — not including the 100,000 hybrids and cultivars created by horticulturalists that aren’t naturally occurring. Of all flowering plant species on Earth, orchids make up about 10%. More
After the Buddha's passing: A flower from heaven
Hellmuth Hecker, Maha Kassapa: Father of the Sangha, Chp. 8 (DN 16), revised and enlarged translation from German by Nyanaponika Thera (edited by Wisdom Quarterly)
Devas and human beings loved to give the Buddha the gift of fragrant flowers.
Wildflowers are neon signs doing everything they can to attract pollinators like bees.
.
Maha Kassap meets an ajivika naked ascetic
One of the Buddha's main disciples, Maha Kassapa, played a leading role in the Monastic Community (Sangha) after the Buddha passed. Only two of the five most prominent disciples were present, the brothers Ananda and Anuruddha. Sariputta and Maha Moggallana had already passed into bliss.

Maha Kassapa, with a large company of wandering ascetics, was traveling on the main road from Pava to Kusinara to see the Buddha. He veered and sat down under a tree to rest. Just then a naked ascetic passed by with a mandarava flower in his hand, which is said to grow only in a celestial (deva) world.

When Maha Kassapa saw it, he knew something unusual must have happened for such a flower to be found on earth.

He asked the naked ascetic whether he had heard any news about the Buddha, and the naked ascetic affirmed that he had, saying: "The recluse Gautama passed into nirvana a week ago. I picked up this mandarava flower from the place of cremation."

It looks like a celestial flower from the deva realm, the flame tree (Erythrina sandwicensis)
.
I'm not "naked." I'm a "sky-clad" sadhu.
Among the monastics who heard the news, only those who were arhats [fully enlightened] like Maha Kassapa could remain calm, cool, and collected.

The others who were not yet liberated from the passions and defilements lamented and wept: "Too soon has the Blessed One passed into nirvana! Too soon has the Eye of the World vanished from our sight!"

Flame tree flamboyant (Tropical Plantae)
There was one [crochety] monk named Subhadda who had ordained in his old age. He addressed the others: "Enough, friends! Do not grieve! Do not lament! We are well rid of that Great Ascetic. We have been troubled by his telling us, 'This is befitting, that is not befitting.' Now we can do what we like, and we won't have to do what we do not like!"

[This led Maha Kassapa to realize the need for a great Buddhist council to formalize the Teachings (Dharma) of the Buddha. In that sense, Maha Kassapa became the founder of "Buddhism," taking what he had learned from the Buddha, what he knew about monasticism, society, and Brahmins to give us a new -ism. Prior to that Buddhism was not a religion but a path of practice to enlightenment. It was soon to become a formal structure.]

Until then it had not been possible to set the funeral pyre alight as the devas [celestial "shining ones"] present wanted to wait until Venerable Maha Kassapa came and paid his respects to the remains of the Buddha. When he arrived at the place of cremation, he reverently walked twice around the pyre with clasped hands then, with bowed head, paid his respects at the feet of the Tathagata (the Buddha).

Relics (sarira) are an arhat's cremation remains.
When his company of monastics did likewise, the pyre, it is said, burst into flames by itself. Hardly had the bodily remains of the Tathagata been cremated when there arose a conflict about the distribution of the relics (sarira) among the laypeople assembled and those who had sent messengers later.

The distribution was settled by the Brahmin Dona, who divided the relics into eight portions and distributed them among. He took the vessel in which the relics had been.

There's a reserve in Los Angeles County for spring wildflowers (weather.com)
.
Maha Kassapa brought his share of the relics to the current king of Magadha, Ajatasattu. Having done so, he turned his thoughts to the preservation of the Buddha's spiritual heritage, the Teachings (Dharma) and the Disciplinary Code (Vinaya).

The necessity to do so was demonstrated to him by Subhadda's challenge of the discipline, advocating moral laxity. Maha Kassapa took this as a warning. If that attitude were to spread, it would lead to the decline and ruin of both the Monastic Community and the Teaching.

To prevent this, Maha Kassapa proposed holding a council by which the Dharma and Discipline could be reliably established and secured. He turned to the monastics gathered at Rajagaha (modern Rajgir, India). They agreed and at their request Maha Kassapa selected 500 [lit. "a large number" not actually 500] members, all but one of whom were fully enlightened (arhats). More

This is how Nate makes timelapse videos and show his work on Instagram.com/nateinthewild. This is the best time for the Buddhist lunar observance the Buddha called the uposatha.
Chandima Sutra: The Moon Deity's Prayer for Protection
Translated by Dhr. Seven based on Piyadassi Thera translation (Sn 2.9), Wisdom Quarterly

Thus have I heard. On one occasion the Blessed One [the Buddha] was living near Savatthi, at Jetavana in the multi-millionaire Anathpindika's monastery.

At that time Candima (Canda, Candimasa, Chandra), the moon deity, was seized by Rahu, the titan (asura) chieftain. Then, calling to mind the Blessed One, Candima, the moon deity, recited this stanza:

i. "O Buddha, heroic and wholly free of wrongdoing, whom I adore, I have fallen into distress! I go to you for guidance!"

Thereupon the Blessed One addressed this stanza to Rahu, the titan chieftain, on behalf of Candima:

The planet Rahu seizes Sun and Moon in eclipses.
ii. "O Rahu, Candima has gone for guidance to the Tathagata [the Buddha, One Arrived at Suchness], the Wayfarer. Release Candima! The buddhas radiate compassion toward the world (of beings)."

Then Rahu, the titan chieftain, released Candima, the moon deity, and immediately came into the presence of Vepacitta, [another] titan chieftain, and stood beside him trembling with fear his hair standing on end. Vepacitta addressed Rahu in this stanza:

iii. "Why, Rahu, did you suddenly release Candima?
Why have you come trembling?
Why are you standing here terrified?"

"I have been spoken to by the Buddha in a stanza
(requesting me to release Candima).
If I had not released Candima
my head would have split into seven pieces.
While I yet lived, I would have had no happiness.
(Therefore, I released Candima)."

Venus meets the Pleiades (Seven Sisters)

Deborah Byrd (EarthSky.org, April 3, 2020; Pat Macpherson, CC Liu (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

This week Venus – the brightest planet and dazzling “evening star” – passes the Pleiades star cluster [possibly our original home], also known as the “Seven Sisters.” Look west after sunset. Venus and the Pleiades meet every eight years [as the skies move over earth, giving the illusion that the earth is spinning, which is illusory according to Eric Dubay and others' systematic observations]. How entities move through dimensions (video)

Linda Moulton Howe (Earthfiles), Alexis Brooks via UAMN TV, 6/17/18; Wisdom Quarterly
When magnetic fields collapse, they (monsters, aliens, fairies, shapeshifters) come through.

LMH reveals how portals work
Journalist and paranormal researcher Linda Moulton Howe reveals some very strange news on the sporadic anomalous collapsing of magnetic fields in special places around the world. The government is blocking these collapses, which happen naturally and by the use of advanced technology, to keep transdimensional (interdimensional) beings out of this reality. Some scientists are so adamant about stopping natural phenomena that machines are installed to keep the magnetic force fields up to stop intrusions. If they did not "things" would come through these temporarily collapsed fields. Howe reveals that these strange phenomena are portals -- that allows alien beings (such as "demons" and "angels"), asuras, devas, Sasquatches, gnomes (kumbandhas), reptilians (nagas), and other creatures to enter and exit our reality at will in an instant unless they are blocked.

How: Near- and Shared-Death Experiences?

Dr. Raymond Moody, George Knapp (C2C); Dhr. Seven, Pat Macpherson, Wisdom Quarterly

I died, I came back. I have lived many times.
The near-death experience is easy to explain away. "They're just imagining it," people say. "As the brain is dying or being starved of oxygen, it makes up this story of surviving into the afterlife." The afterlife is real, but near-death experience accounts are dismissed as fantasy or delusion. It's not science because the subjects reporting real experiences are not reliable sources of information. After all, they're injured, sick, medicated, flatlining, and nearly dying. Fine. None of these dismissals work for a stranger phenomenon called the "shared death experience." This is when everyone present experiences the dying person's life review and future destiny, a change in dimensions during the transmission. The dying person's death visions become those of everyone in the room, not only close and grieving family members, but even dispassionate doctors and others. Dr. Moody, author of Life After Life, explains it to George Knapp on Coast to Coast.

Shared death experiences? June 13, 2018
Dr. Raymond Moody, MD wrote Life After Life. It has sold over ten million copies, and it has completely changed the way we view death and dying.

He was joined by counselor Dr. Sharon Prentice to discuss Shared Death Experiences (SDEs), which are similar to NDEs except that they occur to those around the dying person. People are temporarily "brought along" to witness the aftermath of physical death.

At the moment of her husband's death from cancer, Prentice had an SDE which she described as a transition from darkness to light. "The [dimensional] geometry of the room totally changes...The ceiling turned into mist...and I was just surrounded by billions and billions of stars [deva beings]."

She could see the stars distinctly, but they were all part of the same light that she found herself going into -- entering a compassionate realm where her negative emotions melted away, and she saw her deceased husband standing in front of her, smiling and at peace.

In deathbed situations, loved ones have reported being "kind of enveloped by this hologram of the person's life," Dr. Moody explains, adding that an emergency room doctor told him he was flooded with images of a patient's life as he was trying to resuscitate him. Doctors and loved ones, Dr. Moody says, have commonly observed a golden or grayish light leaving the upper half of patient's body at the time of their death. More + AUDIO

The true (spiritual-scientific) value of GOLD

Mike Donkers, NewsTarget, 2/24/08; Pat Macpherson, Dhr. Seven (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly
The historical Buddha's skin had a golden sheen when he emerged from meditation.

Spiritual and medicinal gold with incredible healing potential
Ormus, also known as ORMEs, m-state elements, white powder gold, or the Philosopher's Stone, was discovered in 1975 by an Arizona farmer named David Hudson.

He discovered some material in his soil that he had never seen before. He laid it out to dry in the hot Arizona sun so he could have it analyzed. What happened next was absolutely remarkable: The stuff exploded in a big flash of light and disappeared! But when he dried it without the use of sunlight it didn't disappear.

Hudson was a very successful farmer and businessman, so he could afford to have an expensive assay of the material done by a professor at New York's Cornell University. The stuff turned out to contain gold, silver, iron, and aluminum, among other things.

However, the gold and silver did not dissolve in fluid, as is usually the case. The iron and aluminum also did not dissolve in various acids and in their isolated form, they formed a strange black matter.

One by one the elements were isolated. Until the standard tests revealed that there should be nothing left. But there was something left -- a lot of it, in fact. The scientist told Hudson there was nothing, although after removal of the individual elements a staggering 98% of the material was still left.

Hudson had spent a lot of money on the various analyses and left the university completely disappointed with academic science.

David Icke met "Her" on DMT/ayahuasca.
Dissatisfied but determined, Hudson sought out a German expert who, together with him, was willing to analyze the stuff further and build special machinery to do so. The assays showed that it contained various precious elements such as platinum and variants thereof such as rhodium, iridium, ruthenium, and osmium.

The tests also showed that this material reacted differently to various heat and cold treatments. The time period to which they exposed the stuff to hot or cold temperatures also produced different results.

The turning point was at 70 seconds heat treatment. When Hudson stopped the process at 69 seconds the powder contained no precious elements, yet at 70+ seconds it did.

Hudson then went to a specialist at the University of Iowa. They conducted several experiments and once again produced the most amazing results.

The material expressions of the stuff magically changed depending on the degree of warming or cooling they subjected it to. Among these forms were a white powder and also glass.

Elements such as iron spontaneously disappeared or morphed into other elements. The material also changed weight, particularly when exposed to air.

Hudson was advised to patent these elements to prevent others from using his findings to keep him from experimenting further. In March of 1988 Hudson patented these elements. He called them Orbitally Rearranged Monoatomic Elements (ORMEs).

Kalapas (atom particles) are strange
This substance has become known as Ormus and stands for what are 12 known elements, which exist both in a [fine] material and an immaterial [arupa] or purely energetic form.

Hudson found this out by getting in touch with one of the American pioneers of quantum physics, Hal Puthoff. Puthoff explained to him the strange phenomena associated with Ormus.

Ormus elements are capable of losing their material form (disappearing) under the influence of warmth and sunlight, making them no longer subject to the laws of gravity and even capable of dissolving into sunlight.

This is what Hudson had himself witnessed when he first dried the material in the hot sun. The Ormus had literally become one with the light and transferred to another dimension in which there is no space-time.
By cooling it down, he learned to bring the stuff back to the exact place where he had set it to dry, back to the material world of space-time in which we live.

Ormus is a superconductor. These elements resonate with the primal energy, the zero-point from which all life originates and which is a quantum potential of possibilities.

I knew there was something in this thing.
Ormus is one with this endless source of energy, which can be found in the air, soil, plants, stones, and sea. Hudson even showed by dissecting animal brains that they, too, contained Ormus. According to Hudson our brains contain at least 5% Ormus.

This percentage can be raised considerably if we take in food and water with a high Ormus content.

It is exactly these foods that are so sadly lacking today. Hudson refers to Ormus as "the light of life" and "the Spirit" [prana]. He claims it not only makes us more spiritual but that it's capable of correcting DNA, too.

Now think of the experiments the alchemists carried out in which they tried to change metals into gold and made a white powder out of gold, the long sought after Philosopher's Stone.

The Church persecuted, tortured, and killed these people. What did they discover that we're not supposed to know? The ancient Egyptians also knew.

Gold has always been the true money and remains so to this day. But the true value of gold may well be medicinal and spiritual instead of material or financial.

There are, unfortunately, dark and powerful forces at work which are trying to keep us from realizing our true potential, our true evolution to a higher consciousness. CONTINUED IN PART II
