Israel tests its propaganda lies like PR

Propaganda is a modern Latin word, a form of propagare, meaning "to spread" or "to propagate." Therefore, propaganda means the things to be propagated [5].
![]() |
| Jewish propagandist Eddie Bernays |
Its activity was aimed at "propagating" the Roman Catholic [universalist] faith in non-Catholic countries [3]. From the 1790s, the term began being used also to refer to propaganda in secular activities [3].
In English, the cognate began taking a pejorative (negative connotation) in the mid-19th century, when it was used in the political sphere [3]. More

The term was coined to disparage Ireland’s solidarity with Palestine but has been adopted as a badge of honor that now adorns T-shirts, hoodies, pins, and social media bios: Welcome to Paddystine, home of the Paddystinians.
Irish activists have embraced the neologism as a galvanizing term to campaign against Zionist Israel’s war on Gaza and to pressure the Irish government to do more to [intervene to] end the conflict.

Prof Finkelstein won't back down about the truth. He's telling it like it is, even if it's hard for us to hear. Most Jews won't stand for such talk. They'll label brave Jews "antisemites" to shut them up. Why? We're the victims, the victim class, the ultimate oppressed, the hated, the genocided -- not the ones who commit genocide, cheer on war crimes, fund and defend ethnic cleansing, break international law with wars for territory (as the U.S. proxy in our future empire known as the Middle East), steal land, rape Muslim women and boys, shut down free speech, support Trumpi and Bibi Net, jail Jewish college dissidents brave enough to disagree, oppose Christian protesters and peacenik demonstrators, go all in for oddball Zionism and thievery on a grand scale...

Mindfulness as effective as antidepressants
![]() |
| The Buddha taught mindfulness. |
The muti-institution study, led by the National Institute of Mental Health in Bethesda, Maryland, suggests that mindfulness (sati) practices may offer a viable alternative to medication for treating anxiety disorders, with significantly fewer side effects.
Anxiety disorders affect millions of people and are frequently treated with medications like selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs).
![]() |
| Ketamine and psychedelics may also work better than toxic antidepressants. |
While SSRIs can be an effective tool in countering the symptoms of anxiety disorders, they also come with side effects that can negatively impact a patient's quality of life in other ways.
In the case of escitalopram (sold as Lexapro and Cipralex), these adverse effects include nausea, headaches, dry mouth, excessive sweating, insomnia, and fatigue.
The research team previously demonstrated that eight weeks of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) was non-inferior to escitalopram in providing stress relief and emotional regulation without having the additional drawbacks (avoiding the side effects of synthetic allopathic drugs).
In a new research letter, "Mindfulness Meditation vs Escitalopram for Treatment of Anxiety Disorders: Secondary Analysis of a Randomized Clinical Trial," published in JAMA Network Open, the team presents the secondary outcomes of patient-reported anxiety, depression, and quality of life from the previous study.

Findings

| I'll take Nature over Big Pharma any day. |
Escitalopram showed a slight edge in symptom reduction at the mid-treatment point (Week 4), but these improvements were not sustained by the end of the study.
Adverse event rates were the only significant difference between the two treatments. Nearly 79% of escitalopram recipients reported at least one study-related side effect, compared to just 15% of those in the mindfulness group.
The findings lend greater support for the use of mindfulness-based stress reduction as a reliable treatment for anxiety disorders with fewer risks, making a compelling case for its broader application in clinical settings. Why listen to a Muslim or learn about Islam?
Salam alaykum. A Buddhist website giving Islam a forum? But they're monotheistic Abrahamic fanatics!
Wisdom Quarterly is interested in all faiths and practices, explanations and views, particularly those we disagree with, so we listen without necessarily expecting to be listened to in return. Why?
In the future, when peace reigns in the world, one can only hope that it will not be because we all agree but rather because we have all learned to respect, enjoy, and celebrate differences.
The Buddha originated the famous simile of the elephant, which like the Aesop Fables (rooted in the Jataka) gained so much popularity people use it without realizing who came up with it: A group of blind men are asked what an elephant looks like. So depending on their sense of touch, they feel a portion of the elephant and extrapolate a global view. The one who feels a leg describes the elephant as a column. The one who feels an ear describes the elephant as a supple palm. The one who feels the trunk describes the elephant as a snake, and so on. Each, going on limited information, proceeds to form a wrong view about the whole.
All of their views combined might get us somewhere, but instead they are with each other: "How can you say a supple palm when this is a post?" "How can you say post, when this is a snake?" and so on.
One of the best classes to take in college is comparative religion. If they were presented fairly and accurately, we might be drawn to the best religion for us, rather than all being baptized by fire into Scientism. Lots of students would surely become agnostics, and a few might become militant atheists and even fewer pantheists and animists. Who's right?
This is a question of epistemology (the philosophy of determining what qualifies as proof and knowledge), which is very ontological (concerned with being). Go, Socrates! The unexamined life is not worth living, which seems to be what our Western hedonism (pleasure above everything else) seems to really be about. In any case, we already hear the anti-Islam view by its most articulate critic on YouTube.

Israel drags politics onto Eurovision
Eurovision 2024: Inside the fight over Israeli contestant Eden Golan and Israel's genocidal war on Gaza
| This one's for Bibi and country! |
The Eurovision Song Contest insists it is "United By Music," but this documentary looks into how Israel's genocide, its conflict in the Middle East, has impacted the European competition.
(TodayUnpkd) Why do US anti-Zionist protesters
chant, "We don't want no two state/We want '48"?
- Deceptive fast talking: Most protesters would like to go back to 1948, to a time before Ashkenazi Jews from Europe decided to invade the Middle East as illegal migrants backed by an intentional misreading and misapplication of the Balfour Declaration. If at that time there was a Mandatory Palestine by British colonialists to throw off like the US did to the UK, that would be far better than the to have the mess "Jews fought to dismantle [and steal for themselves]" but could not and instead had the Jewish Rothschilds banking family pay Balfour to buy a country for Jews through imperialism, capitalism, militarism, and a long, slow genocide. Jews imposed one settler colonial project over another, one that treated Palestinians far worse than the British treated them. It seems all Zionist Jews do is engage in sophistry, lying, and rhetoric to try to rationalize their genocide and say it's not a genocide because Palestinians are not a "people." Who are these Ben Shapiro type lawyers sitting around coming up with all these vile excuses and twisted lines of logic?
- Why is Israel participating in a European competition at all? Is it part of "Europe" now? Does the United States of America get an entry?

The Texas State University graduate has sparked outrage over wearing a swastika armband in front of a Jewish synagogue because he opposes Israel and all the money America wastes on imperial projects -- promoting militarism and settler colonialism, no matter how much money is wasted or suffering wrought on earth.
An incident involving a 25-year-old resident from Plano, Texas, identified as Barry Young, recently came to light.
He sparked outrage online for allegedly engaging in "antisemitic" activities because he doesn't like American foreign policy on Israel.

Young, who graduated from college, was reportedly seen holding a offensive sign and wearing a swastika armband while standing outside a synagogue, a Jewish temple, where attendees might be offended. What was this American citizen thinking?!
According to StopAntisemites on Twitter, the individual is reportedly associated with the Goyim [the Yiddish word for "Gentiles"] Defense League (GDL) and operates on the social media platform GAB under the name "Baby Face."

As per Mr. Young's LinkedIn profile, he works as a salesperson at Sherwin Williams paints. But his professional background also includes an internship at the political consulting firm Macias Strategies, where he was involved in organizing, fact-checking, and editing web pages. He collected information using internet databases and interacted with clients and volunteers.
A picture of him wearing the swastika armband is now doing the rounds on the internet, which has left many social media users outraged.
It is also worth noting that this adds to the growing concern about Jewish alarmism that there's always a surge in antisemitic sentiments and activities globally.

The US has seen four times as many cases as usual since the October 7 Isarel-Palestine conflict began, according to the Anti-Defamation League, which tries to find ways to frame the data in the most shocking way possible.
France has reportedly witnessed 1,040 incidents of "alleged" antisemitism since Oct. 7, prompting Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin to express alarm over the sharp rise.
Meanwhile, the UK has reported about three times more hate crimes against Jews.
The growing threats and violence have become a cause for concern, even alarm, prompting the Israeli government to offer advice to its citizens.

| This is about land and money. |
What did we learn? Next to nothing. What motivates Barry Young? Who knows. Maybe watching the news or not understanding the European dream of Zionism or wishing that Jews would do their settler colonialism without charging the U.S. government for their project like this country did when it mostly independently killed off the Indians on this land for millennia before Europeans invaded.
- [Don't send Jews back to us in Ashkenaz ("Germany"), let them stay in the Middle East instead, might be the European, American, and Australian sentiment, which causes governments to fund Zionism ("return to Zion" movement), which means settling a Western colony no matter who is living there and needs to be thrown out and/or killed.
