Setting the Record Straight: American History in Black & White This historical view of the religious and moral heritage of black Americans seeks to set the record straight, with an emphasis on the untold stories from our rich U.S. political history.

The historical material presented is ground-breaking and revolutionary, leaving readers amazed and inspired. (Paperback, 191 pages, published June 2010, Wallbuilder Press; DVD also available).

The first black president
(MaLon Israel) Let's look at the truth that white men have long covered up, a truth that involves indigenous black people in the United States. We insist no blacks are "indigenous"; they had to be brought from Africa as slaves. But as modern archeology reveals, they arrived on their own 50,000 years ago and possibly from Egypt into the Grand Canyon, pushed onto islands, surviving by blending with Native Indians.

Obama, who is half-black, was NOT the first black president. That distinction goes to John Hanson, the first president under the Articles of Confederation when angry soldiers wanted to overthrow the new government and make George Washington a monarch (with his strong ties to England).

Pres. Hanson calmed them. There were, in fact, eight presidents before George Washington. But this fact has been buried and argued out of the history books. The country began on March 1, 1781 by adoption of the Articles of Confederation. But it was proposed on June 11, 1776 and only agreed to by Congress on Nov. 15, 1777. What came before the story we are taught?

History is erased, one group's supremacy is promoted over others living here first, and everyone but that group is left out of the founding history. Winners write history, and when they do not, they re-write it.

Hidden Black History
Black nobility in Europe
"Who created the pyramids? Who built and lived in Israel?" Sarcasm: "It couldn't have been Africans," racists will say, "but Egypt and Israel are 100% in Africa, so it must have been some other people living there, not blacks. Let's invent a group."

How about "Middle Easterners"? No, no, don't want to give Moors or Muslims any credit, and certainly not Arab Muslims. How about Ashkenazi Jews from Europe? How about Bedouin tribes people speaking Hebrew or some other Semitic language? We'll invent a history for them. Boy, leaking the truth sure is going to cause a lot of trouble in the history department.

Why are we not taught our real history?
Sarcasm continues: Maybe it's better if we keep the secret about blacks and anything they've ever accomplished anywhere from the American Colonies to Timbuktu (Mali, Africa), site of history's first university [along with the Buddhist version at Nalanda and the earlier pre-Buddhist university descended from the ancient IVC the Buddha-to-be (Bodhisattva) attended at Taxila, ancient Gandhara/India, modern-day Pakistan].
