Disturbing X-rated prison calls revealed in new documentary
All is forgiven, even double murder
A string of American women has reportedly been keeping the double murderer company over the phone while he sits on Death Row.

Double murderer Wade Wilson has reportedly been enjoying sordid sexual conversations from prison with an array of female admirers.

The 31-year-old, who was dubbed the "Deadpool Killer" as he shares a name with Ryan Reynolds' popular Marvel character (in the Deadpool series), is currently on Death Row in Florida.

Trauma drama? Ick! No thank you! I just want to get famous on Drops of God.

He's not been short of company while behind bars at the Union Correctional Institution, according to reports. A new documentary titled Handsome Devil: Charming Killer is said to include a host of shocking footage and recordings featuring Wilson flirting with various women.

The three-part series, which premiered on Paramount+ on Tuesday (January 20, 2026), includes snippets of the prison phone calls he has shared with females, some of whom who he refers to as his "girlfriend."

Wilson reportedly discussed impregnating one admirer [with his wand] and "sinking his fangs" into another, among other bizarre statements.

COMMENTARY
Why would a woman fall in "love" (or even lust) with a murderer who has killed more than one female like herself? Why would a woman want a man in prison, out of touch and sunk in a hellish world of rapist homosexual men, violent guards, and dreary demons? Who would be attracted to that? Whoever it is, she has to question herself at least a little. We allow it. We even allow conjugal visits, but who finds this alluring, preferable to men on the outside, preferable to "boring" non-murderers? Well, Valentine's Day is approaching, and some can imagine Nothing Higher to Live For: Romantic Love.

Machiavelli's advice on picking up girls

Is this Cro Mag gentleman doing it right? - Uh, no.

The Prince
(Italian Il Principe, Latin De Principatibus) is a 16th-century political treatise written by the Italian diplomat, philosopher, and political theorist Niccolò Machiavelli in the form of a realistic instruction guide for new princes. Many commentators have viewed that one of the main themes of The Prince is that immoral acts are sometimes necessary to achieve political glory. More

Romantic love? (Thich Nhat Hanh)

Does Buddhism support romantic love?

Bhutan building Mindfulness City, eating

  • What is "mindfulness" (sati)?
Sati (Pali sati [1], Sanskrit स्मृति, smṛti), literally "memory" [2] or "retention" [3] [previously rendered "vigilance," "bare awareness," "wakefulness," "presence of mind," "presence," "to bear in mind"] is commonly translated as mindfulness, "to remember to observe" [4].

It is an essential part of Buddhist practice [occurring 14 times in the list of the 37 Requisites of Enlightenment].

It has the related meanings of calling to mind the wholesome Teachings (Dhamma) such as the Four Foundations of Mindfulness (Satipatthanas), the Five Faculties, the Five Powers, the Seven Factors of Enlightenment, the Noble Eightfold Path, and the attainment of insight [5].

What is there to mindfully eat?
(South China Morning Post) What people eat in Bhutan? Cheese

Moreover, it means observing and remaining aware of mental and physical phenomena (dhammas), which is the actual practice of maintaining lucid heightened-awareness of these dhammas [6].

The bodily and mental phenomena one practices to remain aware/mindful of are these processes/"things." This is done in order to counter the arising of unwholesome states, the removal of unwholesome states [7][8], to develop wholesome states, and to sustain wholesome states to attainment of insight (vipassana).

It is the first factor of the Seven Factors of Enlightenment. "Right" or "correct" mindfulness (Pali sammā-sati, Sanskrit samyak-smṛti) is the seventh factor (limb or element) of the Noble Eightfold Path.

Definition
The Buddhist term translated into English as "mindfulness," "to remember to observe" [4], "to remember to remain observant," originates in the Pali term sati and in its Sanskrit counterpart smṛti.

According to Robert Sharf, the meaning of these terms has been the topic of extensive debate and discussion [8].
  • Ven. Analayo strives for an academic definition from the ancient texts.
Smṛti originally meant "to remember," "to recollect," "to bear in mind," as in the Vedic tradition of remembering [memorizing slokas of] sacred texts.

The Pali term sati also means "to remember" the phenomena being observed in Sattipatthana, that is literally "the fourfold setting up of mindfulness," as well more generally remember the Teachings of Tipitaka ("Three Baskets" or collections of the) texts.

In the "Discourse on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness" (Satipațțhāna Sutta), the term sati means "to maintain awareness of reality," where sense-perceptions are understood to be illusory and misleading so that the true nature of phenomena can be directly seen [8] and penetrated.
  • [What is their true nature? It is tilakkhana, marked by the Three Universal Characteristics of Existence, which are impermanent, disappointing, and impersonal, a lakkhana being a "mark" or "characteristic" of all phenomena, all dhammas, all "things."]
Sharf refers to the Questions of King Milinda (Milindapanha), King Menander I, which explains that the arising of sati calls to mind the wholesome phenomena (dhammas) such as the Four Foundations of Mindfulness...and the attainment of insight [5]. More

Cartoon sex gets too real (Family Guy)

Why is Brian the [horn-] dog hitting on his best friend Peter's wife Lois? But she sees what he's up to.

What nerve Brian has! Poor Lois is accosted while convalescing in her own bedroom. What if he were to see what he's been after as it really is, foul (asubha) and repugnant?

Reflections on repulsiveness
Help! I feel imprisoned by lust, always craving what I don't have but can't stop thinking about.
.
Venerable, what is the cure for obsessive lust?
Paṭikkūla-manasikāra
[1] is a Buddhist Pāli language term that is generally translated as "reflections on repulsiveness."

It refers to a traditional Buddhist meditation. In it, 31 parts of the body are contemplated in a variety of ways. In addition to developing mindfulness (sati) and stillness (samādhi), this form of meditation is considered conducive to overcoming lust and craving.

Along with cemetery contemplations such as the contemplation of the nine stages of decay, this type of meditation is one of the two meditations on "the foul" or "unattractive" (asubha) [2].

Translation
Did you see it, Bri? - Stewie, I smelled it!
Paṭikkūla literally means "against" (paṭi) "the slope" or "embankment" (kūla) and has been translated adjectivally as "averse, objectionable, contrary, disagreeable" and, in its nounal form, as "loathsomeness, impurity" [3].

Manasikāra, derived from manasi (locative of mana thus, loosely, "in mind" or "in thought") and karoti ("to make" or "to bring into") and has been translated as "attention" or "pondering" or "fixed thought" [4].

What are you looking at? Why are you staring?
In contemporary translations, the compound term paṭikkūla-manasikāra is generally translated as "reflections on repulsiveness" or, adding contextual clarity at the expense of literal accuracy, "reflections on repulsiveness of the body" [5].

Alternate translations include "attention directed to repulsiveness" [6] and "realization of the impurity of the body" [7].

For Emmy consideration, Family Guy tries to get fancy to woo Hollywood and get an award already.

Try not to laugh clips
Is it a laughing matter? Vulgar cartoon obscenity once canceled in America

Benefits of this strange practice

I remember how warm and sexy she was. Grrr!
This type of meditation is traditionally mentioned as an "antidote" to sensual lust, passion, and obsession [8].

This is also one of the "four protective meditations" along with anussati ("recollection") of the Buddha, mettā (universal loving-kindness, benevolence, agape) practice, and the recollection or mindfulness of death [9].

I love my owner's wife
In individual sutras, this type of contemplation is identified as a contributor to a variety of mundane and transcendental goals. For instance, in the Girimananda Sutta (AN 10.60), Ananda's recitation of this and other contemplations immediately cures an ailing monk [10].

In the Sampasadaniya Sutta (DN 28), Ven. Sariputta declares that meditating on these 31 body parts leads to "the attainment of vision, in four ways" and briefly outlines how this method can be used as a springboard by which one "comes to know the unbroken stream of human consciousness that is neither established in this world nor in the next" [11].

With a debased mind/heart, where will someone be reborn? What future is to come?
.
In addition, in the Iddhipāda Samyutta's Vibhanga Sutta (SN 51.20), this meditation subject is used to develop the four Bases of Power (iddhipādas) by which one is able to achieve liberation from all suffering [12].

Tara Brach, with lust behind her, is at peace.
While the Pali canon invariably includes this form of contemplation in its various lists of mindfulness meditation techniques [13], the compendious 5th-century Path of Purification (Visuddhimagga) identifies this type of contemplation (along with mindfulness of in-and-out-breathing or anapanasati) as one of the few body-directed meditations particularly suited to the development of samādhi (Vism. VIII, 43) [14]. More

How to be magnetic: attractive energy

Goddess Reclaimed: Initiations to Unleash Power
How can we increase our magnetic feminine energy and learn how to be magnetic, how to attract everything we desire from our divine feminine goddess energy? It would be life changing. We must first learn to heal wounds in the psyche and shadow-self, increasing our feminine energy with self-love.

How can we increase feminine pleasure, receive from our soft feminine energy, become irresistible, and learn to magnetize everything we could ever want? This video begins to make suggestion. If it serves, say so in the comments and please share with our sisters, beloved ones.

Can it be empowering to participate in a straight women's circle with Syma Kharal?
.
Man or machine?
Kate Nitshe shares that, “With Syma [Kharal]'s support, I was able to remove the darkness that had engulfed me and for the first time in a long time, I was able to see the light.

Would it help or hurt to love myself first? Help
“Syma helped heal my heart and allowed me to see all of my potential. I have been living lightheartedly and surrounding myself with people who positively serve me.

“I can't thank Syma enough. Syma CARES. She is genuine and truly wants to support you to become the best version of yourself."

Understanding Men/Women (Orion's Method)
According to Alison Armstrong (alisonarmstrong.com), “Men have a natural attentiveness to providing what women need. One problem is they don't always know what women need. A bigger problem is the women themselves don't know what they need, even if they were willing to ask for it.

“Women want to help men get what they need, if only to keep them from being so grumpy and frustrated. But men ignore their needs until they reach the 'breaking point,' and the way they ask then causes women to resist providing it!

“The lack of information, misunderstandings, inability to speak up — and on top of that, the way we project our needs onto others — well, it’s going to be a mess for sure!”

Singer-songwriter Alanis M.
Alanis Morrisette shares that, “Alison [Armstrong]'s deep understanding and love of men moved me to a whole other level of clarity and peace about a gender that has confounded me for a long time. I feel like the wool has been pulled from my eyes and I can see men in a new and more loving way.”

Racist, pro-genocide, right wing radio host Dennis Prager agrees: “Alison Armstrong...is in my view brilliant and gifted beyond words with an original mind. Original minds are very rare, and she has it combined with a good heart and that's a terrific combination.”

How to be attractive according to science

First of all, to be more attractive, enough with the tutorials.

The only way to beauty is by birth or makeup.
If one can portray self-assurance, then we’re automatically more attractive (Getty Images/Metro).

In a world of failed first dates, we can often find ourselves wondering what we can do to seem more attractive. We aren’t talking about physically. After all, looks are just a small part of what makes someone hot.

We’re talking about how we behave, the words we say, and the body language we display. There’s one quality that psychotherapists say is the key to making someone fancy us. That trait? Self-assurance.

Is anyone saying it’s foolproof? No. There’s always a chance that even when we’re our best self, we’re still not someone’s cup of tea – but that’s that person loss. Even so, if we display self-assurance on a date, it’s more likely our love interest is going to think we’re hot stuff.

Self-assurance means we’re comfortable in ourselves, which makes us attractive (Getty/Metro)
.
I let my fingers do the walking when I'm online.
Relational psychotherapist Claire Law tells Metro.co.uk: “In a relationship sense, self-assurance is a green flag that screams: ‘Hey, I know who I am. I’m comfortable in my own skin.’

“Who wouldn’t want a partner like that? Someone who’s not constantly seeking validation or approval, a self-assured partner [who] won’t be clingy or needy – they’ll have their own thing going on, which is really sexy.”

Self-assurance is also attractive because it hints at other positive qualities people look for in relationships. “These other qualities are emotional maturity, stability, and resilience,’ says Claire. “If you’re self-assured, you’re probably pretty good at managing your emotions, coping with stress, and making decisions. These are all things that make for a solid, healthy relationship.”

It’s all well and good saying we should be self-assured but, if we’re not sure where to start, we’ve got it covered. “Self-assurance is such an attractive quality because it telegraphs a certain attitude to the world. Self-assured people tend to be more at peace with themselves… they’ve made their peace with their strengths and weaknesses,” says Claire.

What are some specific self-assured behaviors on a date? Picture this: You’ve just walked into the place where your first date is, and you’ve given your date a hug or a polite kiss on the cheek. The first thing to make sure you focus on is confident body language. “Stand tall, make eye contact, smile warmly. Don’t fidget or cross your arms. That makes you look closed off and nervous,” explains Claire.

A 2010 study in the journal of Psychological Science found that "power posing" caused behavioral changes for both men and women. By taking up a self-assured and confident stance, participants were found to instantly become "more powerful" – translating into "real-world, actionable implications."

As well as non-verbal cues, there are other things one can do to seem self-assured. "Engage in balanced conversation. Ask your date questions, but also share about yourself. A self-assured person isn’t afraid to open up," Claire says.

Don’t be afraid to express your opinions in a balanced debate (Getty Images/Westend61/Metro)
.
While some of us can be shy about sharing our thoughts on a certain topic, because we’re afraid someone will disagree, giving your perspective on an issue is sexy. "Be decisive," Claire adds. "If your date asks for your opinion on something, give it. Don’t hem and haw or say, 'I don’t know. What do you think?' all the time.

"Be willing to respectfully disagree. If you have a different opinion, voice it calmly and confidently. A self-assured person can handle a little friendly debate. "Order what you want, not what you think your date wants you to order. Speak up if you’re uncomfortable."

While it’s nice to be validated by someone we’re attracted to, Claire says, it’s important we don’t seek constant reassurance. "A self-assured person doesn’t need [his or her] date to validate [him or her] at every turn. They’re not fishing for compliments," she adds.

Don’t seek validation or fish for compliments, as
this doesn’t imply self-assurance or confidence.
If you do all these things, it’s likely the date has gone well – although always be receptive to feedback if you don’t get the desired response from [the other person].

Lastly, Claire says: "End the date with clear communication. If you want to see them again, say so. If not, politely say you don’t feel a connection. Self-assured people are direct."

If you’re implementing these tips on your next date, just remember that there’s a difference between self-assurance and being big-headed. "It’s about being true to yourself and communicating that authentically. Self-assurance isn’t about putting on an act or being arrogant," Claire says.

"It’s about knowing your worth and embodying that in how you carry yourself and interact with others. And in the wild world of dating, that kind of quiet confidence is incredibly appealing."
