UFOs, orbs, drones over East Coast

FAA says luminous orbs, commercial or military drones, UFOs/UAPs: Outbreak is NOT over! Plus new Pentagon UFO footage
(The Angry Astronaut) Jan 4, 2025: The U.S. government and the corporate mainstream media are telling us that the New Jersey UFO/Drone Outbreak is over. But the FAA does not agree! Also, the commercial drones explanation doesn't hold up very well, given that similar outbreaks happened over 40 years ago! #uap #alien #drones

Plague of insatiable craving: wendigo

The mind entity that plagues humanity: Wetiko

(Asangoham) Dec. 20, 2024: In his book Wetiko: Healing the Mind-Virus That Plagues Our World, author Paul Levy argues that all of humanity is under the grasp of a psychological illness: wetiko (better known as wendigo).

More, more, gimme more!
Wetiko is a term used in Native American spirituality to describe a “contagious psycho-spiritual disease of the soul” and a “parasite of the mind.”

In his book, Levy argues that the concept of wetiko is present not just among the Native Americans, but in several spiritual traditions, including Kabbalah, Vedanta, and even the psychology of Carl Jung.

Levy writes: “Wetiko is a cannibalizing force driven by insatiable greed, appetite without satisfaction [craving giving rise to repeated disappointment the Buddha called dukkha], consumption as an end in itself, and war for its own sake against other tribes, species, nature, and even the individual’s own humanity. It is a disease of the soul, and being a disease of the soul, we all potentially have wetiko, as it pervades and informs the underlying field of consciousness. Any one of us at any moment can fall into our unconscious and unwittingly become an instrument for the evil of wetiko to act itself out through us and incarnate in our world. If we see someone who seems to be taken over by wetiko and we think they have the disease and we don’t, in seeing them as separate we have fallen under the spell of the virus ourselves.”
This video is a deep dive into the concept of wetiko and how we can prevent ourselves from being infected by this “mind-virus.”

The video also talks about how wetiko was perceived by the great Indian mystic Sri Aurobindo. #wendigo #wetiko #nativeamerican #entity

What solution did the Buddha offer?
"A Cure for Wendigo/Insatiable Craving" by Dhr. Seven, Wisdom Quarterly
How'd you let go, Wise One?
One cannot "resist evil," as Jesus would say, because the attempt to do so only makes it stronger. If ego could overcome insatiable greed (for the pleasant), aversion (toward the unpleasant, manifesting as hatred, fear, frustration, running away), and ignorance (giving rise to wrong views, delusions, confusion). The ego will not destroy the ego. Greed for freedom-from-greed will not succeed. Hating hatred (or fearing fear) will not make it go away. And, alas, at the root of all mental defilements and suffering is ignorance (avijja, not knowing, manifesting as delusion or moha).

I want to be reborn in space, in a pleasure heaven
Okay, there's the problem. We can't overcome these three roots of all that is unwholesome and giving rise to suffering (disappointment, pain, unpleasant experience). What's a possible solution? Rather than the ego letting go, we will let wisdom (panyavipassana, insight) uproot ignorance. Letting go vanquishes greed -- but letting go is impossible by willpower. The solution? Mindful observation of what is -- what is really there, this gross body or any conditioned (composed, fabricated, formation) thing, which is not at all what it seems to be and is utterly incapable of giving what it promises and therefore always leads to disappointment and dissatisfaction -- with heightened mind. When the mind/heart sees things for what they really are, it lets go. "Ego" (the Five Aggregates clung to as self) does not let go, "I" do not let go, "will" does not let go. Just as when a feather or a plastic bag fall into a fire, what happens? They shrink back, pull away, withdraw, in other words let go of the fire that is clung to. The heat does it, not the feather or bag.

Not by will but by watchfulness.
For example, look at the lovely, say a person inspiring lust and craving. I want, I want, I want! How can this addiction, obsession, craving be cured? (We don't want to cure it; we just want it, in ignorance believing this object will satisfy and fulfill us when it will not, cannot, and never has). Not getting it or getting it and realizing it didn't fulfill us or satisfy us, but only disappointed and became the source of great pain, how can this craving (addiction, clinging) be cured? How? See it for what it really is. Wise reflection (yoniso manasikara). First, mind must be heightened (temporarily purified/cleansed of the Five Hindrances and basic defilements, asavas and kilesas) then the mind must be systematically applied to looking objectively (vipassana) at what is clung to.

What is clung to? Only five things, the most fundamental five things in all of our many existences (countless rebirths), are tenaciously clung to and identified with even though they are impermanent, disappointing (unable to ever fulfill us), and impersonal. These are the Five Heaps, the Five Aggregates clung to as self (khandhas):
  1. form (body, materiality);
  2. feelings
  3. perceptions
  4. mental formations
  5. consciousness.
Then there was peace, light, awakening
Letting go of these, there is no more disease. Ignorance is cured in an instant and with it go clinging and aversion. Poof! This is the first stage of enlightenment, stream entry (entering the current that inevitably and invariably leads to the end of all suffering, complete awakening, full enlightenment, arahantship). This is liberation, a cure for the insatiable desires that plague us. While in English we say "desire" is not all bad, remember that "desire" is a translation of the Pali word tanha (lit. "thirst," "craving," "insatiable greed"). That's bad, but how to translate it. The Sanskrit trsna means the same thing, and only "craving" and "clinging" come close in English. We cannot let go by will only by wisdom, so there is no need for asceticism (rooted in aversion) or saintliness (rooted in a desire for more refined desires) or delusion (the ignorance of thinking we understand when the heart/mind has not yet been trained and has not yet penetrated the truths the Buddha talked about. This is not an intellectual endeavor. True freedom comes from true experience. That is what the Ennobling (Enlightening) Eightfold Path is for.

McDonald's E. coli outbreak worsens

What must a taint burger, I mean a tainted burger, at McDonald's even look like, Kimmy?

When do we start eating the aborted?
The joyful vegans over at Conservative TV Central (Fox News) have a more right-wing department called Fox Business, which is reporting on Mickey D's expanding E. coli outbreak as they keep selling contaminated meat foods. What could be more disgusting than a dead slab of many churned up cows combined into a fried patty full of embalming preservatives, dyes, salts, tissue-stored pesticides? Dirty unwashed hands after using the restroom to produce feces and then grabbing raw onions to throw on top? One can suppose that there are worse things, like the funny Hollywood saying, "Don't s**t in my mouth and call it a milkshake."

E. coli outbreak linked to McDonald's expands [like buns before emitting gases]
PR campaign: Free McDonald's t-shirts proudly owning the problem: Feces between our buns
.
Pasty meat? Maybe it's the onion?
(Fox Business from FOX News) The number of E. coli cases linked to McDonald's Quarter Pounders has climbed again.

Health officials are focusing on onions, hoping the blame can be laid on them rather than the blood-soaked flesh of countless animal placed in a single grinder and formed into patties, which are then sold to the fast-food chain as the likely source of the outbreak, the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) said Wednesday.

Soon they'll blame the bugs and worms.
The FDA said in an update that 90 confirmed cases of the E. coli O157:H7 strain have now been identified across 13 states, and hospitalizations have climbed to 27.

Two victims have developed hemolytic uremic syndrome, a serious condition that can cause kidney failure. One death was linked to the outbreak early on.

How McDonald's plans to bring back fearful customers: greed

Price: 3 taints for price of 2 when you buy 3.
The FDA believes raw onions served as a topping on Quarter Pounders might be the most likely source of the fecal infection outbreak after beef (slaughtered cow meat and allowable rat parts) was ruled out as a likely source.

The agency said it has launched inspections at the Colorado processing plant of Taylor Farms, which supplied recalled onions to McDonald's, and an unnamed onion farm in Washington state.
Don't think of them as "Butt Burgers."
Quarter Pounders from the menu at 900 of its restaurants after the outbreak was discovered, McDonald's will resume serving the possibly tainted hamburgers in the affected areas this week.

There's a hair in my veiny tendons!
But the [ultra-processed, chemically-flavored] sandwiches will not be served with onions at those locations.

The areas affected by the E. coli outbreak are in Colorado, Kansas, and Wyoming, as well as portions of Idaho, Iowa, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Utah. More

As Japan goes, so goes the US: Sexless

Hi, I'm Debi, an Asian AI fantasy. Want to play?
Japan is amazingly similar to the US in spite of their obvious differences. Like Japan is a monoculture. We just wish we were.

Both countries are capitalist, on the cutting edge of technology (AI sexbots, silicone dolls, fictional girlfriends), obsessed with porn, lonely, severely contaminated with radiation and industrial chemicals, and suffering a timebomb.

Both are aging quickly with no hope of replacement birth rates. All the US can do is merge with Mexico, which has a young, virile, and growing population. With the addition of Canada for its yet-to-be exploited natural resources, the new merger can work under the name of the AU or North American Economic Union (NAMU).
  • Hello, Kitty? Not so much. But, hi, Badtz Maru!
(It is actually already being planned but, shush, you didn't hear that here).
  • (Infertility has not been happening by accident. That's what chemtrails, food additives, and excipients in injections, OTC products, and plastics are for).
Hell-Oh, I'm ChatGPT, an AI reality.
Mexico has always been part of North America, but this was concealed by inventing another name. There's South America with Argentina, Central America with Colombia, and North America with the USA. What other America is there? Between Central and North, there used to be Mesoamerica, but it's only a fictional designation to conceal Mexico's place in the North.

What is the name of our ticking timebomb? It is demography. Learn it. Live it. What are the demographics of the United States? No, we're sexually liberated, right? We have nothing to learn from stodgy old Japan's example.

Gluten kills even without stomach symptoms

Dr. Tom O'Bryan, Host Lisa Garr, Coast to Coast AM, Feb. 3, 2023; Eds., Wisdom Quarterly
I'm not fat. I have chronic inflammation. I'm burning up, making me susceptible to cancer!
A gluten-free, vegan Mediterranean diet with real olive oil may be the best.
.
TheInflammationEquation.com 3 Step Gut Reboot
The biggest message Dr. O'Bryan revealed last night was that EVERYONE who consumes wheat or "gluten-free" products contaminated with wheat gluten (up to 20% and still legally labelled "gluten-free") is harmed by it. The human body recognizes wheat protein as an invasive organism and reacts to it as a pathogen because of the proteins and peptides on its surface. All of this has been made much worse by Monsanto Corporation and Big Ag, which have increased the gluten (a harmful plant lectin) in wheat for ease of processing, making it more addictive even as it does more harm like stripping away the cilia lining the gut responsible for most of our nutrient absorption.
It's no wonder so many of us are fat, inflamed, and malnourished. That's right. We're starving not for calories, which are in abundance, but for nutrients, particularly micronutrients. Dr. Joel Wallach insists we need about 92 nutrients from our diet (if these nutrients were still found in the soil) or from supplements to be healthy and not deteriorating. Suffice it to say, most of us are deteriorating. We need to clear out the bad (remove all gluten and about 13 other harmful agents typically consumed on the SAD (Standard American Diet) to be able to absorb and assimilate the benefits of essential supplements. While everyone who eats wheat and wheat-contaminated products is harmed, only about 1 in 8 exhibit stomach symptoms. The rest of us are suffering from mental, skin, and many other problems. COMICS: Everything about protein: Stanford U

Ananda (Dharma Buddhist Meditation), Jen B. (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

Everything you thought you knew about protein is wrong | Stanford Prof. Christopher Gardner
(ZOE) April 17, 2023: ZOE Science & Nutrition Podcast Proteins, carbs, and fats…most people understand what the last two are. Carbs are sugars, and [saturated] fat is fat [fatty acids].

It's protein that’s important to our diets, but often misunderstood — by the general public, that is. Since the 1950s and 1960s, scientists have been measuring:
  • how protein affects our performance,
  • how it supports and maintains the body’s structure, and
  • how best to incorporate it into our diets.
From big slabs of slaughtered flesh to plant-based protein shakes, tofu to amino acid supplements, nuts to lentils, protein is more available now than ever before.

With so many options, surely we’re getting enough protein? In today’s episode, host Jonathan speaks with a leading nutritional researcher to find out.

Dr. Christopher Gardner is a professor at Stanford University and a member of ZOE’s scientific advisory board. He’s pioneering the movement to redefine how we understand the quality of our protein intake.

CONCLUSION
Love animals: Let them live. Cows are cute.
Kidney damage from too much protein (with daily excess turned into acidic ammonia excreted in urine and sweat, with accumulation of unskillful karma, hormones, pesticides, chemicals, animal wastes like urine, fecal contamination, and toxic foods fed to cows to fatten them quickly, which fattens humans even more quickly.

We all get more than enough protein. This is not the third world. The fear of "protein deprivation" is doing everyone harm -- making us acidic and unhealthy.

Vegans and vegetarians get more than enough, and no one needs to worry about it. Eat a varied vegan diet, and you'll be fine. "Eat beans not beings." And omnivorous professor told you so.

Food combining for the best digestion is much more important than food complementing to get all of the amino acids in a day (as from complementing beans and rice). The latter is not necessary to do, because they cannot be well digested together. Eat them separately (by two or more hours).

If eaten within 24 hours of each other, the body will get ALL of the essential amino acids in sufficient quantity for optimum health without stress or worry. And tummies will be much happier due to the improved digestion (no bloating, no gas, no queasy feeling of overeating).

Milk is BAD for you (video)

Abby Martin (Breaking the Set/RT); Ashley Wells, Seth Auberon, Dhr. Seven, Wisdom Quarterly

Milk Does Your Body Bad: Brainwash Update
Host Abby Martin takes a look at milk, its association with radioactive contamination, and facts pointing at how animal milk consumption is unnatural for humans, particularly adults, and certainly doesn't do our body good.  It, in fact, promotes bone LOSS called osteoporosis due to its acidic nature, which the body much leach from its bones to neutralize.

Would you bend over and suck a cow's bacteria smeared teats in the field to get milk? Gross! That's beastiality. But that's what one would have to do to get milk from a mammal outside of its own species in the wild.

So much for its calcium content, it actually ends up with us losing more calcium and other minerals trying to digest it than are contained in it. It makes one fat since its existence in the world is to fatten a baby calve into a cow or bull of tremendous weight in a very short time. It causes cancer. It makes us full of mucous. It harms the thyroid.
And because cows -- which are all female (as most bulls are killed for not producing milk and being undocile) and shot through with hormones, animal-grade drugs that are illegal for direct human consumption, and biowaste products from their painful treatment -- milk ends up being full of pus. Look in the bottle. The product is artificially "homogenized" and "pasteurized" to prevent unsightly separation and curdling. The first tears up the fats in milk, and the second cooks out the enzymes and potentially-beneficial probiotics.

Learn about the Cowspiracy (wth-cow-con.com)
It contains casein, a kind of hard to digest protein. It contains lactose, which most adult humans cannot tolerate. So they suffer symptoms -- rashes, bad breath, indigestion, gas, indigestion, discomfort, acne, fatigue, lethargy, and so on. They also suffer from the consumption of second hand pesticides concentrated in the grain, cement, and cannibalized cows these natural vegetarian animals are fed to make them grow in size. Cows in nature would eat grasses, sprouts, and other livings foods, not stale and contaminated haw, straw, GMO soy, wheat, corn, sorghum, trash, and other industrial commodities. The wrong diet along with all of the added artificial antibiotics, growth hormones, and pharmaceuticals they are given go right into consumers of dairy and meat.

7th anniversary: FUKUSHIMA disaster (video)

Hard; Dr. Caldicott; NHK; Pfc. Sandoval, S. Auberon, Ashley Wells, Wisdom Quarterly Wiki edit

The Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster (福島第一原子力発電所事故 Fukushima Dai-ichi genshiryoku hatsudensho jiko) happened in 2011.

It was an energy accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant in Ōkuma, Fukushima Prefecture, primarily initiated by the tsunami following the Tōhoku earthquake [caused by the U.S.] on March 11, 2011.

Immediately after the earthquake the active reactors automatically shut down their sustained fission reactions.

However, the tsunami disabled the emergency generators that would have provided power to control and operate the pumps necessary to cool the reactors.

(SGT Report) Dr. Helen Caldicott, M.D. on "The Horrible Truth About Fukushima"

The insufficient cooling led to three nuclear meltdowns, hydrogen-air explosions, and the release of radioactive material in Units 1, 2, and 3 from March 12 to March 15.

Loss of cooling also caused the pool for storing spent fuel from Reactor 4 to overheat on March 15th due to the decay heat from the fuel rods.

(NHK) What about the plants and animals? "Radioactive Forest"

On July 5, 2012 the Fukushima Nuclear Accident Independent Investigation Commission (NAIIC) found that the causes of the accident had been foreseeable and that the plant operator, Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), had failed to meet basic safety requirements such as risk assessment, preparing for containing collateral damage, and developing evacuation plans.

On October 12, 2012 TEPCO admitted for the first time that it had failed to take necessary measures for fear of inviting lawsuits or protests against its nuclear plants.

The Fukushima disaster was the most significant nuclear incident since the April 26, 1986 Chernobyl disaster and the second disaster to be given the Level 7 event classification of the International Nuclear Event Scale. More
