Plague of insatiable craving: wendigo
The mind entity that plagues humanity: Wetiko
![]() |
| More, more, gimme more! |
Wetiko is a term used in Native American spirituality to describe a “contagious psycho-spiritual disease of the soul” and a “parasite of the mind.”
In his book, Levy argues that the concept of wetiko is present not just among the Native Americans, but in several spiritual traditions, including Kabbalah, Vedanta, and even the psychology of Carl Jung.
Levy writes:
“Wetiko is a cannibalizing force driven by insatiable greed, appetite without satisfaction [craving giving rise to repeated disappointment the Buddha called dukkha], consumption as an end in itself, and war for its own sake against other tribes, species, nature, and even the individual’s own humanity. It is a disease of the soul, and being a disease of the soul, we all potentially have wetiko, as it pervades and informs the underlying field of consciousness. Any one of us at any moment can fall into our unconscious and unwittingly become an instrument for the evil of wetiko to act itself out through us and incarnate in our world. If we see someone who seems to be taken over by wetiko and we think they have the disease and we don’t, in seeing them as separate we have fallen under the spell of the virus ourselves.”
This video is a deep dive into the concept of wetiko and how we can prevent ourselves from being infected by this “mind-virus.”
The video also talks about how wetiko was perceived by the great Indian mystic Sri Aurobindo. #wendigo #wetiko #nativeamerican #entity

McDonald's E. coli outbreak worsens
![]() |
| When do we start eating the aborted? |
The joyful vegans over at Conservative TV Central (Fox News) have a more right-wing department called Fox Business, which is reporting on Mickey D's expanding E. coli outbreak as they keep selling contaminated meat foods. What could be more disgusting than a dead slab of many churned up cows combined into a fried patty full of embalming preservatives, dyes, salts, tissue-stored pesticides? Dirty unwashed hands after using the restroom to produce feces and then grabbing raw onions to throw on top? One can suppose that there are worse things, like the funny Hollywood saying, "Don't s**t in my mouth and call it a milkshake."

| Pasty meat? Maybe it's the onion? |
(Fox Business from FOX News) The number of E. coli cases linked to McDonald's Quarter Pounders has climbed again.
Health officials are focusing on onions, hoping the blame can be laid on them rather than the blood-soaked flesh of countless animal placed in a single grinder and formed into patties, which are then sold to the fast-food chain as the likely source of the outbreak, the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) said Wednesday.

Two victims have developed hemolytic uremic syndrome, a serious condition that can cause kidney failure. One death was linked to the outbreak early on.

The FDA believes raw onions served as a topping on Quarter Pounders might be the most likely source of the fecal infection outbreak after beef (slaughtered cow meat and allowable rat parts) was ruled out as a likely source.
The agency said it has launched inspections at the Colorado processing plant of Taylor Farms, which supplied recalled onions to McDonald's, and an unnamed onion farm in Washington state.

As Japan goes, so goes the US: Sexless
![]() |
| Hi, I'm Debi, an Asian AI fantasy. Want to play? |
Both countries are capitalist, on the cutting edge of technology (AI sexbots, silicone dolls, fictional girlfriends), obsessed with porn, lonely, severely contaminated with radiation and industrial chemicals, and suffering a timebomb.
Both are aging quickly with no hope of replacement birth rates. All the US can do is merge with Mexico, which has a young, virile, and growing population. With the addition of Canada for its yet-to-be exploited natural resources, the new merger can work under the name of the AU or North American Economic Union (NAMU).

What is the name of our ticking timebomb? It is demography. Learn it. Live it. What are the demographics of the United States? No, we're sexually liberated, right? We have nothing to learn from stodgy old Japan's example.

It's no wonder so many of us are fat, inflamed, and malnourished. That's right. We're starving not for calories, which are in abundance, but for nutrients, particularly micronutrients. Dr. Joel Wallach insists we need about 92 nutrients from our diet (if these nutrients were still found in the soil) or from supplements to be healthy and not deteriorating. Suffice it to say, most of us are deteriorating. We need to clear out the bad (remove all gluten and about 13 other harmful agents typically consumed on the SAD (Standard American Diet) to be able to absorb and assimilate the benefits of essential supplements. While everyone who eats wheat and wheat-contaminated products is harmed, only about 1 in 8 exhibit stomach symptoms. The rest of us are suffering from mental, skin, and many other problems. - On Day 17, wheatgrass sprouts start making the deadly protective protein (gluten), so one must make it, cut it, and press it oneself to be sure it is young enough to be free of harm. Commercial wheatgrass juice could be contaminated
- Chemicals like BFA and other phthalates (in micro- and nano-plastics)
- Dr. Joel Wallach states that ordinary buckwheat contains fagopyrins (plant lectins) which, like oat-gluten (called avenin and gliadin) are worse than wheat-gluten (criticalhealthnews.com). Might HTB be better? Wheat, barley, rye, oats, and buckwheat contain a form of gluten even if it is not technically called "gluten."
- There are great gluten-free grains: rice, amaranth, millet, sorghum, quinoa, organic corn, and teff.
- Due to the current laws, "gluten free" foods are allowed to contain up to 20 percent gluten and still adhere to the labelling law.

COMICS: Everything about protein: Stanford U
Ananda (Dharma Buddhist Meditation), Jen B. (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly
Everything you thought you knew about protein is wrong | Stanford Prof. Christopher Gardner
It's protein that’s important to our diets, but often misunderstood — by the general public, that is.
Since the 1950s and 1960s, scientists have been measuring:
- how protein affects our performance,
- how it supports and maintains the body’s structure, and
- how best to incorporate it into our diets.
With so many options, surely we’re getting enough protein?
In today’s episode, host Jonathan speaks with a leading nutritional researcher to find out.
Dr. Christopher Gardner is a professor at Stanford University and a member of ZOE’s scientific advisory board. He’s pioneering the movement to redefine how we understand the quality of our protein intake.

CONCLUSION
![]() |
| Love animals: Let them live. Cows are cute. |
We all get more than enough protein. This is not the third world. The fear of "protein deprivation" is doing everyone harm -- making us acidic and unhealthy.
Vegans and vegetarians get more than enough, and no one needs to worry about it. Eat a varied vegan diet, and you'll be fine. "Eat beans not beings." And omnivorous professor told you so.
Food combining for the best digestion is much more important than food complementing to get all of the amino acids in a day (as from complementing beans and rice). The latter is not necessary to do, because they cannot be well digested together. Eat them separately (by two or more hours).
If eaten within 24 hours of each other, the body will get ALL of the essential amino acids in sufficient quantity for optimum health without stress or worry. And tummies will be much happier due to the improved digestion (no bloating, no gas, no queasy feeling of overeating).

Milk is BAD for you (video)
Abby Martin (Breaking the Set/RT); Ashley Wells, Seth Auberon, Dhr. Seven, Wisdom Quarterly
Host Abby Martin takes a look at milk, its association with radioactive contamination, and facts pointing at how animal milk consumption is unnatural for humans, particularly adults, and certainly doesn't do our body good. It, in fact, promotes bone LOSS called osteoporosis due to its acidic nature, which the body much leach from its bones to neutralize.
Milk Does Your Body Bad: Brainwash Update
Would you bend over and suck a cow's bacteria smeared teats in the field to get milk? Gross! That's beastiality. But that's what one would have to do to get milk from a mammal outside of its own species in the wild.
So much for its calcium content, it actually ends up with us losing more calcium and other minerals trying to digest it than are contained in it. It makes one fat since its existence in the world is to fatten a baby calve into a cow or bull of tremendous weight in a very short time. It causes cancer. It makes us full of mucous. It harms the thyroid.
And because cows -- which are all female (as most bulls are killed for not producing milk and being undocile) and shot through with hormones, animal-grade drugs that are illegal for direct human consumption, and biowaste products from their painful treatment -- milk ends up being full of pus. Look in the bottle. The product is artificially "homogenized" and "pasteurized" to prevent unsightly separation and curdling. The first tears up the fats in milk, and the second cooks out the enzymes and potentially-beneficial probiotics.
It contains casein, a kind of hard to digest protein. It contains lactose, which most adult humans cannot tolerate. So they suffer symptoms -- rashes, bad breath, indigestion, gas, indigestion, discomfort, acne, fatigue, lethargy, and so on. They also suffer from the consumption of second hand pesticides concentrated in the grain, cement, and cannibalized cows these natural vegetarian animals are fed to make them grow in size. Cows in nature would eat grasses, sprouts, and other livings foods, not stale and contaminated haw, straw, GMO soy, wheat, corn, sorghum, trash, and other industrial commodities. The wrong diet along with all of the added artificial antibiotics, growth hormones, and pharmaceuticals they are given go right into consumers of dairy and meat.

7th anniversary: FUKUSHIMA disaster (video)
Hard; Dr. Caldicott; NHK; Pfc. Sandoval, S. Auberon, Ashley Wells, Wisdom Quarterly Wiki edit
The insufficient cooling led to three nuclear meltdowns, hydrogen-air explosions, and the release of radioactive material in Units 1, 2, and 3 from March 12 to March 15.
On July 5, 2012 the Fukushima Nuclear Accident Independent Investigation Commission (NAIIC) found that the causes of the accident had been foreseeable and that the plant operator, Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), had failed to meet basic safety requirements such as risk assessment, preparing for containing collateral damage, and developing evacuation plans.
The Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster (福島第一原子力発電所事故 Fukushima Dai-ichi genshiryoku hatsudensho jiko) happened in 2011.
It was an energy accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant in Ōkuma, Fukushima Prefecture, primarily initiated by the tsunami following the Tōhoku earthquake [caused by the U.S.] on March 11, 2011.
Immediately after the earthquake the active reactors automatically shut down their sustained fission reactions.
However, the tsunami disabled the emergency generators that would have provided power to control and operate the pumps necessary to cool the reactors.

The insufficient cooling led to three nuclear meltdowns, hydrogen-air explosions, and the release of radioactive material in Units 1, 2, and 3 from March 12 to March 15.
Loss of cooling also caused the pool for storing spent fuel from Reactor 4 to overheat on March 15th due to the decay heat from the fuel rods.

On October 12, 2012 TEPCO admitted for the first time that it had failed to take necessary measures for fear of inviting lawsuits or protests against its nuclear plants.
The Fukushima disaster was the most significant nuclear incident since the April 26, 1986 Chernobyl disaster and the second disaster to be given the Level 7 event classification of the International Nuclear Event Scale. More
