Gluten kills even without stomach symptoms

Dr. Tom O'Bryan, Host Lisa Garr, Coast to Coast AM, Feb. 3, 2023; Eds., Wisdom Quarterly
I'm not fat. I have chronic inflammation. I'm burning up, making me susceptible to cancer!
A gluten-free, vegan Mediterranean diet with real olive oil may be the best.
.
TheInflammationEquation.com 3 Step Gut Reboot
The biggest message Dr. O'Bryan revealed last night was that EVERYONE who consumes wheat or "gluten-free" products contaminated with wheat gluten (up to 20% and still legally labelled "gluten-free") is harmed by it. The human body recognizes wheat protein as an invasive organism and reacts to it as a pathogen because of the proteins and peptides on its surface. All of this has been made much worse by Monsanto Corporation and Big Ag, which have increased the gluten (a harmful plant lectin) in wheat for ease of processing, making it more addictive even as it does more harm like stripping away the cilia lining the gut responsible for most of our nutrient absorption.
It's no wonder so many of us are fat, inflamed, and malnourished. That's right. We're starving not for calories, which are in abundance, but for nutrients, particularly micronutrients. Dr. Joel Wallach insists we need about 92 nutrients from our diet (if these nutrients were still found in the soil) or from supplements to be healthy and not deteriorating. Suffice it to say, most of us are deteriorating. We need to clear out the bad (remove all gluten and about 13 other harmful agents typically consumed on the SAD (Standard American Diet) to be able to absorb and assimilate the benefits of essential supplements. While everyone who eats wheat and wheat-contaminated products is harmed, only about 1 in 8 exhibit stomach symptoms. The rest of us are suffering from mental, skin, and many other problems. NASA found Martian life then killed it

NASA found alien life on Mars then accidentally killed it, scientist claims
Earthlings blew themselves up!
A scientist claims that we might have already found alien life on Mars 50 years ago but accidentally killed it.

Dirk Schulze-Makuch from the Technical University Berlin believes that an experiment carried out in the 1970s that added water to Martian soil could have drowned any life that could have existed.

The test, known as the Viking Labeled Release experiment, was one of three biology experiments conducted by the Viking landers on Mars in 1976.

It was an accident. It was putricide dead.
The experiment was designed to detect the presence of living microorganisms in the Martian soil by measuring the release of radioactive carbon dioxide from a sample of soil that had been mixed with a nutrient solution.

The theory was that if life were on Mars, microorganisms would consume the nutrients and release the radioactive carbon as a gas.

Schulze-Makuch believes the water containing the nutrient solution in the soil may have been too much liquid "and [any life] died off after a while." More

Will my cyborg meditate for me?

I. Rony, Seth Auberon, Pat Macpherson, Wisdom Quarterly; MindfulCyborgs.com
Does she remember me? Is she meditating without me? (mindfulcyborgs.com)

IN THE FUTURE we will be rich then we'll have time to do the things we don't do now as wage slaves and sidelined automatons in the post-industrial age.

In the future, cyborgs -- sensitive, half-human, half-machine humanoids -- will do it for us.

Robotic lotus (dreamstime)
In the future we will say, "Siro, do a half hour of mindful breath-awareness to get into absorption, emerge, then give me a good 25 minutes of vipassana, you know 'insight contemplation,' and wrap it all up with five minutes of loving-kindness."

"Do you want a relaxing massage afterwards," Siro will ask, "or how about some soothing genmai tea for your nerves? Also, remember to call your mother. It's been awhile." "Siro, call her for me," we will add, "and make my tea extra strong.

Now
In the present we aren't rich enough to meditate -- you know how much those zafus and zabutons cost, and who has the time?

In the present we're plugged in and on the move 24/7. What if someone texts us and thinks we're ignoring them when we don't text right back?

He remembered!
In the present we say, "Siri, am I free to sit for 15 minutes?" She answers, "Only 15 minutes, yes, you have lots of 15-minute openings on your calendar."

"No, Siri, I meant an hour -- then, well, with getting set up and cleaning up -- an-hour-and-15-minutes."

"No, you don't have any 75-minute openings, unless you..."

"OH, too bad! I was really looking forward to having a good sit like Siddhartha. Well, maybe in the future. Siri, sext my girlfriend."

What's that? - They say in the future this devi will meditate for us. (mindfulcyborgs.com)

850 pale, underground creatures discovered

850 mostly blind, pale creatures discovered underground
LiveScience.com
Down under in Australia, down underground that is, scientists have found 850 previously unknown species living in subterranean water, caves, and micro-caverns. These insects, crustaceans, spiders, and worms are likely only about one-fifth of the number of undiscovered species the researchers think exist underground amid the harsh conditions of the Australian outback. Two species of blind fish and two of blind eels were also uncovered.

"What we've found is that you don't have to go searching in the depths of the ocean to discover new species of invertebrate animals — you just have to look in your own backyard," said researcher Andy Austin, an evolutionary biologist at the University of Adelaide in Australia. [Scientists say only a fraction of the species of plants and animals on the planet have been discovered.]

Only half of the species discovered have so far been named, the scientists announced today. Generically, the animals found in underground water are known as "stygofauna" and those from caves and micro-caverns are known as "troglofauna." More>>

Oldest animals found in lakes, not oceans

Conventional wisdom has it that the first animals evolved in the ocean. Now researchers studying ancient rock samples in South China have found that the first animal fossils are preserved in ancient lake depo-sits, not in marine sediments as commonly assumed. These new findings not only raise questions as to where the earliest animals were living, but what factors drove animals to evolve in the first place. For some three billion years, single-celled life forms such as bacteria dominated the planet. More>>
