The space alien who lived among humans in the Amazon jungle: Bep Karoroti
![]() |
| I didn't have sex with that woman |
Let's look into an account that has become a local legend concerning the Native American Kayapo people (Kaiapo, Caiapo) who live in the jungles of Brazil in South America.
- Beb Cororoti (NamuWiki) Could it have been white Russian cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin who ventured into space in 1962 or even genteel American astronaut Neil Armstrong?
- Bep Kororoti: The Celestial Visitor of the Amazon | by Musa Yalcin | Medium
- Bep Kororoti: The Anunnaki who lived in the Amazon and left his [DNA and] legacy behind

| Likeness of Bep Karoroti in armored spacesuit |
(Musa Yalchin | Medium) This legend is often cited by ancient astronaut theorists who seek traces of modern technology in ancient times. Bep Kororoti’s attire, resembling a [metallic] space suit, and his advanced tools [including a devastating light weapon rod they called a "cob"] are considered intriguing evidence by these theorists. However, scientists [desperate to preserve the Western narrative of separation, isolation, and uniqueness of humans who have no peers in all the universe, and certainly none who interact with us] generally approach such claims with [armchair] skepticism, suggesting these stories might be symbolic narratives. Hurricane Kay brings rain, flooding to SoCal
The Weather Channel; Eds., Wisdom Quarterly
At a Glance Hurricane Kay will weaken as it tracks away from Baja California into the weekend.
Its moisture will wring out heavy rain that could cause flooding in Southern California.
Kay will also bring strong wind gusts, especially to mountainous areas.
Kay's moisture will fuel soaking rain in Southern California that could trigger flooding as strong winds also howl through parts of the region.
Kay made landfall as a Category 1 hurricane Thursday afternoon in Mexico's Baja California Peninsula southeast of Punta Eugenia. The storm is now weakening rapidly as its low-pressure center begins to curl westward well to the south of Southern California. Planting trees to reverse climate change (PBS)
Maiya May, PBS Terra, Oct. 18, 2021; Crystal Quintero, Ashley Wells (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly
The Surprising Truth Behind Planting Trees and Climate Change
During the UN Climate Conference (COP26), the topic of carbon capture and storage was hotly debated. In this episode, PBS Terra travels to the Pacific Northwest forests of Oregon to see what we can learn about forest carbon sinks from Prof. Beverly Law and her groundbreaking research with Oregon State University’s Department of Forestry.
What about planting trees and forest carbon storage? Let's see in the comments. It's good and necessary but takes ten to 20 years before the ground started sequestering carbon. Until then the barren ground is putting out carbon from plant decay in the ground, which would happen even if new trees wewre not coming. So we must preserve old growth forests.

North Sentinel Island: Uncontacted (video)
GeoBrother on North Sentinel Island; Seth Auberon, Crystal Q. (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly
Sentinelese: World's Most Isolated Tribe
The "Sentinelese" are the world's most isolated tribe. They are uncontacted humans living on North Sentinel Island, India, one of the Andaman islands in the Bay of Bengal in the Indian Ocean.
They vigorously reject all contact with outsiders. The Indian government altogether abandoned their plans to establish contact with the Sentinelese. Many believe that it is vital to respect their wish to remain uncontacted. Contact with them would endanger them because they have no immunity to common diseases. It is vital to leave them be. If not, the entire tribe might be wiped out. Contact imposed on other tribes on the Andaman islands has had a devastating impact.

| Meditating on a mandarava flower |
With the renewal of Gaia/Bhūmi our Earth we, too, can make a renewed resolve to meditate or at least to be more "mindful" and present as our day unfolds. Today is the first day of the rest of your life, the adage goes, and whether we've heard it before or find it new and insightful, isn't it? If today is, can't we choose to do things differently from now on right at this moment? When else are we EVER able to choose, or do, or accrue karma/merit other than right NOW? So some say, "Now is all there is." Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie, Ram Dass, the Beatles in India, even the Panchen Lama and his elder would agree. We hear as savakas. We see it. We live it.
Meditation

| Reclining meditation (pinterest) |
Here is a fascinating meditation to breakthrough to serenity, insight, and self-knowledge. O, what I wouldn't give to be calm! (It helps to begin with a blessing to pre-direct the mind/heart, honoring the Three Jewels of the Enlightened One, the Enlightened Teaching, and the Enlightened listeners/practitioners. This will help if fear arises that one will be unprotected, "open" and susceptible to inimical-influences like spirits, as so many fundamental Christians, Catholics, and Muslims warn).
INSTRUCTIONS: Sit comfortably. Breathe deeply. Let go. Let go of thinking, breathing, sitting, doing, and let it happen. Let what happen? Serenity will happen. Accept the suffering and let it pass right through without holding on. (Resisting is a form of holding on).
When there is serenity, it becomes possible to gain absorption and develop successful insight (east coast) for liberation.
